  UPDATE: Airtel customer service is ABSOLUTELY STUPID 😤 Called after my IPTV complaint (see previous tweet), they RAISED A DTH REQUEST instead of IPTV! I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays?   I have Airtel broadband. @airtelindia It’s not working since morning. Try to call customer care. It says there is problem in your area. It says it will be resolved by 22nd. In actual none of my neighbours have any problem. 121/chatbot no use. Pathetic service.
