Jagan (@randomthotworx2) reported@airtelindia Nowadays, your service and customer engagement has fallen to third grade level. On one hand, the signal coverage & call connectivity has turned pathetic in Chennai. It's almost BLANK in South Chennai indoors and we are forced to manage with WiFi or WhatsApp calls. Call dropping & Connectivity is another big pain. Add to that, these (attached) growing harassment SMS threatening customers that Service may be BLOCKED and lose receiving OTPs. Such rude messages are being sent from 1 week before the actual expiry date. @airtelindia your business is roaring due to the duopoly in India and yet you stoop so low? Gone are the days when you were reliable & sensible in your service. Now, you are neither Premium in your service nor in your customer engagement. We are stuck without alternatives and we long for the days of 2010s.
