Raised complaint SR00002GEL1S for Jio Fiber issue. Engineer visit 11–12, no one came, no update. No call support to talk directly, no email response either. Service interruption caused big problems. @reliancejio please take back your Jio box – @airtelindia is far better!

Raised complaint SR00002GEL1S for Jio Fiber issue. Engineer visit 11–12, no one came, no update. No call support to talk directly, no email response either. Service interruption caused big problems. @reliancejio please take back your Jio box – @airtelindia is far better!

Just ported number from @vodafoneIN_Fdtn to @airtelindia becz of poor services but now getting hundreds of calls since morning 🤯 It’s very frustrating and mental harassment. Kindly come with some solid guidelines @TRAI for the issue
