  @Airtel_Presence Your engineers could be lying. No one is working on repair in our area. The internet is down for Day 2! Undersea cables get repaired in a few hours. Airtel has come down to lying and cheating!? When will my Internet be up? Give me a definite date & time. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Unable to activate eSIM on Pixel 7. Airtel Thanks app says to select Airtel India during eSIM setup, but my phone only shows QR code/activation code options. The app also shows "We're facing difficulty connecting." Please help.

  12 hours have passed and Airtel WiFi is still down. Truly wonderful service by Airtel and its employees. I regret switching from Jio to Airtel. Frequent outages, no updates, and no resolution. Looks like it's time to switch back to Jio. Customers deserve better than this. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
