  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It has been over a week since my parents' fiber connection went down. Wire was cut, the technician came after 3 days, fixed the wire but not the internet, and promised to return and never did. Stopped picking calls. Then customer care promised a fix in 24 hours. That was 2 days ago. I live outside India. This connection is how I talk to my parents. A week of silence because nobody at Airtel closes what they open. Fix it by tomorrow or I am cancelling and moving to another provider.

  How the hell i can talk to the real-person customer care on @airtelindia , from the past two months I am unable to use my Mobile Data, it's keep showing me Roaming. I have also reported the issue multiple times but got no replies from their team. Pathetic service!

  @airtelindia I have an Airtel SIM. As advertised, I recharged with the ₹979 plan, which is supposed to provide unlimited 5G data. However, after using 2 GB of data, my internet stopped working. Could you please check and resolve this issue. My contactable No- 8789826691 plz call

  @Airtel_Presence Airtel shares peoples contact but they instead of getting the whole problem shares a picture of plan and suddenly drop calls. Rush to install but afterward no one would be visible to give back the discounts. Just need a clarity from official handle of @airtelindia

  @Airtel_Presence someone from Airtel came and asked for new wifi and tv connection with 40mpbs speed and promised next day installation. I paid 1500rs got receipt but connection not given. From TMRW I have job. If u can't provide service y give false promises @airtelindia

  @airtelindia No wifi, unable to connect customer support , AI Chat unable to solve query. Please guide how should I explain my grievances enough of pathetic service wifi getting disconnected in every 15 days, is this the kind of service ? Where I'm in able to reach for support?

  The worst of worst network is AIRTEL @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence today there was a complete dead network for ****** 8 hours that too in good city area wtfff are u guys doing totally fed up !!!!
