@airtelindia I am facing problem while accessing Mobile No. Account details in My Airtel App since couple of months. I had given feedback in Play Store and got a response to send a mail which I have already done couple of days ago. But till date I am facing same issue.

You don’t need use flight mode when you use #vi . Bcoz they always on flight mode! No network, no internet @ViCustomerCare ! Time to switch @reliancejio / @airtelindia which is good option?

Does @ICICIBank and @airtelindia collaborate to provide lousy service? Call on helpline number which is chargeable, one gets connected to IVR. By the time we reach option to speak to customer care, it is 5 mins. Once we dial account number call disconnects. Disgusting!!
