    @airtelindia can some one explain why my @ihmcl_official Fast Tag has been blacklisted and even though there is over 1600 rupees in the wallet not updating? Called Airtel and system is down called Fast Tag and they say we don’t know.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, contact 198 or Appellate to raise an appeal. Its been 10 days since i ported ans still they are resolving issues and closing great

    For bookings, bill payments, specially unknown calls from bihar and many more what's app messages which I have never opted for. Tried calling their customer care and spent one 22 minutes to reach executive but of no use, so porting my number to @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I’ve been following up now from so many days and even yesterday. Without providing a resolution. To the technical issue your support personals are closing the ticket. If you are unable to provide a solution, I’ve no problem in porting over to another provider.
