  @TataPlayin @airtelindia @haritnagpal Sir, please look into this. I was charged ₹250 for an engineer visit despite being a 15+ year Tata Sky/Tata Play customer. Customer loyalty deserves better. Many other DTH operators don't charge loyal customers for such visits.

  @airtelindia while my neighbours are getting Internet with the same plan, how is it possible that within the same locality few houses gets Internet and few not, while as per AI chat bot, it’s the problem for entire locality? What a horrible service. At least improve your app.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it’s been 24 hours your broadband service is down, all networks Jìo, Tataplay, even local provider working but this east India company called airtel, these jokers can only exploit. Shameful service.
