    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Service request 11036607493 of 31.07.2026. Wifi down again in two weeks. Last time was a patch-up by service engineers without getting a new junction box. Now I am told to wait till 02.08.2026 for a service engineer! Fed up!

    @airtelindia Raised WiFi shift connection request 7 days back, it's still pending from @Airtel_Presence and they are just delaying it everyday. Poorest customer service ever.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have recharged with International Roaming pack and I'm currently in singapore . Why I'm not able to get any calls and call anyone from my number , only data is working. I'm getting Starhub network. Please resolve.
