    @airtelindia Customer from 25+ years. I logged a case today that is supposedly going to be resolved ETA 23 July (15 days). Your decision of not having an oncall support means customers need to commute to nearest Airtel Center to get issue resolved. Extremely poor service.

    @Airtel_Presence Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have texted you back . I paid the bill on 4th July , then I tried to pause the connection, again it showed me to pay the bill so I paid it today . & When I am trying to pause the connection it's asking me to pay 200 more . Wtf is this ?

    @airtelindia I am facing an issue, and when I visited your outlet, they told me that the staff is not there and asked me to wait in this rainy season. He asked me to wait until the staff resumes. Is this customer service?

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I am your post paid customer from last 11 years atleast where I pay approx 1884 per month with GST . I asked just simple to update my gst number so that I can GST return benefit. But still it’s not done . Pls close my service with immediate

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence After posting a no tweet facing issue at my home location 18°49'28.4"N 73°01'26.1"E but still didn't respond. Airtel equals no network.Going to port in JIO SIM .Thank you @Airtel_Presence for not responding to a single tweet.worst experience.
