@airtelindia Airtel network is very bad in my area.Internet connection is the poorest. Please try to improve it. It is the second time i am complaining about it.When i contact with the customer care they only said improvement in the tower going on that’s it.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel coverage in my locality is worst But My Airtel app shows that since Sep 2018, a new tower is being put up near By which will solve this problem but the fact is there is no sign of such tower being put up which I have confirmed by my naked eyes

@mayuresh_a008 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Don't take any service from Airtel. You can't even talk to their customer care . Not even on 198. They will charge you for that too, even if you have opted for higher plan. If you raise ticket, it will be closed without resolution. And Airtel black is a scam.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence a service technician is adamant enough to say he his is not my issue, you can talk to Airtel customer care. All I get in response is an automated answer of either 24 hours or 48 hours more time.
