  No surprise OTT benefits from @airtelindia app anre easy to claim and impossible to cancel. They will redirect to service who will redirect back to Airtel The website, IVR, chat bot only exist to tell you to use the app or visit store.

  @NPCI_BHIM @airtelindia I made an Airtel prepaid recharge through the BHIM app. The amount was debited from my bank account successfully, but the recharge was not completed and I have not received any refund yet. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest.

  Disappointed with @airtelindia support. Facing call forwarding issues and instead of getting proper assistance, I’m only getting automated bot replies with no real resolution. Customer support should actually support customers, not frustrate them further. #Airtel #CustomerService

  @airtelindia Totally fraud with Airtel DTH support.I raised a complaint on consumer support number 9357441 because got zero response, and the ticket was automatically closed without resolving the issue. This is unacceptable.100% fraud I want a full refund immediately
