    @airtelindia I am completely shocked and appalled by the lack of customer service on your calling platform. I am facing 5G issues and your customer service executive was extremely rude and hung the call in my face. We pay a premium for recharges and expect nothing in return?

    @airtelindia @JioCare They must change entire staff and deploy skilled folks. Otherwise slowly folks will shift. Ridiculous and arrogant customer service.

I’m trying to contact your customer service but couldn’t get the response. Should I surrender my both services ? @airtelnews
