    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I raised request for DTH cancellation still not done and money is being deducted. Customer care said process tak 3 to 5 days to cancel then why customer is being penalised and his money is being deducted. I should get full refund of excess amt paid.

    @airtelindia I have requested for shift connection 2 days back within city still the issue is not resolved.Everytime I called the customer they telling me that It will be resolved in 2hr. @airtelindia it's better I should port my connection to jio
