    Have been using airtel postpaid services from very long time..but never realize the fact that the resolution for an issue 🙄 could take months of time @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Struggling since month for my message services with no resolution and apology from care team.Shame!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please help me out. I booked my connection on 6th April and then got cancellation message on 14th april. Please ask your people to refund my money asap. Sorry to say this but Airtel is the biggest fraud.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Very poor network, don't recharge any one, I am facing network issue in evening from last 2 months, but no one solve, only @airtelindia support team told that issue resolve within week, they are cheatings their customers.

    The top management guys of @airtelindia should be locked inside a "manhole" for 28 days a month, every month, so they get to experience how it feels when a customer finds s/he has to spend about 1 hour at least on an average, almost every day, exactly past 8PM...
