    @airtelindia when you guys are not able to provide data and call services stop charging the customer till the time you fix the issues on your network This is how the TELECOMMUNICATIONS works internationally and should work here if you wish to be a better company.

    @airtelindia I got a call from airtel today about fiber wifi, after all the talk they asked where do you live. my house is in lockal (chawl) area, so he agreed directly and said that the service of air fiber is only for the people of the building.I did not understand this thing?
