    @airtelindia No internet working despite having balance in account. Haven't activated any plan yet, but that shouldn't be the issue, then why mobile data not working inspite of balance worth 450 in account. Do confirm and resolve, otherwise 5g of no use of 4g isn't working!!!

    @airtelindia , one of the worst outlet in bapuji nagar, New Bowenpally. I wonder if the guys here are trained or not. And adding to it there rude behaviour with customers. What's more irritating is your mobile customer care.

    @Airtel_Presence As Your service engineer said I've changed SIM. Your airtel store buddy took 50 rs/- charge. one of your customer care employee said it's take 25 rs for changing SIM card. Airtel store address : Opp Rhythm Mobile Nr. axis bank, rajula 365560, Amreli. @TRAI @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Ref No. 130421 Date : 13th April 2021 Dear Sir, I regret to that I had recharged by Rs.219- for my cell no.70169123 on 11th April 2021 by your my airtel app and selecting plan pf rs.219/- I paid thru my debit card but outgoing service activated kindly refund rs.219 u r cheat
