    Trying to contact airtel customer care since last 3-4 days , my battery got drain but there computer didn’t let me speak to customer care agent , they dont even give a option to talk to agent . @airtelindia , I would better shift to @reliancejio .

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am a postpaid customer and the last date for bill payment has been reduced by 10 days without prior intimation. As a result I have been charged almost 30% of my bill as late payment fees. Request you to please revoke the late payment charges ASAP.

    I am deeply disappointed with the type of people you choose LCO for your broadband service @airtelindia. I have been requesting for a new connection from last 4 months but they are denying service due to internal rift between LCO partners of @airtelindia .This is just not done😑

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic systems! Wanted to upgrade from copper to fibre. Customer care tells me there is no fibre in my area. 20 of my neighbours have already upgraded to fibre...still the Airtel system "shows" I do not qualify for a fibre connection! Amazing!!

    @Airtel_Presence Really frustrated with the service of @airtelindia... Was trying to connect to airtel customer service from yesterday but sadly no response... I really think of to switch from this network. Whenever making bill payments, everytime facing problems It sucks.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Suprise to see that AIRTEL app is still not developed to get bill for the recent transactions & recharges, Other APP are much better every purchase you get bill. Also customer care executive directly say we can't help and app is incapable to do so.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel is offering FREE INSTALLATION OF XTREEM FIBER on 3,6,12 months plan. But installation team says you need to pay 1500RS CHARGES for fiber switch installation in ur area. Because your nearby fiber hub is full. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FROM AIRTEL
