When I complained for poor network and tried to port out of @airtelindia They are forcing me to pay in cash instead of card in this #DigitalIndia and are stopping me from porting out by blocking my SMS. It's time for our PM @narendramodi and @TRAI to act on @Airtel_Presence

Can't tell you how impressed I am with the speed at which the issue was resolved and the follow up by @JioCare team members.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia : This is with respect to dth. Even though there is no rain, no clouds, facing issues with dth viewing. One min it works, 2 mins it doesn't orange light. Signal is getting lost frequently. We have cleaned the card, start-stop done already 5-6 times.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Xstream dth box is so damn slow with Android apps. It certainly needs an hardware upgrade. You’ve got a cheap Chinese product and selling it in the name of Android. I’m having to switch to tv every time I need to use an app such as YouTube.
