  @airtelindia …and getting assured that my complaint will be addressed within next 24hrs. Today I was told that my complaint was closed without any action taken on it. And this has happened twice in 2 months. What a shame!! Terminating my services with Airtel for good.

  I am having network issue from 3 months and registered the complaint but that complaint gets closed, I tried to reopen by appealing but instead of re-opening , they created a new ticket, still no response. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Do we have any SLA?

  @airtelindia hi team, iam trying get airtel broadband connection and paid for that order Id 21- 23144850770 and promised that will install by 13th July..but still installation has not done..also technician not piking my call . Let me know if your team will provide service or not.
