    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Stop befooling customers. Despite my repeated requests and even after conversation with customer care. You people didnot terminate my secondary connection and illegaly allocating y recharge amount. This is theft... Shame on you.

    It's been 5 days now and there is no resolution given till date for porting my number to jio. Guess it is a good thing. I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst customer service, There is a person whose name is Prashant Singh who refused to transfer the call to a supervisor, he said that service is available 24*7 but the supervisor's timing is 8am to 8pm. I hv been struggling to resolve my concern.

    @airtelindia Thank you for such amazingly Horrible services at my current location! Can't even send a simple email, whatsapp text; forget about searching and working!You need to roam around home for network to make a call! And you app help service is a zero!
