  @airtelindia My WIFI connection was prepaid and should have closed due to non-payment. Instead, you automatically converted it to postpaid. I want to close the connection immediately, but no one is picking up customer care. I wont pay extra #Airtel

  @Airtel_Presence I don't care about my personal info.i want refund. I was not able to use it for even 1 day. Repeatedly had chat with customer executive on airtel thanks app. Followed all the steps told by every executive in the chat. They also admitted that I wasn't able to use it. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia mc, 1st sim the same number, being used for over 15yrs, the trust and simplicity in the network is just being white washed over the ******* stupid ****, you arent able to manage the crowd moving into your network, so you raised prices, ******* provide the services.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 6/7 @airtelindia Please stop giving generic “24 hours wait".. I want this escalated to the senior grievance team and resolved immediately. If this cannot be resolved at the customer-care level, please provide the escalation details for the appropriate Nodal/Appellate Authority.
