    @airtelindia very disappointed in the way you handle customers, my order # 207362937 for DTH installation is long pending despite ADVANCE PAYMENT of ₹4k. Your customer service team is not able to address any issues. Please refund my money ASAP I don't want your services anymore!

    @kunal9489 @airtelindia Airtel will only help for 5G now. As per their strategy, they would want 4G and other broadband/fibre plans to move to 5G. Simple. Else work with less than 50 percent speed.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - ridiculous broadband services by Airtel. Every 2nd day lines are down & no one is willing to take an official complaint. Just a msg saying lines are down for technical reasons for the next 4-5 hours. Can someone pls respond???
