    @airtelindia If you have an unplanned outrage for 5 to 6 hrs in a particular area then your customer team has no rights to inform to the users stating that your internet connection will be not provided with out any information on mail or SMS. Your CST sucks

    Since 3 days I have no internet connection on my broadband. The app assigned a person to fix this but that person does nothing. Airtel has worst customer care service and they treat the customers like trash. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Please give a service of 1 gb & 2 gb data add on option but validity should be based on base plan like jio. Otherwise I will port my Airtel SIM.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Been an AirtelBlack cstmr, gettin the worst service. Not getting TV Channels for 5 days due to dish issue, raised multiple SR's but no engineer has visited the premises yet to resolve the issue. They just keep rescheduling it. SR#122541129, 122491954

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst dth service in #Bengaluru Feeling cheated. It's been more than 1 week now and my dth relocation has not been resolved. Each time technician before coming asks for otp saying they need it and if i say no, they hung phone on me and no one comes

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia When will u fix the issue? If u can't then I will just end the services and choose a different one. I'm tired of being patient with ur slow works. I no longer want to waste my time and money on Airtel.

    @Airtel_Presence I think it's my bad luck that I am using @airtelindia and again recharged my number with you. You were doing cheating with the customer on behalf of your policy You have to mention in the recharge plan description that if you do new recharge then your older recharge will end 2/2

    thanks @ViCustomerCare for quick call (took 6hr to respond) and giving a reasons to PORT the network to airtel . at least i can use the network inside home(mysore) and in remote locations with @airtelindia Time to fly :)
