    It's been 5 days now and there is no resolution given till date for porting my number to jio. Guess it is a good thing. I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

    @airtelindia Pathetic experience with Airtel broadband. You are marketing Black as premium service but harassing customers in lieu of it - my broadband not been working for 6+days and I am not getitng any help assistance despite raising multiple tickets and unable to do any work

    @airtelindia very disappointed with service in Pune, Koregaon Park area. Most of the time it's no coverage at all. Voice and data both are pathetic. No help from the support team also. Not expected from a leading telecom company. Time to switch.

    @Airtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I activated intl roaming pack on 10th Jan, not able to use data services till date. Called atleast 10 times to the support but to no avail. All I ask now is to deactivate the plan & refund my money, really tired of calling ur representatives
