    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am seriously fed up with the poor excuse of a customer service helpline you have in place, there is no option to get a hold of a real service representative over call or any other helplines which actually give any useful information.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence really disappointed with the Services, informed that issue is resolved & my internet went off now. Verified app after reinstall, status no change. Are you having some grit to act the priority on escalated issue. Getting messages to join back #fraud.

    @barunghosh @chandan434 @airtelindia Then port it simple. Why bother to recharge every month. Or use it as primary sim with other network so no need to do recharge in 2 sims. That's it
