    Ok it's not like I only come here to rant but @airtelindia at least you guys should've behaved better. I've been using your number since 2014. It's ridiculous how you treat your customers. Again like @LivpureSmrtHome SOPs are out of order and the customer has to suffer for that.

    @airtelindia We can see your promptness Initially issues reported 4 weeks back then multiple reminders on dedicated RM then emails and then tweets Even in DM explained everything multiple times and every time same msg that we are working on it @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews has become worst co
