  @airtelindia @jagograhakjago I spoke with customer service again, and now they're saying the “unlimited” plan has a 300 GB limit. They only started reading the terms and conditions after the issue occurred. Nothing about this limit was disclosed when I purchased the plan.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my wifi has been out for 3 consecutive days now and despite repeated followups and calls to customer care, all I have got is empty assurances and false commitment with never ending missed deadlines for resolution. Pathetic!!!

  @DevashishBhuyan @airtelindia @airtelindia a service isn’t judged by its advertised speed but by its consistency. Constant outages and delayed support are unacceptable for a premium internet plan.
