    One of the things @airtelindia does to its age-old customers is terminate their sim card at any moment, without any warning/prior notices. Then, you have to arrange for another phone, call up #airtel, and enquire- after struggling for an hour trying to figure it out on your own.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your customer service is the worst. You delete my email of from your records, make me wait for 48 hrs, then again create new SR and I have to wait again for another 48. Your Esim process sucks. 2nd time am struggling 😡😡😡 @VittalGopal
