    Ending my 15 years relationship with @airtelindia just because the authorised service center in Goa has run out of Sim Cards and has asked to come after 5 days to collect new SIM. Service center running out of SIM card which is the basic element - shame.

    @airtelindia are there any remote chances of your pathetic services improving in near future?? No calls connected, data is slower than 2G, reply to complaints is at 3G speed and without any hesitation talking about closure of complaint without giving any solution at 5G speed 🤐

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence do you guys take complaints request seriously, a prepaid sim taken which is not active it's over a week now, every time we try to reach out to customer care we are told request in progress how many days/weeks will it take in today's world.

    Hey, @airtelindia and @IRCTCofficial . Thanks for placing ads with "book now" buttons on the train booking page that take you to Airtel instead of payments page. Thanks to this, I've lost my tatkal booking and had to cancel important trip.

    @airtelindia if your phone is lost and want to block the sim quickly, I can bet you will not be able to reach their customer care in hours. However, sales team is available all the time. That is the level of service, that too in emergency, you can expect from this great company.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the net connection is not working since 3 days now and the services in the past weeks have been outage for minium 6 to 10 hours 4 to 5 time. Please correct the issue asap and extend the subscription days by 5 day
