  @KumarRahul769 @airtelindia @TRAI 5G is a fraud. I recharged with the 399 unlimited plan in a 5G-covered area, but I do not get unlimited 5G. When I complained, they said the issue was resolved, but it was never fixed. When I visited the store, they simply told me to switch to a postpaid connection to get 5g

  @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with the service. My prepaid SIM was delivered only after repeated follow-ups, but it is still not activated. I emailed customer care asking for the activation timeline and whether any action is needed from my side, but received no response.
