    Network is very poor in Chaibasa no calls can be made. Repeatedly calling to CC doesn't helped with any solution for last couple of months. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia we shifted new area, & believe me there's Network but NO Internet Speed, too much internet fluctuation 15kb/s to 225kbps, so could you please Increase Internet Speed at least "2mbps"... My new location - Narsanda, Chaibasa, Jharkhand

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sir I want to share a issue with customer care but when I am trying to reach same through airtel thanks app they are providing customer care contact no and when I am calling on that no they asked me to go via airtel thanks app that's a grt idea

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst experience, using airtel digital tv, called customer care but didn't get response, DTH service intrupted. Bad experience with service.

    @airtelindia Airtel network is very bad in my area.Internet connection is the poorest. Please try to improve it. It is the second time i am complaining about it.When i contact with the customer care they only said improvement in the tower going on that’s it.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel coverage in my locality is worst But My Airtel app shows that since Sep 2018, a new tower is being put up near By which will solve this problem but the fact is there is no sign of such tower being put up which I have confirmed by my naked eyes

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress @airtelindia I have upgraded my Airtel Broadband plan where it has OTT subscription. It’s been more than a week but I haven’t received the link for activation also there is no such option in the Airtel Application. Even reached out to customer support but still nothing.

    I have moved my eSIM from my old phone to new phone and it stopped working. Customer representative is asking me to move to postpaid so that it will work. Why do you need to forcefully push people to move from prepaid to postpaid ? #scam #airtelindia

    A month of silence from @airtelindia shows how callous they have become toward customers. This arrogance comes from the duopoly we now have. With a massive user base, maybe one customer doesn't matter to them. But for customers, connectivity is sometimes a matter of life & death

    @airtelindia shameless service in Vastral Ahmedabad.. In a week every 2 to 3 days connection gone... If u r not capable to gave internet connection then why we pay 30 days bill.. Very poor and ***** service..And no one answered for customer query...**** u airtel..

    @airtelindia @DoT_India @pib_comm why there is so much breakdown in airtel wifi connection in Mahavir Enclave Part-1 area despite paying heavily internet plans we still don't get stable network today also internet is not working since 4 hour & modi ji asked us to work from home
