@ShefVaidya @airtelindia Airtel has finally found the root cause of their pathetic network and frequent call drops. Pollution by deepawali crackers block signals for rest of the year . Also airtel research team is analysing impact of vibrations generated by same crackers on their network equipments.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia recently your customer care people wasted my time for 10 days, they said they cannot update pincode of address for my wifi. But after 30-40 calls and so many emails and daily calls, they said they can update, 121 toll free number, are you sick?

It is really disturbing from service providers like @airtelindia who make compulsory recharge of above 129 rupees for porting out. It is not the way to force customer to stay with them. @TRAI must interven into such matter. They have pathetic network services also force customer.
