  @airtelindia @airtelindia This is the worst ever service I received by any ISP. Your customer support executive are just misguiding in name of time and just not providing support. In last 3 days I've called them more than 20 times and just received ans that it will be solved in this time.

  @Airtel_Presence 1+ yr of complaints for poor WiFi. Tickets auto-closed without my resolution.Paying ₹1800+ but poor service. Multiple visits/resets-no fix.Gorakhpur team (Atul Shrivastav, Amarjeet ) said router replacement—no action. Will it be done or I switch? @airtelindia

  @airtelindia your customer support team is just giving time from last 3 days. They are saying it will be done in 4 hrs 8 hrs by morning even one executive had given 100% guarantee that it will be done in an hour, and still we haven't received any solution.

  @airtelindia It's not one month also i switched my network from Jio to Airtel. However within 1 month I complained about the network issue to your customer care thrice. No resolution done till now just everytime same message "Complaint resolved and closed". Horrible experience.

  @airtelindia @TRAI Facing serious network issue in Dakhin Parsa, Bihar 841220. Airtel tower is within 200m, but network goes down during every power cut. This clearly shows NO power backup. Issue ongoing for 2+ years despite complaints on 198. Please take immediate action.
