    Hello @airtelindia after upgrading airtel internet data speed is running slow. We are troublling from last 4 to 5 month. Our regional area code is 311602. I am regular customer of @airtelindia from last 10 year. Please do something for better experience.

    What all this @airtelindia promises about their network. This is the worst ever network in our town, where all the other networks are working in 4G this one is struggling for 2G but they deactivate your sim if not recharged. Do you still use this network?

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence have you started replacing 5G/4G by 2G now? Last 6 months i am facing internet issue(between 6Pm - 10Pm) and every 10 days I am raising ticket for the same, tickets are getting resolved but issue isn't. What to do ? should I port out my number?

    What an excellent service given by @airtelindia Xstream Fibre. 2hrs from payment to activation of internet service. I really wonder why did I waste time on @HathwayBrdband and their fake promises

    @airtelindia - Fiber services are down for the second time this month. Earlier downtime of 3 days. Weekend outage twice. Ur support team is thr lousiest i have ever dealt with. It's a bundle package and u don't unbundle as well and porting out is a pain. @TRAI kindly take note

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews being a platinum customer had put a request in the airtelapp for Broadband connection but the way your people in Mumbai works it looks they are not interested.
