    Have been using airtel postpaid services from very long time..but never realize the fact that the resolution for an issue 🙄 could take months of time @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Struggling since month for my message services with no resolution and apology from care team.Shame!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence If this is not resolved immediately, I will be formally escalating this matter through CPGRAMS, TRAI grievance channels, and the Consumer Forum for wrongful service denial, repeated false assurances, operational negligence, and loss caused by forced Airtel Black exit.

    @airtelindia my airtel broadband not working red light blinking on router. Why you don’t make it simple to reach you. Every time it takes soo much efforts to place complaint and at last i have to post it on this platform and then you used to take action.

    @airtelindia My WiFi has not been working for the last 3 days despite repeated complaints and follow-ups. This is causing inconvenience and financial loss as work is getting affected. Who will bear the loss for these 3 days of service failure? Expect an immediate resolution.

    @airtelindia It’s been eight days since I posted this ad and six since it was posted, yet there’s no resolution. You’ve also stopped calling me for two days now, which clearly shows you don’t have any intention of resolving this. I believe we can consider this if you are okay with me disconnecting all my three postpaid and WiFi connections and diluting my Airtel black. If you are still interested, please call me with a proper resolution and timeline. Otherwise, I will consider this a non-resolution and disconnect my connections.     @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Dear Team I am really pissed off now. Your CC executives are making this issue so complicated. I have raised the request of shifting the Wifi from old address to new address but your CC executives have raised the request under new connection.

    @airtelindia @FibreAirtel I applied for the air fibre 5 days ago and still didn't get any update on installation status.. I was told this will be done in 24-48 hrs. Your customer supports are automated no help from there.. Atleast give me some update or whatsoever 🙄

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Can you please reolve my pending issue / complaint which I launched today early morning but still no satisfactory resolution about my active hello tune service is abruptly stopped after renewal date clearly stated earlier of 21 June? Rectify kindly.
