I complained yesterday on X and also on 121, yet no resolution or update. Extremely poor service. Kindly resolve this issue immediately or refund the amount.

Every time I recharge with the ₹849 3-month plan, I barely use mobile data at home because I already have Wi-Fi for office work. But even when I travel once a week from home to office, your network quality is extremely poor.
