    @nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

    +919821302035 It's supposed to be an Airtel customer care I believe. They called me 12 times in the last 24 hours. And said, "our executives are buys will call you later." A few times they were quiet for 120 seconds and discounted the call. @airtelindia what you are looking for

    @airtelindia in which era you are customer support. Since Thursday noon (4th June 2026) we don’t have internet and multiple times I have called Airtel and I am getting same response that issue will solved shortly. Deeply frustrated on the support and recovery. ETA sill ???

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please stop marketing “priority customer” and “dedicated Airtel Black support” when you can’t resolve a normal WiFi issue even after 24 hours. No proper updates, no response to support calls, just endless delays. Extremely disappointing service.

    @airtelindia; @Airtel_Presence I requested disconnection of my Airtel Xstream WIFi connection over a week ago. The service request was closed without resolution, and no active request is visible now. Please help reopen the case and process the disconnection.

    Team, Issue is pending for over 3 weeks. Since you have started these from Dec 2025 without me making any changes on my phone, you need to switch these off. Please resolve urgently & stop lying about it being a regulatory requirement. No one else gets these @airtelindia
