    Such a disgrace to join @airtelindia . Had ported to airtel with hope that will get better network but it made me disappointed. @Airtel_Presence Not even able to contact it's customer care. Pathetic!!! @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia might actually have the worst customer experience in India. Random billing dates, WiFi recharge issues,recharge system is broken, incoming calls get cut off after 5 days of recharge expiry. and an AI bot that couldn't solve 2+2.@TRAI

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I am postpaid customer for 25+ yys. In UAE, and my international roaming isn't working. Following with Customer Care for a week, but issue is unresolved. Very frustrating. Latest SR: 31-1000014675582. Please intervene urgently.
