@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel broadband service is so pathetic. I've been trying to discontinue my account from last 3 months and they're not listening, not talking properly, and keeps renewing plans. This is not I had expected as an Airtel customer for over 10 years

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i do not want to bring this issue in public but i am pissed off. my broadband 075546162092_dsl facing technical issue every week. whole day and night i can not use internet and airtel do not extend the validity also. i hve @reliancejio option too.

Airtel xtreme fiber provides landline number but it doesn’t work. I have been using Airtel since Oct 2021 and the representative says landline service will start in next few days again and again. This is how airtel lies and cheats their customers. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
