  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence using airtel postpaid, got fed up with service and even caller tune doesn’t work properly. No discussion left i guess 9 is every month billing, sept 9th i will make my 2 postpaid number back to jio. I knew post to prepaid take 3 months. Thats ok!

  @pbhushan1 "fastlane" doesn't make any difference if I can't even get any signal @airtelindia . Even taking a call while on the road has become a pain. Big downgrade in less than a year.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Applied for Fiber at DK 24 Carat, Bhopal. Paid for slot booking, but your team cancelled it. Local executives refuse to lay lines unless 8-10 people sign up. On email, your team is stuck in a bot loop asking for a CAF number your agents won't issue.

  @pbhushan1 Very true . Speed is just the name . They don’t have enough bandwidth. They will come and say now they changed the backend settings and now things will improve. Its eyewash . I always feel multiple G’s from 2 G to 5G is a scam with govt support. @airtelindia

  @airtelbank @airtelindia My FASTag issue is still unresolved despite multiple complaints. Linked mobile number is inactive and ₹40 pending issue is also not getting cleared. I have to travel to Nepal on 28 Aug. Please resolve/activate my FASTag urgently. Kindly escalate.

  @pbhushan1 Airtel claims postpaid offers better coverage, but my experience says otherwise. Even on postpaid, the network and call quality remain extremely poor. Paying more shouldn't mean accepting the same bad service. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
