    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet down in Aya Nagar, New Delhi (Pin 110047) since yesterday. Your chatbot keeps looping and isn’t even generating a complaint number. Extremely poor support experience. Please fix this urgently.

    Airtel makes subscription activation easy, but where is the cancel/remove option in the Airtel Thanks app? Google One, Adobe Express & Perplexity Pro can be activated easily, but cancelling them requires customer care calls. Please add a transparent selcancel option.@airtelindia

    @airtelindia I tried calling to all your numbers and to all the places I could but no response., your chat bot is useless your customer support is worst of all they guy which came , tried to scam us is not picking up the call How can Airtel be this careless, pathetic!!!
