@airtelindia I have ordered a FASTag on dt 10/12/19 for my vehicle OD02AR1661 , but till day I have not received the same. Very horrible service. Not at all cooperating to customer. Harassment and very ridiculous.

@airtelindia This is very much surprising even though I escalated the matter of non receipt of FASTag for my vehicle OD02AR1661 even after 45 days of booking. No one is responding to my complaint from AIRTEL Support team. Now I have to take assistance of legal cell.

The Airtel store rep accidentally showed me their CRM showing about 6000 mins of a single call to my sister's no. Reality, I never called my sister for more than 30 mins. Brilliant fraud.

I’m on DND but I’ve got at least 5 calls today trying to sell me stuff and a native Hindi speaker trying to threaten me about some insurance policy that I do not hold. @TRAI and @airtelindia wake up. Is there no fix to this? So many people are complaining about unsolicited calls.
