Hello @airtelindia after upgrading airtel internet data speed is running slow. We are troublling from last 4 to 5 month. Our regional area code is 311602. I am regular customer of @airtelindia from last 10 year. Please do something for better experience.

@Airtel_Presence is sleeping. Customer had found SIM bust & @airtelindia is taking ages to resolve the issue. The phone is his only bread-winner. The customer travelled miles today to collect a new SIM & is happy working. His msg to Airtel is; "continue sleeping, thanks". @TRAI

@airtelindia Customer support has been really pathetic. I discourage to use airtel xtreme fiber .I used the xtreme fiber for 1 month after taking a plan of 6 months . They told me to refund the remaining amount. But it has been more than 1 month since I made the request.
