@ViCustomerCare I’m not able to connect to any network with international roaming enabled here in Santa Clara, California. Can you help me with this? All the service providers are connecting absolutely fine with @airtelindia sims. Refund me the pack charges and I’ll use Airtel.

It was a worst user experience with @airtelindia, I have raised a complaint that the internet is not working. They gave an ETA of 24hrs and the issue is not resolved after 2 days. Disappointed.
