    @airtelindia Airtel network is very bad in my area.Internet connection is the poorest. Please try to improve it. It is the second time i am complaining about it.When i contact with the customer care they only said improvement in the tower going on that’s it.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst experience, using airtel digital tv, called customer care but didn't get response, DTH service intrupted. Bad experience with service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel coverage in my locality is worst But My Airtel app shows that since Sep 2018, a new tower is being put up near By which will solve this problem but the fact is there is no sign of such tower being put up which I have confirmed by my naked eyes

    @airtelindia Why do I get No Signal Error - Code B001 every couple of months? And everytime you call the Executive to check the issue they charge ₹150 fees. I also changed Satellite receiver but still it gives me no signal error every 2 months in clear weather.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please fix your call support for fiber customers. Your app doesn't let me raise wifi request and your call support has become worse. Asking for service request number before it's even generated. Today it's asking me to wait for nodal officer idk why.

    @Airtel_Presence 80+ emails, calls requesting for 3+ months to put me on annual plan; Sharvika (14-Mar-22), Divya (31-Mar-22) promised to sort mess, apprise of next steps; blank in cell app. Fifth time tweet, still no resolution! How indifferent can you be?! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia what's SLA for issue duplicate sim card after submission of all documents to store? I don't get any proper response from the store or 121. I was a customer for you since inception now definitely needs to think about alternatives.

    @airtelindia respected sir..we have facing problem about airtel 4G connection.all my work is pending without Internet connection server is too slow. My file, apps is not opening even, whatsp not work properly. My Internet pack is going waste. Kindly solve this issue... Thanks.

    @airtelindia how you can charge us to talk with customer care? Your DTH executive call us twice in a day for upgrade request & recharge plans. Did we asked money for that? Now, very few people like us still with Airtel time or Jio. & You are twisting us?
