@airtelindia Why we need to convert sim prepaid to postpaid if sim is not working to get a new sim of same number we have to change into postpaid is there any rule from telecom ministry.

@airtelindia so you have secretly converted my prepaid plan to postpaid, and now you are charging monthly charges to the service I am not even using anymore. When I tried to disconnect the service, there is no option for it from app and from website as well. #loot #banairtel
