    Do v hav 2 beg u 2 get IPTV for home? I'm in Coimbatore, hv raised a rqst for IPTV, cald customer care several times but nobody cares. Airtel Cares is farce. Been using your Wi-Fi services but thinking of surrendering that too. U guys wudn't care, wud u? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelindia This is exactly how AI should not be used. AI should make customer support faster and easier—not become a wall that prevents customers from reaching a human when the automated system has clearly failed.

    @IndianTechGuide Hey @airtelindia, what kind of joke is this? 🤡 You raise plan prices, call it "Unlimited 5G", and then silently slip a clause stating we can’t share it via mobile hotspot? If I pay for data, it is my data. I should be able to use it on my laptop, tablet, or phone as I see fit. Charging premium rates just to treat a basic smartphone feature like a crime is pathetic.     @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My wifi has been down since 15th july and no solution has been provided. And i am into a one airtel member with priority postpaid . This is the kind of service you are providing.3 days no wifi and i am not gonna pay my bill of 3 days.

    One of worst customer service award 🥇 goes to @airtelindia I have been trying to get connected to human agent on there’s helpline number 198! From last 20 minutes I’m just listening to IVR 😡😡 yeh dabbo vo dabbo Worst service! -1 star
