Have been using airtel postpaid services from very long time..but never realize the fact that the resolution for an issue 🙄 could take months of time @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Struggling since month for my message services with no resolution and apology from care team.Shame!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence But after creating twitter a/c and twitting my issues also.. I didn't get any resolution. I'm getting 0.2 mbps speed on 100mbps plan and noone from airtel cares. Without knowing my details I'm getting msg here that ur issue'll get resolved.

To lodge a complaint, i called the airtel fibre customer care number, i asked him where i can file a complaint, he asked me the issue, while i was elaborating the issue he hung up the call on me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

@airtelindia #airtelfiber. 0.2mbps on 100mbps plan. It's 6th day after raising ticket.. so called high ticket in airtel terms having SLA of 4 hours. Before also, internet didn't worked for 12 days. I'm tired now while arguing with airtel shameless customer care @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
