@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel coverage in my locality is worst But My Airtel app shows that since Sep 2018, a new tower is being put up near By which will solve this problem but the fact is there is no sign of such tower being put up which I have confirmed by my naked eyes

@airtelindia Airtel network is very bad in my area.Internet connection is the poorest. Please try to improve it. It is the second time i am complaining about it.When i contact with the customer care they only said improvement in the tower going on that’s it.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst experience, using airtel digital tv, called customer care but didn't get response, DTH service intrupted. Bad experience with service.

@excitel_rocks On shifting the connection, refundable security deposit for the broadband device never came on my bank account. Is this a normal process you do with every customer? @airtelindia refund process completed in one day. What about you @excitel_rocks ?
