    @nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

    +919821302035 It's supposed to be an Airtel customer care I believe. They called me 12 times in the last 24 hours. And said, "our executives are buys will call you later." A few times they were quiet for 120 seconds and discounted the call. @airtelindia what you are looking for

    @airtelindia Feedback algorithm is outdated, currently either a customer has to select "I am happy" or ticket gets reopened. Customer might be unhappy about the way resolution was provided not the resolution
