@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia To top this it took uncountably painful number of attempts to reach your customer care and then more than 45 mins to explain to them that there was an issue and they needed to take conplaint. Extremely disappointed.

@airtelindia told me today that it would take 2 months to fix the issue since they are upgrading their systems. Finally got out of the OneAirtel plan. Please stop selling this plan when your systems are not ready. Airtel Black or OneAirtel is literally a scam now.

@airtelindia problem arise 3 to 4 times in a month in Varanasi There's is no Landline services with Airtel broadband even no Lineman Received call and no customer care executive received call from customer. So why should I not switch to other network?
