    @airtelindia didnt expect from you. People taling your wifi to have smoother experience. But when network issue no solution you are porviding. No customer support nothing. Very bad experience.

    It has been more than 48hrs now without internet @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence and the service engineer is not at picking the call. The customer care is giving pre defined answers rather than solution! SHAME

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence here I have attached my wifi connection details. I have installed and removed due to poor network and wifi boxes have been taken and installed at some other place ,there was no refund and no proper response and still asking me to pay .1/2

    @TataPlayin No one resolved the problem although they added the channel & deduct money twice. On the screenshot clearly seen that channel is already in package & confirming you want to drop, but they add channel & said it was not added to your plan. #Tataspam #tcs #tatabyebye @airtelindia
