    Hello @airtelindia my number(7093726927)has been deactivated without any intimation or proper reason. The bad thing is it got disconnected immediate after i recharged my number. Your customer service associates are very irresponsible. @airtelindia please resolve my issue ASAP.

    Internet speed is too low even airtel tv is not opening at low video level also , hope the service band may increase @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia worst 4g speed in my phone. @JioCare was too better than @airtelindia . Can't playing videos on YouTube also on Airtel network, but same on jio network it was not good, it was so good.

    @airtelindia , your senior management is full of cheap sales people . They have given targets to reduce connection returns instead of fixing speed quality. After an important video call got disrupted.. decided to return it .. but customer care issued repair request for incentive

    @Airtel_Presence So how it works tell me from last two months there is issue of 5g network in Malad mindspace area but no tower has been added. Please do the research first and also write 5g plus in recharge details if this is applicable. Don't follow customers. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Such a Pathetic Service in Broadband. I'm unable to upgrade or downgrade my broadband fiber plan for the last 4 months. I have contacted in facebook, X, email, customer care number, no use till now. Your company should never exit. Shame on you.

    @airtelindia due to heavy thunderstorms the wifi wire got damaged, we are trying to reach customer support to resolve the issue. No one from your toll free is helping us. My father is working from home and this issue is troubling us alot.

After making several complaints to your customer service and billing team, multiple visit to airtel outlet nothing has been done till now. Please help as we are on the verge of cancelling the no.

    @airtelindia Why does it take 15 days to resolve a network issue when an “agent assigned” update itself comes only after 5 days? Interesting choice of words too — calling it a “request” instead of a complaint subtly shifts the mindset from “customer issue to be fixed” to “favor to be granted.” Customers paying monthly rental are not asking for charity; they are paying for a service. If service is unavailable for days, why should customers pay full monthly rent? Will Airtel waive charges for the 15-day disruption period? @Airtel_Presence
