    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Can someone explain what’s happening with Airtel? All the customers raining issue about the network. It’s not stable! Either provide a proper service or give it to someone who can do better. You are not fit for the service! The network is pathetic!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Being a Platinum member is waste! It is said I will preferred customer service but My problem is not being attended over period of two months. When called @airtelindia nodal team they don't know the timeline of settlement. Very frustrated on service.

    Placed request for one airtel. Got call, got otp, shared otp with Airtel and till date nothing done by airtel. Worse is customer care who are equally useless and say I should place fresh request @airtelindia #tumsenahopayega
