Have been using airtel postpaid services from very long time..but never realize the fact that the resolution for an issue 🙄 could take months of time @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Struggling since month for my message services with no resolution and apology from care team.Shame!

@airtelindia when are we going to have better connection in Arunachal Pradesh, during this Covid as most people are working from home but I and like me many others can’t go home which is in Arunachal Pradesh and wfh due to bad connection or no connection at all, this is so sad
