    16yrs of usage, Has been facing frequent modem issues from @HathwayBrdband, customer service is disgusting, keeps u on hold for 24hrs. In today's time the internet is so important if you are working from home. Time to shift to @airtelindia or @reliancejio

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hands down has the worst network & WiFi & customer service. WiFi doesn’t work properly more than half the time. On top of that sales guys call to sell expensive plans. There should be a plan where the customer pays only for days when WiFi was working

    @airtelindia can make you life hell if you trusted on their network. I was getting 20 to 30 Mbps speed in my area and I was very happy. They proved today I was wrong the speed is 0.5 Mbps and I am even not able to connect on meet. Will move out from @airtelindia
