    @airtelindia Pathetic service. In Maradu, Kochi, there was a storm and your dish fell. Instead of sending an engineer, after 5 days of complaint 656244266, what do you do? Send a sales guy named Sooraj who dupes my 80 yr old mother and asks for my Aadhar. I caught him. Shame!!

    @beluga_catesh @airtelindia @GyanTherapy I know what NR is, I’m saying that your screenshot does not have NR or SA 5G Airtel has a limited coverage of SA 5G compared to Jio Hence they deduct from 4G if the network is on 5G NSA

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @bhartiairtelfdn after a tired day when kids complained repeatedly on 7th day that papa internet is at all not working and when connected to customer care Mr Kuldeep talks rudely and in dominating way.. THIS IS BEHAVIOUR OF #AIRTEL WITH CUSTOMER , you are taking money and not offering g free services.. shame on you

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence stop spreading false information to customers. Your representatives are claiming my last recharge was on 08 December 2025, while I clearly recharged my number with ₹349 on 20 February 2026. I even have the payment proof. Why are your staff lying again and again instead of solving the issue properly? Completely frustrating and pathetic customer support. Fix this nonsense and reactivate my number immediately.

    @airtelindia #Pathetic service for wifi broadband. From the last 30 hours there was no service. The customer care executives don't have answers. Airtel black users who have priority service, the customer service number was not available since last 30 hrs.
