@airtelindia I took a 6 months of airtel broadband plan, due to bad connection i got it disconnected the next day itself, i haven't received my refund, its been 40 days since this, dropped many emails but no proper response, worse services seen ever

@airtelindia I have one unknown connection showing in my Airtel app portal, and have mistakenly made the payment(Order id-6777969962163748864). I have been complaining since March but my issue has not been resolved yet nor that account is removed from my app. Kindly look into it.
