FYI this number is also part of the 999 family plan so don't know why this number also shouldn't be platinum privileged. Network is still pathetic.

If you invested this much on network improvement instead, people wouldn't port out.

Prajuwal (@PrajuwalSingh) reported@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Xstream Fiber router’s 5 GHz Wi-Fi is stuck on DFS channel 52, transmitting at extremely low TX power (~3 dBm), causing bad latency, retransmits and poor throughput. need a remote config push from ACS to set 5 GHz channel to fixed 36/40/44/48 (non-DFS UNII-1), 80 MHz width, instead of Auto. Already tried “Optimise Wi-Fi” in Airtel Thanks app - it claimed 52→44, but after reboot + Wi-Fi scan, router is still on 52. So changes didn’t actually apply. ( attaching screenshot for reference, it didn't do what it says it has done, seems like it's purely cosmetic) Please escalate to L2/network engineering and raise a ticket. This is a config issue, not a restart/technician issue.
