  @airtelindia I contacted Airtel to get an Airtel Fiber connection and paid the required amount. However, after the payment, Airtel’s surveyor visited my location and informed me that broadband service cannot be installed at my location. @Airtel_Presence

  Yes.. most importantly from @airtelindia My 90% is unused as I will always use wifi, but when I step out of home I feel very bad internet and unable to use it.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence For the last 1 month, I haven’t even been able to use my connection, yet bills are being generated continuously. No proper explanation, no resolution — just unnecessary harassment. Please either shift my connection or stop charging me for a service I can’t use. #AirtelAirFiber

  @airtelindia Airtel Black customer, being charged ₹360 for last few months for additional DTH channels. Cust care is unable to provide details who authorised it nor ready to correct. Not using DTH for last 4 years but paying due to Bundled plan. What’s the solution? No one cares
