    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic service! Paid ₹3600 for new Airtel DTH on April 18 (Req ID: A09YE5K542R) but still NO installation after 10 days. Customer care keeps “escalating” with no action. Technician not responding at all. Is this how you treat new customers?

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @Airtel, I’m using a Sony Xperia 1 iv (5G-capable) with a 5G-enabled SIM, but I’m still only seeing 4G on your network. Could you please check if this device can be added to your supported 5G list or help troubleshoot the issue?

    @airtelindia This is unacceptable. I requested cancellation of my broadband (0755268000251_wifi), but your team keeps calling and pushing plans/sleep mode despite clear refusal causing harassment. @TRAI Please look into the matter as this issue is persistent with many airtel user

    @airtelindia they ensure that wifi issue will get resolved within 24hrs. Now it's More than 24 hrs my issue is not yet resolved nor able to connect with the customer care @DoT_India @JM_Scindia
