    Very disappointing service of @Airtel wifi as for last more than a month my @airtelindia vide ID 061247132854 of package Rs.589 is disrupted.Attempts to send money failed twice and no action to revive it and get the subscription.

    @Airtel_Presence @sunilmittal22 @airtelindia why don't u people understand in simple language that I am unable to visit your store in working days that's why I needed delivery of sim. But now no worries I will get it ported to some other telecome. Thank u for the worst experience.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your airtel UPI is a worst platform ... I have recharged my airtel prepaid through your UPI and now payment is pending.your customer care official is saying that it would be refunded within 10 working days. Disappointed..

    @airtelindia Airtel Xtreme fiber service is very pathetic in danapur patna area..If u do recharge for 6 month service will be provided only 5 month remaining 1 month is only for network issue . Kindly improve

    @airtelnews @airtelindia I have moved from Gurgaon to Pune & accordingly raised a request to shift my wifi connection to Pune on 1st May (request id 10926299883). I have no resolution till today even after 7 days! Glaring example of pathetic customer service. I have raised other requests fir poor network connectivity without any resolution ( request id 31-1000013507129 & 311000013413514). Being a airtel black customer, I expected much better, probably I am wrong by putting all my eggs in one basket or I should port to another service provider. I raised a request for a new connection & immediately was c9ntacted by airtel team but as an existing customer no one is ready to provide a resolution. Looks like it's time to move to a service provider who takes better care of their customers (hopefully ).

    @airtelindia Why does it take 15 days to resolve a network issue when an “agent assigned” update itself comes only after 5 days? Interesting choice of words too — calling it a “request” instead of a complaint subtly shifts the mindset from “customer issue to be fixed” to “favor to be granted.” Customers paying monthly rental are not asking for charity; they are paying for a service. If service is unavailable for days, why should customers pay full monthly rent? Will Airtel waive charges for the 15-day disruption period? @Airtel_Presence
