    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My complaint number 11039244389. Still no resolution. Some random person visited the home without any intimation and absolutely no solution.

    I think @airtelindia is no better than BSNL in Dehradun. I switched to Airtel thinking service and customer support will be good. Well I was wrong, broadband maintainability is very bad. Issue resolves, ticket resolves and issue occurs again. Then the cycle follows of this pain

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence have called multiple times to unbundle my Airtel one plan and was keep on hold for 25 minutes by your customer care. It has one horrible experience for one simple request. Account id 10101022258442. Have been following on these for 5 days now
