  Airtel thanks app is the worst app created. I made a request for IPTV. They assigned me wrong agent - and that agent declined to do the job. He gave me some other agent no and they not responding to calls. Absolute scum bags. Pathetic experience @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia ever since I've switched to your network, calls and internet both have been terrible. I've raised several complaints on the app but all I get is a "your complaint has been resolved" message without any change in my network. Kindly look into the matter.

  Wifi is not working since so many days, customer care is not responsible. Yesterday i called on 11.30pm where he told that call on 12am, when called on 12.08 am, he qas telling to call on 1am. Is this the way? Why are u not able to provide services? @airtelindia

  @airtelindia Still no call, no resolution and no proper response. I have repeatedly explained my billing dispute and was promised callbacks by your representatives, but nothing has happened. My services were barred despite my request not to do so.

  This is honestly becoming unbearable. Airtel, what kind of service is this? 1.31 Mbps download speed while paying for a supposedly reliable data service? We are already struggling enough in this country, yet even basic internet access is becoming a daily battle.   @airtelindia @airtelnews it's been almost 2.5 full days and no wifi network in my area. Every time you are extending the timeline which is frustrating. I didnt expected this kind of service. Kindly look into it urgently.
