    @airtelindia when i call airtel co customer service centre. They waiste my 6 min. Then company man hear my call. Why 6 min wait for us..we are free and they are busy. Soo frustrated. Very poor thinking of airtel. As I think every customers suffer this. Why 6 min waiting

    Airtel network is getting worse from last few days in my area, experiencing high call drop during Calling. It's so irritating to go outside during calls. Please do improve these issue otherwise we would be force to move to another provider. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Airtel is not reachable at all I want to discontinue the broadband services on 01142455386 but there all sites are busy Airtel app not working 😓 They have even generated bill for the month when I gave a request to discontinue the services .@airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence are you guys ever going to fix the problems with your wifi network or just keep giving lame excuses. It’s so poor quality I can’t even define. Every few minutes the speed drops to zero your support resets config and it works fine for a day the same

    @airtelindia @Airtel @Airtel_Presence No Airtel 4g coverage here in Karnal .Seems like the worst 4g network at the moment .Respected authorities pls do something about it since we can't send even normal texts on social sites 😑😑😐 .Hope to get a positive response from You

    @RomanRe63139569 @journopriyanka9 @vodafone @reliancejio Not only @JioCare @reliancejio but @airtelindia is also in race for worst network. I have both connections and right now they both can’t even provide 1Mbps of constant speed

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I want to inform everyone that my prepaid Airtel no. 9416482676 is facing network issue. I am not able to call anyone nor I am able to receive calls from anyone but Airtel store says your network is fine. Who will take responsibility for this problem

    @airtelindia I have disconnect my airtel dish 3007484757 9 month ago. But airtel shameless co has send me more then 50 message in last 2 months. I have never seen such a poor third class co . Please forgive me and don't send me more mess.

    @airtelindia Your “5G” feels like a complete lie. I’m barely getting usable speeds, and sometimes there’s no proper data at all. Your customer support is just a chatbot that never actually fixes anything. Seriously considering moving to another network if this isnt resolved

    Very disappointing service from @airtelindia. My BB down since 11 July. Despite repeated complaints, CC keeps saying the outage is resolved & an engg will visit soon. Today is 15 July & no Engg assigned yet. Keeping customers waiting for days without support is unacceptable.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel does not care Airtel is only a money-making company Airtel's bot does not understand customer issues Airtel Customer Service staff is confused and cannot solve any issue. My Case: I took an overseas package for 1 month and got billed twice in an interval of 1 minute. My bank auto-paid both. It took me 1 month to convince them to refund the duplicate payment. Next, the 1-month package did not work at all wasted time making it work, but no luck. They charged more at the international rate for two days, as my phone was on even after the expiry of the package. On return, I asked them to look into the case and give me the details of the usage, if any, but today they have sent me the bill which was auto-paid, plus the addition for 2 days, plus the rental charges twice with a request to pay. This is problem solving for Airtel for a loyal customer.
