Have been using airtel postpaid services from very long time..but never realize the fact that the resolution for an issue 🙄 could take months of time @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Struggling since month for my message services with no resolution and apology from care team.Shame!

hey @airtelindia I am getting message from rummy circle for the past 3 days, how they are getting my number, Are you selling the customers data to the 3rd party agents??? If you didn’t resolve the issue mean, then I have to switch over to the other network. @Airtel_Presence

Before disconnecting Airtel fibre @airtelindia … my internet is not working. However they said that you can use the Internet till the disconnection. Thanks for the offer
