    It's been 5 days now and there is no resolution given till date for porting my number to jio. Guess it is a good thing. I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Stop befooling customers. Despite my repeated requests and even after conversation with customer care. You people didnot terminate my secondary connection and illegaly allocating y recharge amount. This is theft... Shame on you.

Their customer service seems very good at giving assurances, but unfortunately, the actual resolution never seems to arrive. After repeated promises and “updates,” the issue is still unresolved.
