Have been using airtel postpaid services from very long time..but never realize the fact that the resolution for an issue 🙄 could take months of time @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Struggling since month for my message services with no resolution and apology from care team.Shame!

@airtelindia Never ever pay airtel postpaid bill through airtel money. Just they are cheating. You will not get a single rupee of cash back though it is showing Rs. 50 cashback.

@airtelindia I recently got Airtel broadband connection for my home but it is not working as expected.On 100 Mbps speed, I am getting network disruptions which is so annoying. Tried to contact the technician so many times but he simply ignores my request. Is this how you support?
