    @airtelindia i am using your postpaid network, my mobile network is not working from last 2 days. I have sent an e mail regarding this the said we have solved the problem but its not working.can you please check and clear the problem.

    It is 2 days my office staff cant get the @airtelindia DSL connection restored despite calls, emails and visit to their office. And the advance payment runs up to October26. So we are stranded and provided false assurances. This is the quality of service @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India

    @airtelindia Airtel network is not working properly in Ram Reddy Nagar, Hyderabad ( jeedimetla) from last 5 days. Where should we complain. I think problem in tower in this area. Net is working like 2G

    After 15 yrs into @airtelindia , fed up with the worst @Airtel_Presence service, finally saying goodbye. Porting to @reliancejio . They say no1 spam fighting network and yet they themself spam with 10+ systematic calls per day.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today I'm not even a prepaid customer, I applied for the connection, this time paid the amount upfront before installation and engineer still said the same thing no space in the box, now my amount is still with Airtel, no surety if the wifi will be installed or not. 2/3

    I’m retaining only my mobile postpaid. I expect all excess payments to be adjusted. Otherwise, I’m taking the complete matter to the consumer forum. @airtelindia I don’t want another automated response. I want someone senior to take ownership and FIX THIS.

    @airtelindia Waiting for the refund that too after paying 3 months 1500 on 15th August and consistent follow up no new connection installation happened in Annanagar Chennai, super customer service
