    Have been using airtel postpaid services from very long time..but never realize the fact that the resolution for an issue 🙄 could take months of time @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Struggling since month for my message services with no resolution and apology from care team.Shame!

    I must salute to customer care centers of @airtelindia what a marketing strategy i mean they ask us to use wifi calling feature!!! So they can sell their airtel wifi too Special advice : pls carry a wifi stick with you so u can use wifi calling features !!!

    Team, please take charge of #2G Internet connection bcoz in name of #4G u provide us 2g Speed , Even images can't load, status can't see n forget upload video or watch live streaming ot share. Network problem also. AHMEDABAD @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have just recharged my airtel no. with Rs 558 pack but it is not working. Money has been deducted of my account. Has the transaction failed? Let me know if I need to recharge again and money would be refunded for failed transaction so I don't recharge twice.

    @airtelindia Please let me know how to use wifi calling when we are travelling do i need to carry a wifi machine with me or are u planning to improve ur network ..? @airtelindia y dont u forget to call for payment.? But you too forget to give a good service

    @airtelindia extremely bad 4g speed in airtel postpaid. Getting speed in kbps most of the time.

    The most pathetic service ever @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You have not been able to install a wifi connection since 15 days now and your customer service is insolent and pathetic.There 2 hours are coming to an end since 16nov. Just give me a refund!!

    @HDFC_Bank due to a sudden @airtelindia SIM card problem I am unable to receive OTPs to log into my account. I have am spending lockdown in Vancouver Canada. have tried several times to reach costumer Serivce but with no luck. Please Help asap!!
