  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi - I’ve airtel Xsafe subscription have raised a request (SR No. 1-1XEGXLES) on 22nd of April to rest the cameras and there was TAT of 24-48 hours. I keep calling xsafe customer care but everyday I’m getting no +ve response. Please help!

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia every now and then the wifi is stopped to work. Why should I pay for the rental when the broadband is not working at all.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel Xstream WiFi SSID is not showing on my Smart TV at all,but all our neighbours' Airtel networks are visible and working fine on the same TV. Multiple times we have compliant but no resolution yet. Highly disappointed with your service.

  @airtelindia they ensure that wifi issue will get resolved within 24hrs. Now it's More than 24 hrs my issue is not yet resolved nor able to connect with the customer care @DoT_India @JM_Scindia
