It's been a week now, neither the internet speed of @airtelindia has been improved so far nor there is any update from @Airtel_Presence regarding my complaint. Really disappointing and unprofessional behaviour of #AirtelIndia towards their customer.

Mya Airtrl sim had not in service last 4days I have recharge also but when i talk with custmer care then only told that the sim was old thats why have problem , take new sim I am out of station what can i do how to talk how to manage @airtelindia @airtelnews

Worst service with rude staff. Got to fire few staff to get in order. Horrible experience. Call me if u r serious with customers.

@airtelindia customer service has become Pathetic. It's been more than 15 days since document submission and I still haven't got replacement SIM for postpaid connection. Andhra Pradesh branch of Airtel is just sleeping and not replying at all to Airtel centre in Jaipur.

Hi @airtelindia There is a issue in my patna simcard. Mobile is unable to read by simcard that why i am facing difficulty. I went to Airtel office to swap it but the sim is in my father name. Guy in the office told me you have to take your father here so that i can re-issue.
