@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The time is over now, whn Airtel was at no. 1 in terms of service,perhaps this is reason tht i hav mobile,dsl,dth of airtel. Finally I hav disconnect my dsl. Was complaint on May 4,u nt do anything till 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12. Got Only sms no resol.

@airtelindia is playing with me. I bought airtel black and got Amazon subscription for 3 months which is going to be auto-renewed tomorrow. 2 days back I could manage Amazon but today i m not able to see that. It's been 30 min i am on call with @Airtel_Presence customer care...no

@airtelindia very disappointed to see that company has not enough engineers to resolve the complaints regarding broadband connections. I registered complaint today about no Internet, but company will send engineer tomorrow. 😡😡😡😡

@airtelindia I am extremely disappointed by the service and behaviour of airtel DTH Tata sky has much more professionalism then Airtel. Sending people who are addressed by there nick names. Poor service. I think Airtel needs to work on it after sales.
