@airtelindia Paid my Airtel broadband bill from Airtel wallet on 24th Nov. Money got debited, but bill not paid. Didn't receive refund even after almost a month. Airtel wallet team says transaction is successful, Airtel broadband team says it failed. No resolution in a month!!

In this age of digital transformation, the leading telecom brand of India, @airtelindia not accepting E-aadhar or E-PAN as document of proof, though as per government regulations, these should be the valid documents 🤔 @DoT_India if anyone can resolve the issue??
