    It's been 5 days now and there is no resolution given till date for porting my number to jio. Guess it is a good thing. I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Stop befooling customers. Despite my repeated requests and even after conversation with customer care. You people didnot terminate my secondary connection and illegaly allocating y recharge amount. This is theft... Shame on you.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There has been outage in patna from more than 24 hours. Customer service is just expanding the expected time everytime. Is this the premium service we pay for despite airtel being the most expensive option. I also have a complete airtel ecosystem

    @airtelindia I did recharge my mobile data plan on 12th May,amount was deducted by airtel wallet,plan not activated, if I ask refund,airtel customer, no one take responsibility,my complaint also without answer,simply closed.
