@airtelindia : Requests for International Roaming post payment of charges are being held up without any reason. Paid thrice, have been refunded once but services not activated. No Customer service person wants to talk about it. Transferring the calls to IVR which has no solution

This is pathetic form @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Wireless services were already down, and now fibre .... They are fraud. Have been hearing since last three days that it will be restored soon but still nothing. Stay away from Airtel. Their services and commitments are bizzaire.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 6 flash 'Class 0' messages in 1 minute. This is most unethical business prcatice @TRAI . Airtel recently started this malpractice towards prepaid cuatomers. Wonder how prepaid customers managed before & postpaid customer manage without this.
