    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dear Airtel, list of ppl calling me 2 "promise" resolution of my complaint has 1 more name now. But no resolution since Jan. Guess u have hired truly inefficient people with only 1 capability - speak good English & confuse the customer/complainant.

    @airtelindia Had an issue with SIM replacement. Called 121, they told me to go to Airtel center. Went to Airtel centre, they say call 121 to schedule someone to come home to do digital KYC. Called 121 again, and they say go to Airtel center…..
