@airtelindia Pathetic service, been more than 48 hrs getting misleaded by the Airtel representatives, unable to contact the customer care bcoz of confusing ivr, where no option lead to customer care in postpaid. Not a good experience for a new customer. The sales representative is misleading.

Pathetic service by @airtelindia , I had Airtel Internet TV (airtel settop box) which got damaged, so i called to their customer care, They told me that i have to pay 600/- plus 150/- (visit charge) for the replacement of box. I asked them to replace with normal HD box (1/n)
