  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No internet access in Vijayanagara, Bengaluru from past few hours. We paid for uninterrupted service. You disconnect the service at midnight 12:00, without a delay. While fixing the issue, we have to wait for hours. No logic.

  @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence Day 7 and still no installation. @airtelindia WiFi shifting request (ID: 10916105081) no update, no action. How long should a customer wait? If it can’t be done, inform clearly so I can switch. Extremely disappointing.

  @airtelindia I have spent my time on call centre guys asking for help and visited store nobody able to help me with digitisation and free roaming of numbers o am unable to understand why I need to be in home circle to solve any problem related to mobile number

  The issue was resolved after 5–6 hours, but within 24 hours my Wi-Fi went down again due to “maintenance.” This clearly shows the problem is recurring and not permanently fixed. none of my questions have been answered about reason, compansassion,fix @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
