Have been using airtel postpaid services from very long time..but never realize the fact that the resolution for an issue 🙄 could take months of time @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Struggling since month for my message services with no resolution and apology from care team.Shame!

@airtelindia Airtel Xtreme Fibre Call center is befooling the customer by assuring refund, I talked with a TM ShreeJeet assuring me registering the complaint of disconnection after airtel did not provide internet 6 days in a month, I requested for refund and I was assured of same

@airtelindia if you seriously wanna retain your customers then you better improve your network. It’s TERRIBLE. Literally so frustrating!!! I’ve switched to flight mode atleast 25 times in the last 1 hour. Terrible service
