Aditya Agrawal (@techagrawal) reported@airtelindia raised multiple frequent disconnection of wifi, no one came to see the issue rather they closed the complaint from backend as resolved. Lowest level of servicing. Don't make the fool of customer bcz of them is running business. Better to shut down.

Your representatives are claiming my last recharge was on 08 December 2025, while I clearly recharged my number with ₹349 on 20 February 2026. I even have the payment proof. Why are your staff lying again and again instead of solving the issue properly? Completely frustrating and pathetic customer support. Fix this nonsense and reactivate my number immediately.

Today I was promised resolution within 4 hrs at 10 AM, but till 4:30 PM nobody came. Complaints are marked “resolved” without visiting. I want complete router/AirFiber replacement immediately.
