Those of us who have chosen @airtelindia over @reliancejio for so long have made a big mistake. Airtel's networks is hardly reachable and their customer service both voice and emails are the worst of the worst.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had raised a request for new SIM on the app on 8 August, haven't heard back yet. My lead number is 41-7173360075. Also I was forced to port into a postpaid SIM at a store in Pune saying that Airtel doesn't issue prepaid SIM cards anymore.

Dear @airtelindia A big tower of airtel is located near my house but still your net suddenly stops working, net also becomes slow suddenly,why is this happening. Fix it, you are taking full money from customer then you have to give good service to the customer. @Airtel_Presence
