    @airtelindia I raised a complaint reg issue of wrong dth package for my new connection. It has been 5 days since and not yet resolved. Really sad that Airtel provided this kind of service. Pathetic.

    Update 2. @reliancejio is far far ahead of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in terms of speed and call quality. The best test of a network is your frustration. With airtel, there were frequent call drops & speed issues. Now, with Jio, there’s no frustration.

    @airtelindia Your Internet is very poor in meerut kharkhauda. You improve you connection otherwise i will port all the sim card to another connection plz don't ignore my Words. Your customer service is very bad and you say zero question on airtel it is not possible sir.

    The network condition of airtel is at the bottom level in my area. Everytime I complain, they say that the complain has been registered and do nothing. We have been experiencing this problem since 3 years and no steps has been taken. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
