  @Airtel_Presence the internet connection has not been working since this morning. Red light on Modem. There is no Dial tone on the landline. Unable to reach Customer support to register a complaint. Please register a complaint with @airtelindia broadband A/c No. 12747656.

  @AirtelIndia I am on your ₹859 Unlimited Plan and my internet has been COMPLETELY non-functional as of 9:56 PM IST on 13th April 2026. I am paying for an unlimited plan and receiving ZERO service. This is a clear violation of TRAI guidelines on promised network quality.1/2

  @airtelindia is the worst wifi broadband service. If you try to lodge a complaint, they will give you the last complaint number and say it has been resolved even though it was never resolved. They are so insecure that you can't even change wifi name without airtel name in it.

  @Airtel_Ug takes unlimited time to issue a new merchant line. Already 2+ months has passed and different people committing it will be delivered today since the application. @airtelindia activates the connection within 2 Hrs. Highly surprised with services. @Airtel_Presence
