@airtelindia When a technician is assigned they don’t even respond to my calls. Moreover when i try to connect to customer care no response from their side as well. I never expected this worst service from a reputed company. They say they keep their customer on priority.

@airtelindia I have been facing this connection drop issue from August 2021 and it’s been 10 months since that. Always I’ve been told that this your service request number and technician will solve your problem. They’ve been visiting here since 10 months and still its not solved

@airtelindia said they will attend my case on priority and fix it quickly. They opened the ticket themselves and closed it by themselves, except fixing the issue. @Airtel_Presence does care. They only respond when we it is a public tweet. Private messages no responses
