If you are not satisfied with the resolution, contact 198 or Appellate to raise an appeal. Its been 10 days since i ported ans still they are resolving issues and closing great

    @airtelindia @AirtelPresence facing problems with your broadband for last 2 days. Your engineers are incompetent and are unable to fix it. They come and temporarily fix the connection. Please resolve the problem. Engineers are Manish and Arun.
