Because of this issue, I had to do another recharge of ₹349.Please either:Activate the first recharge so I can use it,orRefund the amount to my account immediately.

    hi @airtelindia I requested cancellation of a WiFi connection exactly 10 days ago and there has been no active action being undertaken from your end. is there any problem I am unaware of that is causing a delay?
