    @Airtel_Presence Hey @airtelindia i was facing major network issues regrdng make call, rcvd call not connct if connct by fault voice no come aftr 20 time try a call will be connct & immediate disconct, some time tower bar nill, pls cal me n fix it or told me i can prtot other network 9872000456

    7 days out of the last 9 days there is no internet from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is daylight robbery. Just dropping a message every morning that Airtel will be down for 6 hours & getting lost. While customers pay full price for the internet. This is scam. Refund the last bill to me. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelnews A person will get tired of pressing buttons on 121, but still won’t find an option to speak to a customer representative. No one replies to emails sent to 121, and there’s no response from the nodal officer email either. There’s no signal, calls don’t go through, it shows 5G but runs like 2G. And on that useless Airtel Thanks app, if you open the help section, it starts showing ads for Airtel Payments Bank. After a lot of struggle, I managed to open a ticket in the app today (on the 2nd), and they say it will be resolved by the 7th. Nowadays nothing works without OTP, and suddenly the SIM signal has disappeared. There’s no way to reach a customer representative. It’s been more than fifteen years with Airtel postpaid, but the condition of Airtel now has never been this bad. कोई कुछ मदद कर सकता है तो अर्जेंट कर दो भाई? या पोर्ट आउट करवाना है तो साफ साफ बता दो पर इस तरह टॉर्चर मत करो

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have cancelled my WiFi subscription since 2 months but I'm still being billed for it. There's no way to call customer care and if they call me it's always disconnects before anyone speaks. How to resolve this?

    @airtelindia Airtel Black appears to be only on paper. In reality services are pathetic. Internet issues take long despite giving tall promises! Send someone to resolve my internet instead of changing dates. Suffering since 3 months. For some or other issue internet goes away! :(

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Pathetic service and customer support. Been 15 days since doing the payment and still no dth installation yet. And airtel cares are the most careless support I've ever seen. Was feeling airtel is bad but now can say it's the worst. If anyone is planning to install Airtel, do not!

    @roerohan @airtelindia True, when I booked a fiber connection, they installed airfiber hurried even though I resisted wanting that. Then they didnt give me the dth setup box that comes with it. I just used it till the deposit money was used up by the plan and disconnected it. Horrible experience.
