Your staff told me that xstream fiber service is available and after making payment later they cancelled the order, my money was also wasted and now it's almost 20 days I haven't got refund yet. I wrote mails so many times but no positive response from your site. @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My SIM card stopped working all of a sudden. I got it replaced at the store, after paying and not getting a receipt for it. Even after 8 hours, the new SIM is still not activated. I don’t even know how to contact the customer care without a SIM.
