Have been using airtel postpaid services from very long time..but never realize the fact that the resolution for an issue 🙄 could take months of time @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Struggling since month for my message services with no resolution and apology from care team.Shame!

Using the worst Internet connection in this city @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence first it took 3 months to set up the wifi, and now that’s its setup worked for 2 days and back to square One. Buck up guys!!

@airtelindia i have recharged last night.. It showed recharge initiated and will be posted in 4 hours but still no response and the customer care number with ivr sucks. Not able to get hold of anyone to know actually what happened.

@airtelindia worst network ever. Even after complaining number of times about the poor network nothing is done. Only useless assurances. I have 2 post paid connections and thinking of porting to a better network.

i bought airtel connection on 1 march 2021 xstream fiber id 05323174045 the installation team didn't show up so i complaint .. complaint service no 128434402 its been 24 hours and my problem has not been resolved .. i want airtel to look into this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia hell customer service, today i rcvd a call the lady talked in rude manner and not even listen before i talk she cut the call and went,why u say u listen to customers in media useless. giving menthol agony USELESS ladies and worst support why Airtel have lady for work
