    @airtelindia @Airtelcare3 Waiting at your fort mumbai branch from the past 20 min yet to be served. No one at the front to guide customer's. When asked for the manager was told he/she is busy on a zoom meeting. Very disappointed

    Really Pathetic Customer Service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even after stopping International Roaming by calling on 121 last month,sending bill with IR charges again.Talking to customer care is really frustrating. Porting is last resort.Hope @JioCare serves better.

    @DoT_India Thanks 🙏 really appreciate. As it’s there . That in dec only 4 times net was not working . Other companies like @airtelindia service is super quick. I have airtel at my office . And no frequent network problem also . @HathwayBrdband has taken customers for granted

    @airtelindia @airtelindia I have upgraded my Airtel Broadband plan where it has OTT subscription. It’s been more than a week but I haven’t received the link for activation also there is no such option in the Airtel Application. Even reached out to customer support but still nothing.

    Poor mobile network and slow internet issue has been continuing in my area since last year. Complaints are closed/marked resolved without any permanent solution. This is unfair. Please escalate this to the network team and provide a clear timeline. @airtelindia @TRAI
