    Such a disgrace to join @airtelindia . Had ported to airtel with hope that will get better network but it made me disappointed. @Airtel_Presence Not even able to contact it's customer care. Pathetic!!! @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia its utter disappointing that you dont care to cater a user who is in dire need of some help and keep sending misinformation and system generated mail. I am using airtel for 15 years and this is what it brings to the table. Shame.

    @airtelindia On 7th July WiFi was completely DEAD for over 6 hours.STILL no compensation.I paid for uninterrupted service and got blackout instead. This is not a "technical glitch", this is disrespect to paying customers. Where is the accountability? #AirtelDown #AirtelFail

    From 5 Days, No @airtelindia network in our area. Called customer care for hundred times still no resolution till date. Lacs of customers affecting, no ownership 👎🏻

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The engineer informed me that the installation is on hold because the nearest network tower's connection capacity is completely full. This raises serious questions about your service management.

    @airtelindia provides a very poor customer service. I have raised a complaint regarding the Wifi not working #10982751325.. it's been 10 days, Still no one from airtel is solving this.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been struggling for my issue resolution through various channels without any success. Internet is down in my home from yesterday evening. And I think it should fall under the essential services category.

    @airtelindia 5 days over not resolution to black customer.. every day I am calling customer service team plus speaking to a senior but no resolution just imagine quality of your leadership... customer beware of airtel after sales service.. Horrible

    You have not "addressed the concern", you have merely stated the same thing that i have mentioned in my original tweet. That there is an Airtel WiFi outage which was initially supposed to be resolved by 12.30pm & now the new ETA is 6.30pm!! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
