Pathetic after-sales support from @Airtel_Presence. My complaint is still unresolved despite repeated reminders and tweets. No response, no technician visit, no accountability. Escalating this to senior leadership for urgent intervention. @airtelindia @VittalGopal

@airtelindia Hi Airtel India - my wife has activated the International roaming pack on her airtel mobile 9871809049 before leaving India. She has reached USA and her pack is not active and she is stuck without any network. Kindly help

To answer everyone's question – if @airtelindia is pushing everyone to Priority Postpaid, who'll benefit from it, I'm glad to tell you folks that I have an answer. The beneficiaries will be flagship and mid-range users of Samsung and Apple users. Because apparently, Airtel is too focused on them. They launched the service and all, and I have 2 flagship phones (unfortunately I just switched from Samsung), and none of them is getting Vo5G/NR or the Priority Postpaid. But surprise, my friend with a S25+ standing next to me is getting Vo5G and Priority Postpaid. Cool, right?

How is such a scam unchecked? I spoke to another distributor, Nexotel (owner Sunny Mishra), who is willing to help and has already escalated this to your TSM multiple times, but no action has been taken. Please transfer my request to Nexotel and resolve this. @airtelindia

@MensRightsFF @ThePlacardGuy @airtelindia Wrongly understood. Just like a broadband connection that has a rental payment, the postpaid connection too has rental. This brings in customer loyalty. Both are same. Prepaid is different, with no commitment.

@AviatorMowgli @ThePlacardGuy @airtelindia The problem is basically that airtel is selling tickets to a concert, and postpaid people will get priority access to that concert. Once that's done, whatever tickets are left will be given to prepaid users. But no one really knows what that number will be.

@ThePlacardGuy @airtelindia Airtel priority postpaid only working on 5G SA mode for rest all it's just change in carrier name nothing much also after network slicing one should not feel much difference or speed should be sufficient for daily usage if coverage of 5G is good in someone area.
