    @airtelindia I was at your Airtel store in Malleswaram, blr...with a lot of service requests and unhappy with your connectivity. Ramya S - the Airtel customer service person.. Ramya was so courteous, knowledgeable & efficient, I walked out a happy and loyal Airtel customer again

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence such worse network, i called 4 times, 3 time to complain 4 wrong billing of 1k extra when i pay everything as per the bill n date, 1 time for bad internet speed, and complaints didn't registered due to call drops. CHECK.

    @TRAI @airtelindia Its disgusting service from Airtel Broadband. After every 6 - 8 days there is a UNPLANNED OUTAGE means intruption disconnection ... in short no internet net work and mumbai technical department proved their incompetance to resolve the issue.
