Airtel customer services are pathetic. M not able to download recharge invoice and I called 9 times but they are not able enough to mail the invoice or resolve the issue. Disgusting services by #airtelindia.

@airtelindia extremely frustrated with network in sec 70mohali. Raised several complaints but Noone is working .extremely dissatisfied with the support given, pizza can be delivered in 30 minutes but airtel is failing to fix network issues in a month; I doubt u take it seriously

Hi @airtelindia @VittalGopal Had calledbroadband to get had word with 1 supervisor in afternoon said it technician will be assigned, at 6 called customer talked for 55 mins said now it's 7 pm so issue will be solved tomorrow 10041123169 -resolved without any action 10041250734

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia recharged Airtel fiber broadband with 589 plan with 1 month validity however I got validity for 20 days. What kind of fraud is this? #airtelfraud I raised complaint 10041272267 which was closed no resolution. Do i need to check with consumer court?

@airtelindia extremely agitated with the airtel support. Bo network in mohali sector 70, voice issues and data issues in-house. Raised complaints but no solution. I have been a postpaid customer of airtel for so long. Do yoz take your customer network issues seriously
