  @airtelindia I had an issue getting my existing number. I went to airtel store at 22nd of December for getting my sim upgraded and name transfer the branch I went was Prahlad Nagar Ahmedabad Gujarat branch the staff is not supportive at all. I call them daily to take a follow up

  @jagograhakjago you also have to note this type of chesting by the network provider like @airtelindia with their customer. customer pays the service fee but they restrict the service and charge more money from the customer.
