Will never recommend @airtelindia to any1 evr becos of me they have got more than 15 clients n they can't solve my issue which I raised yesterday morning they are waste in customer service @Airtel_Presence doesn't even bother to look into there premier customers issues

Hey @airtelindia I have a great idea for you. can you give customised plans instead of fixed plans, because there are only 20 fixed plans, there is some customer unsatisfaction. Can you leave the selection choice to customers... like, selection of data size, validity period.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia how do you expect me to pay w/o getting a bill. First ticket was closed w/o any resolution, so i opened another. got a call from technical team asking me to pay, else penalty will be charged. is it not fair/legal to get a bill for payments?
