  @airtelindia Internet is down since 24 hours. Complaint filed, got the message that the internet will be restored in another 24 hours. That means 48 hours without internet. The engineer alloted for the repair says he does not work for Airtel anymore. Airtel is now going down.

  Worst ever Wifi service by @airtelnews @airtelindia. Raised an AirFiber-to-Fiber conversion request 10 days ago due to an inconsistent Wi-Fi network on 11 August 2026 and made around 8-10 follow-up calls to customer care, but no resolution/visit has been provided yet. (1/N)

  The company which claims to have the fastest network in India is the one which provides the worst service in this country. Earlier I used to use Jio number but its internet also does not work well. If a complaint was made through any medium, then action would definitely be taken on it, but Airtel is such a group of shameless and impudent people that no matter what you do, your complaint will not be heard here for the last two to three days.The net is not working at all and as soon as you generate UPC for porting to another company before the recharge gets over, all these people immediately start calling and harassing you saying, "Sir, whatever your problem is, we'll fix it as soon as possible, and you don't even know that his mother dies after he recharges. Have some shame. How long will you keep robbing people like this?" @TRAI @JM_Scindia @airtelindia

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what kind of pathetic broadband service do you guys provide? Internet is down for 3 days. Was resolved once after an engineer visit yesterday, again got down today. Taking money and cheating customers. Planning to shift to better alternatives.
