    @airtelindia you black plan and dedicated service nis just hoax. I switched to Airtel from local services ( no issue with local in 6 months) to club all in one bill. Now I'm regretting non my decision. Its been 24 hrs with 200 mbps speed that its down and not able tow work.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence don't we have 1.5gb/day unlimited calling yearly 365 days plan? If not then i have to switch the network as this is not affordable for me to recharge 2999 for 1 year.

    @airtelindia airtel black is an extremely bad product. I am unable to add Xstream. Unable to disconnect my old broadband connection. Unnecessary bills are getting generated.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @DoT_India i have already paid the bill for numbers ported out 2 weeks ago and the transaction was successful, after sharing the payment details with the airtel customer care, then too Iam receiving msgs from airtel to clear the outstanding amount.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I got bill of November month and customer executive call me was very rude and shouted on me for not paying the bill,I wouldn't like to pay the bill of that month because I did not used the broadband as it was not working for 20 days also complained
