We Thought To Take The Airtel Black Plan With DTH and BB Of 1099 Plan But In the Thanks Application It is Showing BB Is in ARP Plan Which is Not Eligible. Till 5th April It is Eligible And Now It's Not Eligible and Very Bad Decision Taken by Airtel Black Team. @airtelindia

@airtelindia your customer service is as bad as it was 5 years back! A broadband issue will be catered to in 6+ hours, and the customer care helpline is pathetic, doesn't recognise even the account number!

@airtelindia, I have raised a request for a new prepaid connection. But I haven't received anything. Only one call later on total silence. You promise to provide door step and same day delivery. I'm trying to register complaint but no option for prepaid users. Please help....
