    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The time is over now, whn Airtel was at no. 1 in terms of service,perhaps this is reason tht i hav mobile,dsl,dth of airtel. Finally I hav disconnect my dsl. Was complaint on May 4,u nt do anything till 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12. Got Only sms no resol.

    @airtelindia Facing poor data speed since a month at my location. Have raised the matter on more then couple of occasions but nothing done. Such poor technical helpdesk of yours, they close the complaint without actually working on it. Frustrating to be an airtel customer.

    @airtelindia @AjayChitkara2 I am Airtel's new customer, just got my DTH installed, but the Wifi is still not activated. The concern is, I am not getting any relevant response. People use to pick the phone call as per their comfort. Pls support in this matter.

    Dear @airtelindia I am user of postpaid connection of #airtel for last 10 years but the call drop and internet connectivity is worst in my area .I am complaining for last 2 years but the issue has not been resolved till date.

    @airtelindia I am airtel mobile postpaid customer ,instead of resolving issues of internet connectivity and network raised by me from last 6 months ,airtel has raised my postpaid mobile rent with Rs 100 without any intimation....this is pathetic..#bhartiairtel

    @airtelindia This is your network speed in Zirakpur Location 0.2 kbps. FYI i have postpaid connection and ur network speed is pathetic.... My biggest mistake in this lockdown is to continue with Airtel Postpaid connection.

    @airtelindia @JioCare @TRAI During these calls, I was falsely informed that my UPC (Unique Porting Code) had been blocked by Airtel and that I needed to send an SMS in the format "CANCEL and number " to 1900 to unblock it. This is misleading, as sending that SMS would cancel my porting request.

    Hello Airtel, I’ve lodged a complaint regarding my bill which isn’t resolved yet. I’ve called more than two times to airtel and mailed too.. but there’s no response from your end.This is disappointing. I think, i made a mistake to switch from jio to airtel. @airtelindia 😒
