    I am facing similar problem from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Was asked to wait for 12 hours and even that time is over. Why sell products that don't work??

    It's already been 3 days and Airtel hasn't activated the connection. The most unfortunate thing is that the team is also not picking up the call and is unable to answer on status. Such a pathetic service, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Dear team, I'm facing issues with my wifi even though my prepaid also. I'm trying to troubleshoot with airtel thanks app it's not working properly, it shows there is always a temporary network congest issue and it says it will resolve in 4 hrs,

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve been trying to reach a support agent for my internet issue, but your useless helpline only loops through IVR options with no way to connect to a person. This is extremely frustrating. Please assist with a callback or direct support.
