Hey airtel, though I had rechrgd my dad's num on 15th Nov, it was nt showing and bal was 0. Again recharged on 18th. Your CS said that, rechrg done twice, validity will be carried over. Nw they are saying that, it doesn't. What kinda service is this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

All company is launching 5G but till now call any person properly call to talk for 2 minutes call has to be cut three times Request to all company first improve your network @VodafoneGroup @airtelindia @BSNLCorporate

I am experiencing problems with my broadband connection since December 9th. I have tried contacting customer care multiple times, but they always tell me it's because of cyclone. it has been more than 1 week since cyclone, but the problem has not resolved yet. @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence worst customer service. I am unable to talk (voice breaking) net not working through SIM, call centre are not resolving the issues. No accountability of any executive. JIO is far better service than Airtel
