    @airtelindia hi i am using Airtel payment Bank from long time but from few time i am not using it my account got dourmat i talk to customer care they ask me to withdraw money though biomatric i withdraw on 19 sep 22 but still i am unable to use it and i call today

    @airtelindia But they are saying there is not any option to change sim at the moment. You need to fix my problem and continue the services with Airtel as I am not able to complete bank transaction.

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel DTH team, when I select Maharashtra customer care number, why it is getting connected to Gujrat or Delhi region executive for attending the call. There should be Marathi executive who should attend the query.
