Where as some times their will be no signal and it is shutdown for more than 10 mins, it is not once it twice it has been happen many times from past 2 months🙏🏻🙏🏻

Today your customer care called to ask why I had closed the connection. The advisor confirmed a change of ownership IS possible the store had misinformed us.
