@airtelindia i recharged my phone with 349 plan which should give me unlimited 5g access but after I am done with 2gb usage it cease to provide me access even though my phone is connected to 5g internet. Multiple complains to executives but no solution.

@JioCare Tried relocating my Jio connection with order id LR00001D3UQR and wow… what a mess. Customer support is basically nonexistent, no updates, no timelines. Officially out of patience. Switching to @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet and closing this connection.

@airtelindia Worst service provider you can contact them only for a new connection. They will fall behind you to take the connection but once you take it no one responds.
