  @Airtel_Presence No network in Morabadi, Ranchi since 1 PM 📵 Also, I paid for 5G recharge but stuck on 4G, and that too with poor speed. This is supposed to be a high priority area in the city. @airtelindia please fix this.

  @JioCare @JioCare 3 days and still no resolution! This is the 5th time this month my JioFiber has stopped working. Am I paying for your service or for your time? Please expedite this immediately, or I’ll have to say hello to @airtelindia and reconsider my JioFiber connection.

  Worst service by @airtelindia! Their sales rep promised installation within 2–24 hrs, and took the payment. After waiting 2 days, I was told there’s no tower in my area. Now the rep isn’t answering calls. Customer care says refund will be processed, no refund. Please resolve ASAP

  @airtelindia @airtelnews Hi team, There has been a outage again in my area, why every 10 days I have an outage for a prolonged days, it's the third day of outage, I have a office in Ballupr, I don't face any challenge there.. do u want me to work from office everyday? Let me do WFH please I beg you 🤞🏻

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet is working from last 10 days and same issue I faced in last month as well. Service request:- 11038287160 No assigned engineer is coming to check the issue and when I call them they say I do not check this area. Please look into this.

  @TRAI Jio and Airtel are in a bad state in the villages! Looking at their networks, it feels like we only gained independence on paper; in reality, we are still enslaved. When we pay for such expensive recharges, what is the problem with providing a good network? @JioCare @airtelindia
