@airtelindia @DoT_India #DoT India, please make some law through which a service provider who is not having capabilities to resolve customer complaints, should not be allocate new spectrum. Only by making advertisement of 'zero complaints' in media, does not mean they are good network service provider.

@Mohit20191611 @airtelindia You are not the only one experiencing pathetic customer response of #Airtel, it comes by default, when you opt Airtel as your service provider. They are bound to to harass you rather then providing resolution of your complaint.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelKK trying to convert my physical sim to esim. Verification and customer care calls gets disconnected in the middle of the process.Reaching customer care is impossible. Trying continuously from past 2 days. Is there any way to resolve this.
