    Have been using airtel postpaid services from very long time..but never realize the fact that the resolution for an issue 🙄 could take months of time @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Struggling since month for my message services with no resolution and apology from care team.Shame!

    @Airtel_Presence Ok. This has to be suitably escalated and addresses. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you cannot just ignore paying customers grievances and services issues. A compalint has been registered with Indian Consumer Forum, docket #9900587.

    The amount of shame a network provider can take is none , but @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence can take **** because their network is ****, in a full 5G area with 3 bars at full the max i can get is 8mbps , such a sham in providing this service. #portout #airtel #airtelportout

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Unbelievable. After major outages on July 14 and August 5, my Airtel Wi-Fi is down AGAIN today (August 8) with no network since morning. Three major failures in under a month despite repeated promises. Formal consumer complaint being filed now.

    Absolutely terrible experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence lately. For the last 10 days, my Wi-Fi drops daily with the same generic "outage" texts. My work is being badly interrupted by this poor service. Time to switch to a different provider.🛑 #AirtelDown #PoorService

    Dear @airtelindia My broadband is down since yesterday and when I complained I was told that the engineer will come to your house tomorrow morning at 9 am but neither did he come nor did this happen and your technician said that he did not know.
