@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence How come my DTH request gets closed as resolved when there is no one present at the flat. The service executive even lacks the basic courtesy of talking to customers or it is overconfidence of Airtel which has gone top bottom attitude

@airtelindia -I am a Airtel black customer,I’d - 10101012551486 ,I have opted for reinstallation of broadband and DTH connection but sad to tell I am completely broken with the behaviour of Airtel service Engineer as without checking the wire connection he directly refused to do.
