    Such a disgrace to join @airtelindia . Had ported to airtel with hope that will get better network but it made me disappointed. @Airtel_Presence Not even able to contact it's customer care. Pathetic!!! @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @airtelbank @Airtel_Presence It's been 5days since I raised my issue of network problem, but as usual so lethargic are you guys that nothing even moved where it was last. If this is the way customers are treated I am sorry to say day will be not far you would vanish.

    @airtelindia Do you have any set top box which works on Dish but can also run OTT (Hybrid box). Problem now with Xtream is if Internet goes down, you cannot watch TV. Also internet Data and bandwidth used for TV which can be avoided by using Dish. Only for OTT use Xtream.

    Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hey, it’s been 10 years that I have been coming to the foothills of Nainital, Haldwani & I have always made it a point to let you guys know that your network here sucks. How long are you going to take ? We have now gone to Mars.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your support is really bad. I was told last week that my connection would shift within 3 days. Today I was told 7 days. And now my ticket isn’t even open anymore. “Resolution time” isn’t just a metric to show to shareholders 132624270
