  I requested for relocation of my Services on the 30th of May. Until today no has followed up for the same. I need to cancel my services. When called the CS they said your request is still open, it needs to be closed first. Kindly do the needful. @airtelindia

Forget the word “premium” there have been no follow-up calls, no technician visits, and still no resolution. This level of service is simply unacceptable.
