@airtelindia my broadband is not working from 5 days. Ticket created on 23 Sep. Nobody is resolving the problem. Everyday i am listening it will be resolved tomorrow. Concerned person will call you in 4 hours. But no luck. This is last try from my side. Ticket : 10083585986

@AirtelXtream @airtelindia @Airtel extremely bad service and bad response from airtel dealers. The prepaid plans of airtel xtreme(internet) cannot be converted to black(internet+dth),this was not informed earlier and when asked to help they say I can change only once plan expires

@airtelindia Facing a broadband outage since morning in our society. Resolution time keeps extending hour after other. Customer executives aren't able to help with escalation. Many people are planning to replace airtel connection with other providers because of this experience.
