@airtelindia worst 4g speed in my phone. @JioCare was too better than @airtelindia . Can't playing videos on YouTube also on Airtel network, but same on jio network it was not good, it was so good.

Airtel customer support is very bad! 121 IVR doesn’t allow anyone to connect for support agent. Seriously, it just redirect to Airtel Thanks app and the app will redirect to 121. It’s back to square one. Sending email works? If you’re not registered,Use 121 again! @airtelindia

@airtelindia I made a shifting request of my broadband connection on June 9 and no one showed up to my new address as yet. I called Customer Care plenty of times, already escalated this 4 times but all in vein. It seems Airtel is only on sales but after sales service is pathetic.
