Hello @airtelindia after upgrading airtel internet data speed is running slow. We are troublling from last 4 to 5 month. Our regional area code is 311602. I am regular customer of @airtelindia from last 10 year. Please do something for better experience.

@airtelindia Repeatedly closing my network complaint without solving the issue. Tickets are marked “resolved” while the problem continues. Is this how you treat paying customers? Stop fake closures and actually fix the network. Worst customer service experience. #Airtel

Worst part you call support, explain everything, they say “escalation team will connect,” then boom… no update. Next call, a new agent comes and you have to explain everything again from scratch. Tickets don’t even get raised. I’ve been brutally harassed by @airtelindia
