@airtelindia Is there anyway I can port out of airtel before 90 days ? I felt airtel would have better service than jio. But problem resolution is pathetic. Only thing as a Airtel black customer I get is Immediate customer care person who escalates the ticket everytime

@airtelindia Are all the sites/towers 5G equipped in Bangalore ? If not how can you say Bangalore is 5g plus ready ? No one seem to have got 5G signal so far on their mobile in Bangalore though the handset is compatible.

@airtelindia had modem issue at home. It took four days to be fixed. Everyday the same assurance that it will be fixed the same day and the rescheduling would show that it was done by me. Poor service

@airtelindia Is there any way I can port out of airtel before 90 days as I don't feel like airtel team will be able to fix the issue, coordinate in getting customer feedback etc. It is of no use having Airtel black plan for Rs 2400. Mainly I opted Airtel for mobile postpaid.
