    Same experienced. Closed 2 @JioCare wifi connections and switched to @airtelindia wifi. No issues so far

    @airtelindia He advised us to contact the area distributor, Manoj. We called him and asked for someone to assist us and provide a timeline. However, he firmly stated that we need to either wait or disconnect the service. We are very frustrated with this poor service;

    Dear @airtelindia, referring to my previous tweet, the technician had come to my home at around 6 in the evening yesterday & he did bring back the connectivity which lasted for 5 mins & said the issue originated from the fatbox. This is the third day and my wifi is still down.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You guys are talking about Priority, since 3 days spoke to around 10 executives, no one could explain reason for issues and couldnt take Wifi disconnection requests, retention team and supervisors all LIE.
