    @airtelindia My Airtel Fibre connection has been without internet for over a week. I raised complaints on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, but no service engineer has visited despite repeated assurances. This level of service is extremely disappointing. Complaint No: 11034700111.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia Earlier, I requested a downgrade to the ₹250/month plan as I was out of town. Now that I'm back, I want to switch back to my regular/high-speed plan. Despite multiple calls to customer care, the issue is still unresolved. Kindly help

    Hey @airtelindia when I call your 121 it's not for bill payment. Who in today's upi generation calls 121 for payment. It is only for service issue we call that number and you fail miserably in that. Change your stupid ivr

    @airtelbank @airtelindia @RBI I added money to my Airtel Wallet trusting Airtel's services, only to find that I'm being effectively forced to open an Airtel Payments Bank Savings Account to access/use my own wallet balance—something I never wanted.
