    Voice quality over FaceTime (audio) or WhatsApp call is so much better, I wonder why the cellphone providers bother providing regular cellular voice service at all. Cross-carrier calls need to upgrade to HD quality soon. @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

    @airtelindia No 9320366593 & 9870689895 been disconnected - last 1 year time & again due to a technical problem would B resolved Now told r disconnected by @TRAI Request @rssharma3 @rsprasad kind intervention & get my problem resolved as Nos r linked to gov authorities, banks etc

    @airtelindia hv bn trying to reach your customer care since morning. My sim seems to be hacked as I have received multiple mail on people trying to login to my account. Pls arrange for a call back from your customer care people.

    @airtelindia i have been getting difficulties in browsing as my network has not yet got started even if I have recharged it and no one has looked over the complaint yet. Such a bad service you have got👎

    Very disappointed with Airtel 4G internet in Kolkata. Fails to deliver the promised speed and experience, and service has become even worse after amphan. Can’t contact family there in such dire times @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @AirTel Mob No 9320366593 & 9870689895 have been disconnected since last 1 year took up time & again was told that there is a technical problem & would B resolved Now told Mob No are disconnected by TRAI Request @TRAI kind intervention & get my problem resolved @TRAI @airtelindia

    @airtelindia How to remain connected when your network sucks and you took details multiple times and attempted no resolution at all. At least say you won't / can't.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Completely disappointed with your service. My set top box is not at all working properly and it has to be replaced. I had reported this issue so many times and no proper follow ups and feedback’s are taken. Even the escalation matrix is not shared!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago since so many month having issue of my customer ID 3022206973, I have 2 settop box but they have created 1/2/3/4 ids I don't under how they work, at present using 3/4 for wic I requested to split both customer ID,still todate not done

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Dear Airtel do you have any problem to give customer to enjoy there plan that they recharge for. If yes they why you slow down the network speed from 4G to 2G where already there 2days left for end my current plan (1.4GB/day :-54days plan).

    @TRAI @airtelindia @airtelnews why you are not giving messaging service if someone recharges less than your unlimited pack. Why does not it allow to send messages If someone has main balance?As per your norms evry customers has to recharge atleast Rs 170.only duping customers.
