@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been following for the airtel fiber connection since a very long time. First i was informed that there is no service, but later i found that you don't provide services in colonies, chawls. Why so? Do you think we are poor, can't afford?

@airtelindia My services provider. Network is down since morning and my house is fully automated, resulting I am not able to do anything. @JeffBezos Inbuilt wifi network in Alexa is what developing nation need. My poor Alexa keeps saying sorry to me for @airtelindia fault.

It will be great if you make a note of it as I'm not sure if this person is reliable. Typically KYC process is a home visit with a valid ID card and never through such unprofessional means of sending everything on WhatsApp. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please help.
