  Also, @airtelindia charges us ₹ 20/- extra if we recharge after our account has suspended. Makes no sense as it is a prepaid service and our service stops as soon as my balance runs out. Not sure if @TRAI is aware of this but if it is then surely this is very concerning.

  @JioCare call dropping 10-15 times a day daily. Also net speed is slow now. @airtelindia please help in porting number.
