  @Airtel_Presence Really bad experience with @airtelindia when i reached out to customer care they suggested to get my sim upgraded to get priority postpaid even i got my Airtel sim just 20 days ago still went to Airtel store and they said no need to get the sim upgraded and reach out to support

  @airtelindia hi I am looking for senior person contact details to report the worst service airtel fiber team is giving in Chennai Thiruvanmiyur region. They took money and almost 10 days now broadband not working and no one is picking calls. Very bad service.

  @airtelindia @dtchq_delhi did ncmc card u provide at metro ticket counter not work in dtc buses? and review of your card-card is worst charging 50 for 5 yrs is too much for that product can't even scan within purse u have to pull out the card to scan at metro

  @Maaachaaa69 @airtelindia @TheSunilMittal All the Airtel needs to do is, spend a few hundred crores more annually and hire more staff for customer care and bring down the wait time to 1 minute. That will work wonders for the company and its growth will beat Jio any day. But IFF
