    @airtelindia I am in Cuttack, Odisha and the network at my home in Madhusudan Nagar is extremely bad. My complaint through open network is also closed without resolution.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Getting very low speed internet after 7.00 Pm and the slow speed is running till 12.00am around.Since long day this continues...hence now using JIO for internet even when have data in Airtel..Then why should Airtel. 7077717988(Corporate Sim)

Is it not sufficient on the name of 4g we are not getting 3g speed and the money which we pay for the service.

    @airtelindia note that i am using a number 9938113359 in Cuttack CDA Sector-11. But internet is not working since 7 days. This is a WiFi Hotspot. I hope resolution from your side. Alternative Number 9853653239.

    @VodafoneIN I called your customer care and when I asked them about my complain number they disconnect my phone twice. I asked them why disconnected, they told me technical error. I can’t here to entertain you more. I already submitted my port request to @airtelindia.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very poor service. Dropped many mails but no resolution still. Everytime you give fake promise as we are trying to get it resolved but I don’t see any work on that. My entire family here trust airtel but we are being betrayed. Dissatisfied

    Not able to contact your customer care representative through 198. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Its urgent!!! My Phone is not detecting your airtel sim anymore. it shows "No Sim".. To cross check ,I used other network sim & it shows network. Plz resolve the issue..

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia extremely poor speeds in my area. Data balance gets over without even the actual usage. 575 MB of download shows 50% of 1.5 GB data being consumed. At at 4G+ download not going above 1.5 MBPS. And you claim to be India's fastest network.

    @Airtel_Presence @santyrajpurohit @airtelindia does not mind in loosing a customer, because they are big enough to handle that. They have huge banners and lots of TV ads which will get more customers. So why they have to spend on customer service and bother about loosing customers unnecessarily?

    @airtelindia extremely unprofessional. Have taken one india 1999 plan on 30th Nov 2020 and still awaiting for the migration to the 200 mbps plan. Poor DTH and Broadband service with frequent disconnection and speed less than 40 mbps. So many calls to customer care but in vain
