    @airtelindia Paid for “Unlimited 5G” from Airtel, but my data still gets exhausted in a full 5G area. Complained multiple times on Airtel app — issue raised 6 months ago, still no resolution. What exactly are customers paying for? False promises and zero support. @airtelindia

    Terrible customer service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence!I raised a complaint and emailed my request to disconnect my Wi-Fi and D2H connection days ago,but absolutely nothing has happened. How long does it take to process a simple request? Resolve this ASAP! #AirtelComplaint

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Dear Team I am really pissed off now. Your CC executives are making this issue so complicated. I have raised the request of shifting the Wifi from old address to new address but your CC executives have raised the request under new connection.

    Very pathetic experience of Airtel poatpaid connection where neither customer care nor Airtel store helped me out in activation of my connection, they just palmed off their responsibility, seems this was the mistake porting from jio to airtel @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Huge appreciation for Thikam Singh, Airtel’s field executive, who not only resolved my issue but properly explained it, offered personal assistance if it happens again, and even refused to accept a tip. Absolute gem of a person. 👏

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i asked for ip tv and paid 500₹ on 12th May, it is 24th may- after many follow ups on 121 - still no luck and false promises- i have asked now is for refund and cancel my request to ipTv. Service request nos- 4510440778 #verybad support

    @TRAI Telecom operators charge ₹400–500/month, yet call quality and internet connectivity are terrible. Even in posh areas of Bangalore, calls drop and data barely works. Customers deserve better service and accountability. Please take serious actions: @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @TechJunkies @airtelindia @airtelnews I have paid the amount yesterday morning for Airtel Fiber Connection. Sales person has promised the Installation in an hour. But it has been 24 hours and there is no response from Airtel. Worse service & no regard for time.
