    We Thought To Take The Airtel Black Plan With DTH and BB Of 1099 Plan But In the Thanks Application It is Showing BB Is in ARP Plan Which is Not Eligible. Till 5th April It is Eligible And Now It's Not Eligible and Very Bad Decision Taken by Airtel Black Team. @airtelindia

    After being a platinum customer with Airtel, having pathetic experience. Booked a fiber connection and now Airtel’s “unprofessional” engineer (Ravi Rai) says, there is no root to your residence for installation. @airtelindia could you please look into this? @Airtel_Presence
