Have been using airtel postpaid services from very long time..but never realize the fact that the resolution for an issue 🙄 could take months of time @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Struggling since month for my message services with no resolution and apology from care team.Shame!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI firstly thier connection is so bad that in a span of of 8 months it not even 3 months went without any issue, when cancelled now they are charging us even without using the connection and upon the epic is they are charging the late fee charges

My airtel prepaid account got disabled abruptly 2 days ago when the signal got lost & upon enquiring with the same !no on ur website and toll free nos, it reverted back by saying the no is invalid. I already have an active plan on this number. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
