And if you want to replace your SIM you need to visit the store. Existing customers are less important to telecom companies. Discrimination is what you get for being loyal customer for years

Then your person had said 7-10 days. It's been 15 days now. Haven't heard from anyone. I had even paid for 6 months which got cancelled.
