    @airtelindia Advertising as the fastest 5G Network in India, when it comes to reality the networking is very slow. Where as some times their will be no signal and it is shutdown for more than 10 mins, it is not once it twice it has been happen many times from past 2 months🙏🏻🙏🏻

    @airtelindia I cannot use my airtel number due to not recharging for sometime. I want to use it now by recharging. I am unable to receive OTP on that number. Could u please help to resolve.

    @airtelindia This is extremely frustrating as I’m unable to use the service properly. Please look into this urgently and arrange a technician visit to resolve the issue. Complaint/service request number -11039463468, Airtel Black account: 10101029766423, provide an update on the resolution.

    The latest promised resolution time was today by 1:41 PM. It is now well past that deadline, and there is still no resolution. @airtelindia, this is not the service I expect after paying for a premium internet connection.

    Okay, I’ll provide all the information, but first I’m waiting to see what @airtelindia is actually doing for its customers. Customers deserve answers, proper support, and accountability—not just automated replies. Let’s see how @airtelindia handles this.

    @airtelindia we have not had access to Internet for the last 20+ hrs. The same thing happened last month too. This is pathetic service. I need this fixed asap I have work to do

    @airtelindia if you are unable to support your infrastructure then please don’t advertise something you can’t deliver. I had bsnl before and I thought bsnl was the problem being govt entity. But I was wrong, in Dehradun Airtel fails more than bsnl in broadband segment

    @airtelindia Adei, do you have something to call as customer service? My Wifi is not working since yesterday and your service engineer doesn't pick calls. The ticket assigned to him should have been already resolved by the ETA provided by you.

    Absolute scam by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ! Sales guy (7219177924) took my broadband booking showing a nearby box, then says it's a "DUMMY" and real installation takes 3-4 months! Now they are refusing to cancel my booking?! Pathetic service. Cancel it now! 😡 #Airtel

    @airtelindia Because of these ongoing issues, all the other SIMs in my family have already been ported to Jio. This is the last Airtel SIM we still have. We stayed with Airtel even when Jio services were free because we trusted Airtel for better network quality. Unfortunately, 2/3

    @SaffronChargers @airtelindia has this habit, your post actually reminded me of the refund they r supposed to give to me. I forgot to ask , but I will try now. Cancel k baad security deposit bhi nhi denge.

    Absolutely unacceptable service. Promised resolution within 4 hours, yet no technician has even visited and my internet remains down. Now the complaint has been shamelessly marked “closed” without fixing anything. This is not customer service. @airtelindia
