    @airtelindia I m using airtel products for past 12 years, now not receiving OTPs to Only my prepaid for past few months, pathetic customer support says its my fault. Is this how Airtel treats loyal customers ?? Seems like old simcard issue.Asking me to pay for new sim wo my fault

    @airtelindia My sim card has been showing "No service". There's no problem with my mobile because other sim cards work on it. Please fix this problem for me asap. There doesn't seem to be any customer care service that would solve this issue.
