And said, "our executives are buys will call you later." A few times they were quiet for 120 seconds and discounted the call. @airtelindia what you are looking for

Every time customer care says “today” or “next 4 hours,” but nothing happens. Very disappointing. If this can’t be resolved ASAP, please cancel my plan.

Then also they didn't stop my previous connection and now they are charging money. Too bad service from Airtel now a days. I will switch to something else.

If you expect us to pay on time, we expect you to deliver on your promises. Fairness should work both ways. More than 2weeks, facing issues.
