    @airtelindia - Extremely disappointed with Airtel. I’ve been charged an incorrect amount on my bill, and despite multiple calls to customer care, the issue still remains unresolved. Accurate billing and transparency are the least that customers expect and deserve

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i am facing issues with wifi since Friday. I raised a complaint and got it corrected yesterday evening. At night, it stopped working again. I tried residing complaint today morning and the earliest slow available is Monday. I can't wait that long

    @airtelindia doesn't have staff at the ground level. They have not been able to soft out an Wi-Fi issue in my area in the last 24 hours. @reliancejio and other local service provider sorted out just in 1 hour. 3rd timeline given to soft out issue.Not single technician assigned.
