@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I made a recharge of ₹1799, but it replaced my current ₹455 recharge plan & further my validity got reduced. Kindly look into the same. If this cannot be resolved, then I shall port into some other network that provides recharge lineups.

@airtelindia hey airtel- getting out of DTH plans and disconnections are made so difficult. No option to exit in App or IVR and no response to emails! I have an issue to disconnect a STB/ respond please!
