    I have had WiFi connectivity issues since yesterday. The assigned person's phone is switched off. I have escalated the issue by calling 4 times and speaking with your representative. One of the worst customer service i have experienced. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @yabhishekhd Airtel network is so bad in my house that you have to step outside almost every time you get a call (internet or general). It wasn’t so earlier. Complained so many times but no change. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am a postpaid customer, and since this morning the network has been disconnecting frequently. Calls are getting disconnected repeatedly, and mobile internet is also not working properly. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There was no intimation or this outage and there is no one accountable. How can i know when this will get fixed my plan validity is going as per terms but i am not getting what i was promised.

    @airtelindia I have been charged more in wifi bill despite paying advance rental . Have identified this now looking at the bills from November 2025 to April 2026. For 5 months I have been charged more and now customer on call support is not helping.

    @airtelindia Very disappointed with the delay in my broadband refund. Installation was not possible in my location but I am still getting contradictory updates instead of a resolution. Please process my refund immediately before I escalate further.

    @MaazMz @airtelindia Vi is much better than airtel, even me too faced this issue in Airtel, so I changed. My 1gb 5g data used to get exhaust within 5 mins in airtel.

    Extremely disappointed wid @Airtel_Presence presence service. Installation of router was committed for today payment has already been collected n despite multiple followups no installation has been done yet. The concerned person is not picking up calls. @airtelindia @FibreAirtel
