    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia one of the warst customer service. Complaint raised on 4 Feb 2022 was closed without giving complete resolution so same was re-opened of 16th Feb 2022 but yet to receive resolution for @ airtel team

    @airtelindia What's the issue? Why isn't the broadband working? I am with a call with your customer care but I am in queue from an hour. Really bad customer service and no way to create or contact anyone in case of internet issues.

    @airtelindia One of the worst landline service providers. Every month our landline is disconnected even after making full payment in advance. Relationship no is 14108034. We are thinking of changing to other service providers.

    @airtelindia I need to port out of my 2 Jio no’s 1 postpaid 1prepaid as @JioCare network has deteriorated since the outage they had a few days ago. I work from home and don’t have the patience until @JioCare resolves the issue. Can you deliver SIMs home? Postpaid and prepaid?

    Had booked Airtel fiber @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in Bhinasar, Rajasthan. The Airtel agent had also taken money Rs 3500+ for the same, still no work of installation have been done. Is this some kind of scam from Airtel? Had faced similar issue while installing fiber in.....

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia How can you simply remove a customer from Airtel black and put them in platinum? Then start demanding all sorts of recharges. My black charge was supposed to be about 2k, but almost 2.5k+ is being demanded from Airtel this month.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Service request raised on 27th Jan on low or zero network of #airtel has been pending. Replaced & re-insert sim on different phones no improvement. Service team least bothered to connect or call to check on where is real issue. Disappointing !

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Unbelievable, I requested for physical SIM to be replaced to eSIM now I have nothing no SIM and no eSIM. Suppose to get a QR code that never came. call 121 and IVR keeps running no human to answer. Airtel is the stupidest service in India.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I think Airtel started taking their existing customers for granted and started to provide very poor services. I feel sad that when Airtel is trying to increase their ARPU to 200/- but it forgot to basically provide proper service to its customers.
