    @airtelindia, for the past two days, my internet has been down every morning, taking 6-7 hours to resolve. This is severely impacting my office work 😩 If this continues, I will need a refund so I can switch to some other internet provider 😤. Improve your service

    @airtelindia My broadband service was suspended on 29 April 2026, even though my due date is 7 May 2026. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience. Please resolve urgently and restore service. #Airtel #BroadbandIssue

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Not acceptable @airtelindia Dont you have any SLA's? Internet went off at 5am 29Apr & you resolve by 4pm 30 Apr? Loss of 2 full work days. This is happening in the most prime area of #Pune. No engineers available to address the issue. Really sad state of affairs. Unbelievable.

    @airtelindia my ivr language is English but why the 121 call goes to hindi customer support rather than English customer support. Looks like you are not considered all other languages. Hindi only not languages in India😡 . Agent not transferring the call and no luck multiple call

    @airtelindia I am in a rented flat and i want to vacate this property. Termination of your wifi/dth is so tedious and time consuming, i am really discouraged to buy your service ever again in future. On call with cust care for over 15 minutes and still no resolution. Frustrating!

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, even after 10 days of disconnection and final bill payment, my AirFiber is still active & device not collected. Complaint No: 4509031545 was closed without resolution. Please pick up the equipment ASAP to avoid billing issues!

    This is really disappointing. I had requested for a resolution from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia yesterday and they asked me to DM them my details ... Which I did but still there is no response from their team and no updates as well.
