    @airtelindia No wifi, unable to connect customer support , AI Chat unable to solve query. Please guide how should I explain my grievances enough of pathetic service wifi getting disconnected in every 15 days, is this the kind of service ? Where I'm in able to reach for support?

    @airtelindia .what the hell type of service you are providing!. last 3 days I am begging to shift my wifi connection, made multiple calls to customer care but no technician even contacted me. Every time I am getting new timeline. better to shut my wifi & port postpaid connections

    Extremely poor experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Booked Wi-Fi, cancelled before installation, but money not refunded. Sales executive Manik Singha (+919851524190) was very rude and unhelpful. Kindly refund my money and take strict action

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @iAditiTatkare Dighi (Shriwardhan, Raigad) faces daily Airtel outages. For hrs there is **no network—calls, SMS, internet & emergency comms stop completely. Issue continues for months. Pls provide a permanent fix urgently.**

    After being without WiFi since 27 July, I'm still waiting for a resolution from @airtelindia Despite calling Customer Care everyday, the issue remains unresolved. The assigned technician never visited & I continue to receive conflicting updates. Is this the service we deserve?

    Mighty impressed with @airtelindia applied for porting sim from Jio finally after struggling to make it work for 4 years in blr, I received a call within 30 minutes, in 2 hours there was a guy at my house with the new sim. Jio called me almost forcing me to not cancel saying there’s no guarantee that if you switch to Airtel network will be better than Jio.
