It's been 5 days now and there is no resolution given till date for porting my number to jio. Guess it is a good thing. I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Stop befooling customers. Despite my repeated requests and even after conversation with customer care. You people didnot terminate my secondary connection and illegaly allocating y recharge amount. This is theft... Shame on you.

Dear @reliancejio @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare it's a humble request to you that you must introduce only recharge pack(without mobile data) as millions of poor families and senior citizens don't use internet yet they are forces to pay high price for data they never need.Thanks 🙏
