    @airtelindia Pathetic service from Airtel broadband. Frequent down times, this time down since 20 th April. Kids appearing for exams from a neighborhood having multiple covid cases. Escalation management dosent have any clue of what's going on

    @airtelindia is getting horrible day by day. I ported my number from vodafone to airtel in jan to be on Airtel one plan. Since jan to april, you have debundled my plan twice. on monday they told me that I will get a call in 24 hours. Its now more than 4 days and no call back.

    @airtelindia There seems to be utter confusion about your Xsteam plans. I am an AirTel customer (long time) and want to upgd for better speed. When contacted by the AirTel team, they say existing customers need to wait!!!. Surprised!!!
