@nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

+919821302035 It's supposed to be an Airtel customer care I believe. They called me 12 times in the last 24 hours. And said, "our executives are buys will call you later." A few times they were quiet for 120 seconds and discounted the call. @airtelindia what you are looking for

@airtelindia service engineer was supposed to vist my place by 9th July but he didn't. Then again I was told that the engineer will visit between 11.30 am to 12.30 pm today i.e 10th July. Now it's almost 5 pm, can you please do something on this?

@airtelindia It's been two days since my broadband connection stopped working. I'm contacting customer care service and raising complaints for the same again and again. even after the multiple follow-ups, service engineers didn't showed up.
