    @nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

    +919821302035 It's supposed to be an Airtel customer care I believe. They called me 12 times in the last 24 hours. And said, "our executives are buys will call you later." A few times they were quiet for 120 seconds and discounted the call. @airtelindia what you are looking for

    @airtelindia hi, wifi not working since yesterday morning. Put in a complaint (11036691856) but no one’s bothered to call even once. The customer care guys just say that the problem will solved in next 2 hours and hang up. What am I supposed to do?

    @airtelindia, Day 7 of contacting customer support. Approximately the 15th call. Still no fix. One of the worst broadband providers I’ve experienced—poor connectivity, no accountability, and endless follow-ups with no resolution. The Wi-Fi is absolute crap. Enough is enough

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It has been over a week since my parents' fiber connection went down. Wire was cut, the technician came after 3 days, fixed the wire but not the internet, and promised to return and never did. Stopped picking calls. Then customer care promised a fix in 24 hours. That was 2 days ago. I live outside India. This connection is how I talk to my parents. A week of silence because nobody at Airtel closes what they open. Fix it by tomorrow or I am cancelling and moving to another provider.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI: Anuj - At this point, I think I've collected every version of Airtel's template responses. Unfortunately, I'm trying to collect internet connectivity, not canned apologies. It's been 72+ hours. Could someone replace the template with an actual resolution?

    @airtelindia am writing to formally escalate a critical service disruption that has now entered its 4th consecutive day. Your support team has been unable to identify the root cause or provide an estimated time of resolution.This complete lack of clarity and support is unacceptab

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Proceed with disconnection of my One Airtel Plan 10101030830907 which has 2 DTH and 1 Wi-Fi. Don't want a service provider which can't arrange a technician visit for a week to resolve a signal issue in a city like Ahmedabad. #airtelblack #airtel
