    Previously I was paying 5000+ every month for various services of @airtelindia . Then I reduced it to 3600. Today I reduced it to 2800. Their services have turned pathetic. No way to resolve issues. No customer care. Worst service . @Airtel_Presence . Now I am about to make it 0

    Very Poor quality of Network provided by Airtel in Kota ,rash Chamaparan, Bihar behind High school kotwa. I am facing network autoswitching from last December 2025, I raised many complaint to Airtel , but issue didn'd solved yet. Please look at to this matter. @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia @letsblinkit I recharged my Airtel plan with a Hotstar subscription, but it’s not working. Can someone help? Airtel customer care is not helping and just keeps transferring calls. Airtel has become useless. @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence Now you start lying I was not using the SIM, was it because you removed the SIM network that I was not able to use it and now I am being told to go away, okay, I will meet you in court. @airtelindia

    Over 6 days of dead broadband and zero accountability from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. If an on-ground technician is not assigned with a fixed resolution slot today, close my account permanently and process a refund for unrendered services.

    @airtelindia Your customer service is worst. I filed a service request on 5th Aug and paid 500 to add DTH in my wifi connection. Payment was made but no one came as of now to my house even after 20 days and no one picks up call. 121 no. is also not working.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia received DM stating team will call me between 3 to 3-30 pm. Now 3.53 pm. No call. This is the way your customer care works. Irresponsible inefficient team

    @airtelindia Extremely poor service experience! I raised multiple complaints for my DTH set-top box. After 7–8 days, a technician finally visited, confirmed the box needed replacement, and it was picked up with a promise that the replacement would arrive within 3–4 days.

    Airtel network has become so bad, so many calls drops, even during running call, when full signal is there, the other person can't hear. What's this service ? What i am getting for paying annual pack @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia will sue you in consumer court if you don't fix
