    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel Xstream Fiber has been down for 60+ hours. Despite raising Complaint ID 11034111402,the issue remains unresolved. The helpline is stuck in automated menus with no option to speak to a human.Please arrange an engineer visit urgently. #Airtel

    @airtelindia Today also I called and they raised a complaint on 14:50 hrs. I was speaking to the Technical team the advisor didn't mention his name to me. I asked him to escalate the call and tranfer to some superior but he was very cunning he simply transferred me to the IVR.

    @airtelindia itna ghatiya service provider hai, mere pass 1 saal ka plan tha jo kal expire ho gaya. Agle din se hi meri incoming, outgoing aur bank OTPs band kar diye. Ye @TRAI sota rehta hai kya, naam ki regulatory body hai. Doing nthg for consumer protection

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I am postpaid customer for 25+ yys. In UAE, and my international roaming isn't working. Following with Customer Care for a week, but issue is unresolved. Very frustrating. Latest SR: 31-1000014675582. Please intervene urgently.
