    @airtelindia what a pathetic service you r providing. Your complaint only call representative sucks, at the central city internet dont work. Basic your app too failed to connect, such a pathetic service. U r failing to provide basic service at tier 1 city, can imagine rest of IN

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It seems its your plan to frustate customer for so many days without giving any genuine faith in airtel service so that customer pays bill before due date. So congrats i have paid your *manipulated bill* and its time to switch to other service provider.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence this is already escalated via consumer helpline (NCH 9176492). Continued inaction on wrongful billing is unacceptable. Resolve immediately or this will proceed to consumer court. Complaint ID: 11028996393

    I am being asked to pay an incorrect bill with no assurance this won’t happen again. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 1. Correct the bill immediately 2. Refund/adjust the excess charges 3. Confirm in writing this issue will not repeat
