It's been 11 days since I raised my request regarding network issue to @airtelindia but still I got no satisfied response from their side. All I get is that they are working on my issue which I dont even think they are!And suddenly I get a message says my issue has been resolved!

@airtelindia My plan is nit upgraded from last 11 days. Tried to reach customer care but they are unable to resolve the issue. I paid 9800 INR for 6 months. Airtel is not providing service nor they refunding my money. Shame on you guys

@fiber_jio @airtelindia I have been using my nearest internet service for the last 2 years. This local internet person does his own arbitrary and charges Rs. 1200 for a 50 mbps plan, but so far no reliable company has come to our place, whereas we come in NCR.

Worst service by @airtelindia for the broadband As per plan and salesman commitment I bought 100 mbps plan But to my surprise when technician installed he said it will be 40mbps only and that moment onwards salesperson is not answering to call ot text @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India
