    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst experience, using airtel digital tv, called customer care but didn't get response, DTH service intrupted. Bad experience with service.

    @airtelindia Airtel network is very bad in my area.Internet connection is the poorest. Please try to improve it. It is the second time i am complaining about it.When i contact with the customer care they only said improvement in the tower going on that’s it.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sir I want to share a issue with customer care but when I am trying to reach same through airtel thanks app they are providing customer care contact no and when I am calling on that no they asked me to go via airtel thanks app that's a grt idea

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel coverage in my locality is worst But My Airtel app shows that since Sep 2018, a new tower is being put up near By which will solve this problem but the fact is there is no sign of such tower being put up which I have confirmed by my naked eyes

    I have paid for Airtel Xstream fiber (installation and plan fee included) in Delhi Vijaynagar area. After taking all this money, installation team now providing me with 16 mbps plan instead of 40 mbps. And customer care says they can’t do anything @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @PMOIndia @rsprasad @airtelindia If in the name of security Huawei is to be banned then there are many such things which shd be banned.Robust security system shd be at work. Centre shd open up Central Cyber Security Agency for this job.Banning is not a Solution at all.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia after multiple complaints and so may follow-ups, airtel only giving false promises and no improvement. very poor network quality at the prime location of the city. no positive update from them as well. poor service

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why are you using a third quality system where you can not trace an order status by using order id only? Fastest 4G ka dawa krne waale to 2G se bhi slow nikle, ghatiya system badl lo, kb tk customer ke paise maarkr chalega?
