    @airtelindia are there any remote chances of your pathetic services improving in near future?? No calls connected, data is slower than 2G, reply to complaints is at 3G speed and without any hesitation talking about closure of complaint without giving any solution at 5G speed 🤐

    @airtelindia I am going 2 port my sim to @JioCare if my network issue is not resolved in 48 hours. This is the last airtel sim in a family of 20. @JioCare please confirm if my pack can be carried forward if i port my sim to Jio.

    Today I visited @airtelindia mini store at Laketown, Kolkata. Guess what, they told Prepaid SIM is not available from Airtel store. They don't sell it from there !!! That's what duopoly is killing the customer's choice.

    Dear @airtelindia.. why do you have to scam your customers who hv been with you for over 15 years now???? My plan says it's included Amazon prime for 6 months. Why hv i been charged for the subscription for a year?? And especially when I hv not asked for the subscription. I hv a lot of offerings in my #Airtelblack plan that I have not claimed. Why are u charging me for this? And if you say #Airtelblack is a premium service, at least allow your customers to reach an agent. Your bots are ******* dumb asses.
