    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been trying to reach out but looks like there is no way to talk to the customer care and resolve the issue... It makes the customer so disappointed and bound not to use Airtel anymore... Looks like just a loss of money

    I am perssonally very unsatisfied with the services of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ,since 15 days no network is their in our office ,we have around 50 cug & 100+ prepaid customers facing the network issue but no one responding our call so we will planning to shift to @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence Only 1 location my home. Sector-11,CDA CUTTACK-753015. This house has been surveyed by your network team for more than 5 times in last 2-3yrs. They had suggested use or booster which is not approved by @Airtel_Presence & @airtelindia. Only #falseassurance no improvement #Network

    I recharged 179 on #Airtelnumber with Google Pay on Nov 30, the money deducted from my account & it shown the amount was paid but the recharged service was never activated. Please fix the issue @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence & activate my service.

    @Airtel_Presence, I'm currently experiencing extremely slow connection. It's better to work on the network rather than to branding airtel as India's No 1 brand. PS: I switched to Airtel from Jio. I'm regretting. @airtelindia 😡

    Dear @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence , This is beyond frustrating now. I already opted out of your Wi-Fi service, clearly asked multiple times to stop calling me, and requested permanent closure of my connection. Yet every single day I keep getting multiple calls from your team asking the same questions again and again. How many times do I need to say NO? It is completely my choice whether I want to continue using Airtel services or not. Harassing customers daily with repeated calls after they have already opted out is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I even requested your team to collect the router from my home, but there has been no proper response from your side. Instead of resolving the issue, your team keeps disturbing me every day with unnecessary calls. Totally pathetic customer service and harassment at this point. Respect customer decisions and stop forcing your services on people. #Airtel #AirtelXstream #PoorCustomerService
