@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews cheating customer with not recharging. Took my 198Rs and 149Rs not refunding neither doing recharge. I have sent lots of email but not received money back nor recharge. Its been more than week now.

@thirankumar1 @airtelindia @BSNLCorporate I too used BSNL to support it but as it has only 2G services in our area so i have to use unwillingly @Airtel_Presence for internet service. But 80% of my call and 90% of SMS recieved on BSNL...🙂🙂🙂👍

@ColSanjayPande @airtelindia When I was in Delhi all were slow(copper cable times) except MTNL. Even airtel. In Tricity(Pkl,Chd,Mohali) BSNL was really bad and now have OFC airtel Always >120mbps speed. Delhi needs even more telecom infra.

@JioCare @airtelindia #vi #jio Having a very bad experience, you are told to initially teach the appointed customer service staff to speak properly. Train them in skills and communication skills that will make them aware of the customer's problem, then make the company famous.

Hey @airtelindia #airtelbroadband Are you guys this slow. Neighbours in my society has jio fibre connection and I am using this slow airtel bb with max speed 24mbps and I am an old customer , when I ask your people they just say be with us sir , be with us, lol..#slow #outdated
