    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We are struggling to getting a Airtel Xtreme Wifi Connection at our location. We also called customer executive they say that Airtel Xtreme is not available at your location. Please help us. We need it for our study.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This complaint was raised on 11th August. Spoke to Supervisor Sahil Sharma today and apparently there is no one senior at the customer service team above him. Not sure what to do. Happy to disconnect and port out. But that’s not being allowed either. Paying charges all month.

    I had the worst experience with @airtelindia . Even after payment my outgoing services are still blocked saying ‘outgoing services are not available due to non payment of bill’ Raised multiple complaints, emailed them but still no resolution.
