    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst experience, using airtel digital tv, called customer care but didn't get response, DTH service intrupted. Bad experience with service.

    @airtelindia Airtel network is very bad in my area.Internet connection is the poorest. Please try to improve it. It is the second time i am complaining about it.When i contact with the customer care they only said improvement in the tower going on that’s it.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel coverage in my locality is worst But My Airtel app shows that since Sep 2018, a new tower is being put up near By which will solve this problem but the fact is there is no sign of such tower being put up which I have confirmed by my naked eyes

    @VishalJodhpur @airtelindia I have a broadband connection from Airtel and I have been facing frequent disconnection issues for the past 30 days. As per the suggestion, I upgraded to a 1 GB plan worth 3999+GST on June 26, 2022, and since then I am receiving only escalations, not proper service.

    Recently I posted a complaint about network issues which I was facing in my home on 1 July 2022 to @airtelindia office at Geeta Colony Branch New Delhi-110051. I talked to their manager they said my issue will resolve but today is 5th July 2022 still my issue is not solved.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Broadband installation process sucks in Hyderabad. Until you receive payment..just keeps followup and once payment done, leave customer bon its fate . Ryt??? Called up Customer care, No support.

    @airtelindia really bad if you can’t resolve issues in time. Application done two times in last three days for shifting of connection, no response other than false promises. Now I want to disconnect permanently and that too is not easy

    @airtelindia please don’t spread fake info by your ads that you provide the best services while i can clearly see its a worst service. Trying to reach out your cc and they are saying the solution is getting delayed due to curfew in Rajasthan while there is no such situation

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It is ironic that in order to get priority support service #AirtelBlack activated, I need to go through poor and ignorant customer support! Chasing Airtel support for Airtel Black since last 4 days! No follow ups or call backs!!
