  @airtelindia I have the most unsatisfying and most irritating experience with yall over cancelling a WiFi service, your app only had a pause plan and no cancellation feature in it? Why do you guys increase your data packs prices if you can’t proved your customers with basics ?

  @airtelindia Absolutely unacceptable service! My Airtel DTH has been not working for an unreasonably long time. Instead of actually resolving the issue, the responsible person kept updating/extending the SLA repeatedly. Now, no one is even picking up the calls.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve already shared all the details in DM. This isn’t a minor inconvenience anymore the slow internet is seriously hampering our office productivity and disrupting work. We’re paying for a 300 Mbps plan, yet struggling with basic connectivity and upload speeds.
