But 80% of my call and 90% of SMS recieved on BSNL...🙂🙂🙂👍

IBM (@indubhushan81) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Extremely disappointed with the way this billing issue is being handled. Incorrect roaming charges were levied on my number during my Bhutan travel, and despite raising the issue, Airtel Customer Care is refusing to reverse the charges. What kind of customer service is this? If incorrect charges can be levied, customers should at least get a fair review and resolution instead of being forced to pay them. Please have the concerned senior team review this immediately, reverse the incorrect roaming charges, and resolve the matter at the earliest.

I have BSNL broadband since 4 years, moved 2 states in between. No complaints in service except the closure/transfer process. Seen AE's respond immediately in both states.

2dollarsworth (@2dollarsworth) reportedSo let's understand what this means. 1. Third party providers get their money because they have marked the ticket/service request as being complete 2. Airtel continues to get their money from the customer and they are unaware that the customer's problem has not been solved 3. Customer problem never gets solved and has to constantly call airtel and spend hours speaking to ineffective and incompetent call answerers. If you don't see a problem in this, you must wake up. But the bigger question is - how can a third party vendor obtain an OTP sent by airtel system to a customer's mobile and use it to close the ticket/service request? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

sarath chandran (@sarath_reds) reported@Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia For more than 2Year's BSNL has got the permission to expand the network availability, but still that's not done. One of the staffs did told me that it wont be sorted easily because it's blocked by the private networks.
