@airtelindia Absolutely ridiculous service from airtel, internet not working from a day and nobody is bothered to check and rectify even after multiple complaints. Now that automatic machine voice is saying the query will get resolved by 1st July. Completely unprofessional.

.@airtelindia what a shabby customer support to Prepaid mobile users. I had a failed transaction while recharging my number however the amount got debited from my account. Been trying to get through your pathetic helpline. The IVR options for Prepaid don't work Any resolution?
