  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 3/7 I have contacted Airtel customer care multiple times. Everytime, I am given the same response: “Your request will be cancelled within 24 hours.” 24 hours passed. Then more time passed. Still not cancelled. How many times does a customer have to hear the same 24-hour promise?

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Activated international roaming for my US trip (2-12 Aug) to receive OTPs for company TDS/PF payments, got signal at only 1-2 spots in DC/NY the entire trip. Now billed ₹4000 for a service I couldn't use.

  @airtelindia your wifi survice is not in my office since 4 days. and your company person vishal . Ranchi is saying that you are not giving money to me so ask to airtel wifi don't call me. we are discontinueing your service and asked jio to serve restore wifi .thanks to u all

  @airtelindia broadband is down in Pune for the last 18+ hours. The service is down so often @TRAI every month this service goes for a toss for over 30% of the time. I don't understand why do we pay monthly fees when we should be paying a company like airtel by the hour we used it

  @airtelindia Paid ₹500 on 16 Aug for IPTV Order 612830290, but after 6 days there's still no installation. Customer care keeps giving false assurances, and emails to 121/Nodal Officer have gone unanswered. Please resolve immediately, or I'll switch to another provider.

  @airtelindia such a horrible experience i already had my linkdin premium benifit ongoing from my airtel plan for 3 month and within 1 month it automatically got cancelled airtel customer service unreachable i am porting my sim now
