On the same day, Airtel disconnected my connection and collected all equipment. Till today (June 14), WiFi is NOT installed at the new location despite multiple complaints and daily follow-ups. Every day I’m told “engineer will come today” but no one shows up. DTH was fixed after several days, but Fiber is still pending for 9 days. This is unacceptable. I just visited it to get my WiFi issue fixed and saying engineers is not available to fix. Next month I am gonna cancel my plan and move to a local provider. Atleast they will be better than your bullshit.

Once 2GB is exhausted, internet stops completely even though the phone still shows a strong 5G connection. This issue was reported earlier
