Just a heads up, companies like @airtelindia that put in the effort to complicate things are doing it because they want to hide their bad practices behind sophistication. Might want to consider it before buying their services. Also their internet quality isn't as good as @ACT

Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My broadband is down since 1st May morning. I have complained multiple times, multiple calls to customer care. No resolution yet. I am a Airtel black customer where you promised to provide priority services and support.
