    Hi @airtelindia, have you switched Bhubaneswar permanently to 2G? For every minute of '4G', the network shows several minutes of 'E'. This has been the case for months now.

    i have been trying to reach anyone from customer care but this looks a complete disappointment... no one had really kept a way where i can talk to someone to resolve my issue. This is not for sure a positive response for airtel @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence Only 1 location my home. Sector-11,CDA CUTTACK-753015. This house has been surveyed by your network team for more than 5 times in last 2-3yrs. They had suggested use or booster which is not approved by @Airtel_Presence & @airtelindia. Only #falseassurance no improvement #Network

    One port out request and @VodaIdea_NEWS folks get crazy. Received no less than a dozen calls even thought I said multiple times that I have ported out to @airtelindia already. If you invested this much on network improvement instead, people wouldn't port out.

    @airtelindia Customers face instant late fees for payment delays: but when companies deliver poor service, they pay no penalty at all. If you expect us to pay on time, we expect you to deliver on your promises. Fairness should work both ways. More than 2weeks, facing issues.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet down since last Friday. Multiple complaints raised—each time promised resolution in 5–6 hrs, but still no fix. No engineer visits yet, and calls now disconnect saying “update ongoing.” This is extremely frustrating. Please resolve ASAP.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia and the beautiful part is after contacting customer care, they informed that my complaint was scheduled to resolve on 22nd only, as u were calling we will priorities to close by tomorrow (20th), i couldn't understand this,do we need to keep on requesting every time?
