It is the second time i am complaining about it.When i contact with the customer care they only said improvement in the tower going on that’s it.

I even visited the Airtel Store multiple times, but there was no proper response. The Store Manager simply said that only complaints can be registered, with no actual resolution or timeline. To make matters worse, while I was at the store, I met two other customers facing similar issues. This has been my worst experience with Airtel. Then close the request, never followup, generates bills and start calling 10 times in a day to irritate so people pay
