    @airtelindia worst 4g speed in my phone. @JioCare was too better than @airtelindia . Can't playing videos on YouTube also on Airtel network, but same on jio network it was not good, it was so good.

    Part1: Is this how AI will help us by cutting all options to talk to a human customer care executive @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ? I was having call dropping issues so the only solution airtel store has is issue a new sim (and charge Rs.50 stating that sim quality is not great)

    @DoT_India @JM_Scindia It’s been more than a year that @airtelindia has not resolved my complaint despite repeated reminders . Classic case of unparalleled unprofessionalism . Your government has formed a #duopoly , the customer suffers , #bsnl is dead pls revive it
