    @airtelindia @AshwiniVaishnaw @TRAI Airtel customers are suffering network and internet issues from last few weeks in some locations in the state capital of Odisha. After several complaints no response from the service provider. Particularly in the Barang, Nandankanan and Patia.

    Yesterday I called @airtelindia customer care for aome basic doubts and it got cleared. But after that I got around 5-6 calls from @airtelindia marketing IVRS. It was like I did a mistake by calling them. During office hours its very annoying!

    @Airtel_Presence Only 1 location my home. Sector-11,CDA CUTTACK-753015. This house has been surveyed by your network team for more than 5 times in last 2-3yrs. They had suggested use or booster which is not approved by @Airtel_Presence & @airtelindia. Only #falseassurance no improvement #Network

    @airtelindia From morning to evening I have tried for Shifting my Wi-Fi to another place but there is no good response and in Airtel Thanks App showing Error Occurred Please Try Again Later. Resolve the issue ASAP.

    UPDATE: Airtel customer service is ABSOLUTELY STUPID 😤 Called after my IPTV complaint (see previous tweet), they RAISED A DTH REQUEST instead of IPTV! I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays? Cancel this WRONG DTH ticket & activate IPTV IMMEDIATELY! Your system is UTTERLY USELESS! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Customers face instant late fees for payment delays: but when companies deliver poor service, they pay no penalty at all. If you expect us to pay on time, we expect you to deliver on your promises. Fairness should work both ways. More than 2weeks, facing issues.
