    Network is very poor in Chaibasa no calls can be made. Repeatedly calling to CC doesn't helped with any solution for last couple of months. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia we shifted new area, & believe me there's Network but NO Internet Speed, too much internet fluctuation 15kb/s to 225kbps, so could you please Increase Internet Speed at least "2mbps"... My new location - Narsanda, Chaibasa, Jharkhand

    @airtelindia Airtel network is very bad in my area.Internet connection is the poorest. Please try to improve it. It is the second time i am complaining about it.When i contact with the customer care they only said improvement in the tower going on that’s it.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel coverage in my locality is worst But My Airtel app shows that since Sep 2018, a new tower is being put up near By which will solve this problem but the fact is there is no sign of such tower being put up which I have confirmed by my naked eyes

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst experience, using airtel digital tv, called customer care but didn't get response, DTH service intrupted. Bad experience with service.

    What kind of customer support you are providing? In case of issue when I try to reach customer care, through 198 or the various numbers provided by airtel chat, can't reach anywhere to lodge a complaint. After getting connected, those numbers talking nonsense, like @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I asked to disconnect. Wire removed by Airtel. Instead of cancelling, you moved my connection to "safe custody" WITHOUT consent so billing continues. Churn Request No: 11034835505. Cancel immediately or I escalate to @TRAI and consumer forum.

    @airtelindia "Absolute mockery of premium service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia! Broadband down since July 16 (SR: 10995986781). System promised resolution by July 17, 7 PM, but silently pushed the technician to July 18 instead. Recurring line failures every 2nd day.

    Hi @airtelindia why do you force users to listen to all the 25 options and the entire announcement before allowing option entry?! Extremely irritating for repeat calls which is necessarily. Why do you force users to listen to entire account balance before registering complaint?! Why does your call center ask same details again?! Completely useless!

    @airtelindia Every month you disconnect internet for 4 or 5 days which is not fair. Your service person also takes his own sweet time resolve thinking every airtel user will be sitting at home 24/7 till the wifi isssue is resolved

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Airtel Xstream Fiber shifting request was raised on 08 July 2026. Despite multiple calls and repeated 24-hour assurances from customer care and supervisors, there is still no resolution. Disappointed by the lack of accountability.

    @airtelindia is one of the fraud company where I raised complaint on my sim network issue and they close the complaint without even calling and checking with me. Can’t reopen the complaint and can’t reach customer care. In store they told they will work once complaint raised
