@airtelindia MC CHD has removed hanging cables, customers have faced broadband outage. In my residential area, all your customers switched to Jio broadband. I raised a complaint on 15th. Its 21st Dec still awaiting response from your team Your loyal customers leaving, do u care?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I even raised one more ticket 31-4378182246561 on 15 Nov, which was closed on 17 Dec 22 without being resolved. Kindly look into it. I am experiencing a poor network and have been complaining about the same but no resolution from your team.

@airtelindia Cant trust Airtel 5g or any new things after pathetic Black experience. I have been following up with my issue with my 2 postpaid and 1 broadband connection for more than a month and i am still being replied 'We are still working'. Then how can we trust with 5g? #AirtelBackScam

If anybody wants to experience 2g service in 2022 he/she can opt for @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Nobody can beat #airtel in terms of providing this type of valuable service.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Once again there’s no VoLTE & VoWiFi but only 4G. I have both Jio and Airtel SIMs in the same iPhone & I encounter ZERO issues with Jio. Making any call means airtel will first switch to 2G and then call connects! And Airtel has 5G in Lucknow. Funny!
