  For one thing, it’s hard to get through to Airtel on the phone; I end up wasting all my time just navigating through the automated menu options. I have installed Airtel Wi-Fi and a TV set-top box. The set-top box doesn't seem to be working properly; it takes 20 minutes to start up, and I have to switch it off and on again.   @airtelindia if you are unable to support your infrastructure then please don’t advertise something you can’t deliver. I had bsnl before and I thought bsnl was the problem being govt entity. But I was wrong, in Dehradun Airtel fails more than bsnl in broadband segment
