    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia As suggested, I kept the router switched off for around 30–40 minutes and now the internet is connected again. But I’m not sure why this issue keeps happening repeatedly. If this continues regularly, it’s going to create a lot of problems.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Last time you blocked my Airtel SIM without my consent, and now after visiting the Airtel Store,your staff told me my SIM cannot even be restored. Absolutely pathetic service and zero support for customers.This is beyond frustrating. MF @airtelindia

    @SandeepParekh @airtelindia One time I had such issue. It happens when we change or modify the document we used earlier to buy sim . So when any new requests come ,earlier documents don't match

    @Airtel_Presence Another update: No callback or resolution from Airtel even after repeated calls, DMs, and public escalation. They only repeat that “their logs show I opted for it” while avoiding questions about consent and OTP contradictions. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia has become one of the worst, most bull **** service providers in the country. Their customer care service is absolute ****, their on ground team is absolute **** At least in mumbai my recent experiences have been nothing short of a nightmare.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews From Last 2.5 Months My services were disrupted. Same thing has been accepted by a number of executives. Still I got charged. Now my bills have increased. Without giving service raising the bill is justified?

    @airtelindia Raised a request to shift the wifi and dth connection at same adress from 3rd to 1st floor on 16 th may. Till date nobody visited to my house for shifting. Don’t we(customer) have curtesy in knowing when technician will come, please look into it Req id: 10944482619
