@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel coverage in my locality is worst But My Airtel app shows that since Sep 2018, a new tower is being put up near By which will solve this problem but the fact is there is no sign of such tower being put up which I have confirmed by my naked eyes

@airtelindia Airtel network is very bad in my area.Internet connection is the poorest. Please try to improve it. It is the second time i am complaining about it.When i contact with the customer care they only said improvement in the tower going on that’s it.

Pathetic service from @airtelindia! My father has been using prepaid sim for 15 yrs & all of a sudden his son stopped working since last Saturday! Visited nearby store for SOM replacement & we were told that it'd be activated in 4 hours but not yet done! (1)

@airtelindia is a blood sucker.Complained numerous times for services but no resolution.Stop payment & they start harassing.Everytime on calls raised service issues to which I was assured will be resolved in 24 hrs. It has been 15 days & no resolution but now net is disconnected.

Customer care has advised that everything looks fine at thier end but new sim hasn't been activated! Person at @airtelindia store advised that he wud send someone to my home to fix this issue but doesn't turn up yet! Planning to port out from #Airtel
