    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Where's the promised "Fast Lane" for Postpaid? Months of complaints, yet the same unstable 4G/5G, lag, buffering & speed drops. Is "Fast Lane" only for ads? Fix my network, or I'll port out.

    Hello @airtelindia my mobile network is very bad since last 3days. I came to know that my data has exhausted through C C service though I have unlimited package. There is no way I see my data usage in the airtel app, C care also could not tell me how to check data usage. Help.

    @Manik_M_Jolly @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it is nothing, Airtel moved my phone to a new location 9 years back, since then every assigned complaint goes to old address, all attempts to get their own database corrected have failed brilliantly. Poor Engineers have to then realign between them.

    @airtelindia The 56 days and 84 days ur super- affordable data packs, with which I have planned my months ahead, serves no purpose now. A refund is needed. If you truncate services , the updates should be planned. Stop treating your customer-base as dispensable. We are not !!

    @TRAI how the hell does a sim card company decides where we should spend our data. It's a hugh time to tale a call now! Take strict action against @airtelindia and cancel their last decision about hotspot.

    Unfortunately, I recharged anually in July. I will never go for unlimited plans for @airtelindia from next time but hope they don't change my T&Cs for this year.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Complaint number 11035544801 dated 18th July,2026, nearly 24 hours have passed since multiple Airtel Xstream Fiber connections in our residential society Varuna Gardens, Sikraul, Varanasi went Service engineer not reachable. Please escalate.

    Pathetic network experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ! Severe call drops, zero voice clarity, and completely unstable internet speed. 📉❌ Raised multiple complaints via the Airtel App, but absolutely NO resolution has been provided so far.
