Where as some times their will be no signal and it is shutdown for more than 10 mins, it is not once it twice it has been happen many times from past 2 months🙏🏻🙏🏻

They connected ground team, Ground team says we did not get any service req & the one I raised was marked closed. Support says by 9 pm issue will be fixed, Ground team says we work by 7:30 only
