    @airtelindia when i call airtel co customer service centre. They waiste my 6 min. Then company man hear my call. Why 6 min wait for us..we are free and they are busy. Soo frustrated. Very poor thinking of airtel. As I think every customers suffer this. Why 6 min waiting

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI , very weak signal at my location. Call disconnected, No voice or very poor Voice quality. Complaint to customer care many times but still no response. Kindly resolve.

    @airtelindia I have disconnect my airtel dish 3007484757 9 month ago. But airtel shameless co has send me more then 50 message in last 2 months. I have never seen such a poor third class co . Please forgive me and don't send me more mess.

    @airtelindia Pathetic state of affairs for getting broadband connection. 5 times rescheduled. Engineer doesn't pick call nor calls back. Sales person says "engineer doesn't pick my call too" The app chatbot is a joke. Doesn't have this section. Of zero help. Doesn't have a customer service number. If you can't get it done today, please refund me. Promised since Sat. order ID 21-170830529617

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Second time Airtel closed my complaint without fixing the issue. Weak signal, call drops and unusable internet still continue. Resolved on paper, unresolved in reality.

    @airtelnews airtelindia i have created a broadband shifting request in gurgaon. Same society same tower. It is pending from 30th May. 20 calls to cuatomer care. Every time false promices with no result. Pathetic service by airtel team.

    @airtelindia I had asked to shift my connection from Chennai to Lko and after installing the wifi, airtel xtreme was disabled and my black account was disabled as well. WHy? When I had asked specifically to simply move the connection instead of disabling xtreme ! Need urgent help
