    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel coverage in my locality is worst But My Airtel app shows that since Sep 2018, a new tower is being put up near By which will solve this problem but the fact is there is no sign of such tower being put up which I have confirmed by my naked eyes

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst experience, using airtel digital tv, called customer care but didn't get response, DTH service intrupted. Bad experience with service.

    @airtelindia Airtel network is very bad in my area.Internet connection is the poorest. Please try to improve it. It is the second time i am complaining about it.When i contact with the customer care they only said improvement in the tower going on that’s it.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I made a compliant SR00001FHWNW on 23rd 7.30am that my internet is not working and I got msg visit at 24th 1pm now I got msg it's rescheduled to 25th 3pm. 24hrs to resolve an issue itself is too much time and u take 48hrs which @airtelindia is doing in 4hrs

    @JioCare Okay . @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia since you are not able to resolve query or not even responding, can you initiate refund and collect your garbage router. Since it been only 2 days that I have opted for your rubbish xtreme fiber.

    @airtelindia noone cared to call me when i raised multiple complaints regarding connectivity issue over last few months. Received call in 10 mins after port request. And executive had no info on complaints.Customer retention is more important than acquisition!

    I am constantly trying to get Airtel Xstream fiber broadband service at "Lakshmi nagar pimple gurav lane no 1 Pune 411061" for the past 2 years and it is still not available in my area. Pls focus on expanding network not in advertisement.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
