@Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Details shared several times in DM but not seen till date. Very upset with the customer support as my several Govt. ID's are not valid for #airtel, as it's about 2 weeks without working simcard. What is the benefit to using services for 10 years.

@airtelindia I think i have never got the resolution in 24 hours as per the commitment they use to give,I m using Airtel Services from last 5-6 yrs and i have been loyal customer of Airtel.Please look into the issue and try not to give false commitment.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence If we haven't faced any problem for which we haven't call your customer care that doesn't mean we will not face any problem in future. I have an issue on my number,for which I tried to call to customer care but it seems that option has been removed.
