    @airtelindia Immidiate intervention is required. In our society (Mumbai) local broadband providers are cutting airtel internet wire almost 3 times a week. But airtel is not filing any police complain against those. I want to escalate this issue to higher management.

    @airtelindia Placed an shifting request of my broadband on 17th August for today and it's still not been done. All the executive's at the customer care just promise it will be resolved in 24 hours usual blurb and nothing been done about it. I need my internet back ASAP.

    @airtelindia : During this WFH situation, how can you not mantain your svc. Is your staff also WFH? We need broadband to work perfectly and not sloppy. Even after raising complaint if you need 5+ days to resolve the issue, then there is serious problem in your technical abilities

    @airtelindia pathetic service for xstream. Complain pending since 3 days no engineer allocated. In this time of Work from home,broadband shut, customer care executive have no answer. Says will be resolved today only everyday.

    Dear @airtelindia team i purchased a new sim of airtel and i can't even use 4g or volte service from your side i visited my airtel centers near me and they also said do these settings and after 24 hrs it will be working So @airtelindia look into my matter nor i am gonna change it

    @airtelindia Since last one week I am trying to get airtel black along with a new fiber connection, but still airtel people are not able to provide me. Airtel is going down with their services as well as comments provided by customers. Now I am in confusion to take fiber or not.
