    +919821302035 It's supposed to be an Airtel customer care I believe. They called me 12 times in the last 24 hours. And said, "our executives are buys will call you later." A few times they were quiet for 120 seconds and discounted the call. @airtelindia what you are looking for

    @nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

    Time to say goodbye @airtelindia Rates hiked & Pathetic customer service. It is my 3rd day without wifi, its complaint no. & the chatbot never lets you speak so u can tell them that the report abt engineers are working is false as no one has come to check past 2 days.@airtelnews

    @Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia BSNL is only surviving on taxpayers’ money. Real problem: 50-60% reservation staff who don’t want to work, don’t know how to work, don’t believe in giving service, and are highly corrupt. Because of this, BSNL will never grow like Airtel or Jio.

    It's 2026, with 5G and Air Fiber, 1 GBPS, and all that, but it's been almost 48 hours since I complained and my wifi issue still isn't fixed. I haven't gotten a call or a visit, and I've called customer service like 10 times, all they say is they've "escalated" it. @airtelindia

    @IndianGems_ Min they are showing is 2-2.5 gb/day. Kya karu me itne data ka? I wanted 1gb or 1.5 gb per day pack. Outgoing is fine but incoming ? forcing customer to pay 300+just to receive an OTP, this is absurd. @airtelindia @TRAI why don't you directly ask us to move to pigeons?

    Wi-Fi has been down for 2 days. @airtelindia technician replaced the router/components, said it was an Airtel-side server issue, then demanded payment after restoring it. After I refused, he removed the components, left the internet disconnected & marked the complaint resolved

    Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia. My services were deactivated while I’m abroad, and I’m told that I or a blood relative must visit Karnataka to resolve it. None of us live there! How is this a solution? @Airtel_Presence Please resolve this urgently.
