    Such a disgrace to join @airtelindia . Had ported to airtel with hope that will get better network but it made me disappointed. @Airtel_Presence Not even able to contact it's customer care. Pathetic!!! @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel Xstream Fiber has been down since yesterday evening. I already raised a complaint, but there’s been no update, no SMS, and the issue is still not resolved. This is affecting my work. Please look into this urgently and resolve it ASAP.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia no resolution for the issue so far. The ticket opened has been marked as resolved and closed without the actual issue getting solved.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia How many more deadlines? If customers are penalized for missing payment deadlines, shouldn't Airtel be accountable for missing its service deadlines too?

    @Airtel_Presence you guys are not serious about the service provided for privileged customer queries. Raising ticket and closing without confirming to customer by saying it is working fine. I am one of the frustrated customer of @airtelindia. Thanks for everything.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my 200mbps plans feels like laggy the upload speed is around 33mbps, too much lag on insta,X and reddit. Worst service by airtel.

    @airtelindia Again I am facing the slowest internet speed 5g unlimited having 5g with full network showing on the mobile screen. Message has come that 100% data is over,please recharge data pack. Why should I recharge whereas I recharged Rs4000 for 1 year unlimited 5g data ?
