Mya Airtrl sim had not in service last 4days I have recharge also but when i talk with custmer care then only told that the sim was old thats why have problem , take new sim I am out of station what can i do how to talk how to manage @airtelindia @airtelnews

It's been a week now, neither the internet speed of @airtelindia has been improved so far nor there is any update from @Airtel_Presence regarding my complaint. Really disappointing and unprofessional behaviour of #AirtelIndia towards their customer.

@airtelindia Around 50 phone calls to 121.. conversations with the “supervisor” on call on 121 (they are busier than probably the PM of this country (so difficult for them to find time to even talk to a airtel black customer) .. emails to regional manager of airtel.Nothing helps
