@excitel_rocks had a worst experience for your service filing disappointed for switching to excitel and if my problem does not get resolved by today I will be shifting to @airtelindia and I think they will be gald for helping me to switch

3/3 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence they don't give me any option to raise my issue or connect me with the customer care. Their thanks app also dont give any option for sms or raise complaint via call nd mail. I don't know what was that campaign of zero complaint.
