  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia first you took money and promised for installation. Somehow installation is not completed since 17 Aug now you are not refunding money. What kind of fraud is this? Why still my money is not refunder. Dropped 5-8 emails but no resolution yet. #Airtel #AirtelFiber

  @airtelindia I call airtel and the customer care exec makes me wait without any time frame. Says he has no authority to disconnect my Wi-Fi. When i ask how long i need to wait he says he doesn’t know

  Frustrating port in experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Ordered a new SIM online via Self-KYC, but the Tnx App throws an "Invalid SIM number" error. store sends me to customer care, 198 tells me to visit the store, and email support by bot- Req 6SKU4WSP3W fix it asap..

  10 days since my issue raised to @airtelindia for the incompetency, still no resolution date and response from them which reflects the company they are. Seriously , the customer experience is null with these guys . And they will respond the same usual on this . Losers !

  @airtelindia @PMOIndia Airtel has worst network. Every alternate day they are shutting operations on some excuses but billing they are very particular. There’s is no accountability in India because of crony capitalism
