    Hi Airtel I want to know that if we have done mobile recharge 2times on same number but recharge amount isn't same so we can use double without any complaint, if yes so please tell me how. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it has been 3 days since i logged an issue to fix internet issues. Everyday it is updated saying another 48 hrs to resolve. No explanation whatsoever. Cannot connect to a human in customer care. Pls resolve quickly

    @airtelindia ... still my broadband has been disconnected for almost a month now without reason and even after numerous calls to customer care tye issue has not been resolved. The local representative has also been avoiding all my calls. I am absolutely clueless on how to get this resolved..

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence pls refund the amount paid. I would prefer to move to a different service provider. I wrote a DM with complaint ID as well, no response. Customer care does not connect me to a person. Truly horrible experience with Xtreme Fiber
