@airtelindia airtel speed very low at my area. Last time I tweet about same,your reply says "site is upgrading" I don't know how many year u take to upgrade the site. So it's better to switch @jio as I am paying more then the service I received,

@airtelIndia that too with continuous interruption. Pl tell me if I am getting less than 24 Mbps, why I am being billed for 200 Mbps. Customer care is requested to pl look into the matter and correct my bill and arrange to reimburse the excess amount that has been billed on me.

Airtel customer service, informed me that the payment had not been received, despite the fact that the money had been withdrawn from my account. Bank, informed me that money had been deducted from my account, and that even those people were powerless to intervene. @airtelindia
