    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I applied for a Broadband connection and my application no. is 0131354975. I paid the amount 2829/- on 27 April through debit card. Till date, connection has not been set up & no comm. from your side. Very bad service.

    @airtelindia I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for the installation of Airtel broadband home. Your technicians are the worst, first he delayed the installation of wires and now he isnt picking up my calls . Really disappointing! Stop giving your customers such torture .

    What's going on Airtel ?? Every alternative day there is a problem with your network, when you advertise 0 complaints, there are still huge areas where you cannot provide good service . Look into it please... @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @PMOIndia

    @ViCustomerCare So I am facing this internet connectivity issue since 14 April. Reference number GUJ-V00411479036. This got closed, I don't know how and when even without resolving the problem. Resolve my problem in 12 hours or I'll just switch the network to @airtelindia
