Are you blocking the hotspot? I don't want to get stranded or looking for Wifi while on travel. My hotspot usage rarely exceeds 2GB per month. U switch 5G to 4G the moment there is internet sharing. The 4G is horrible. Waiting for this month to be over so I can switch back.

In my case they had picked up the modem but still kept harassing me over phone for return of modem until some 30-45 days back. No amount of informing the telecaller that modem has been picked up helped.

Despite this, u still charge the full monthly fee. Why r u fooling and scamming ur customers? This is completely unacceptable. #PoorService #WiFi #Scam
