    @airtelindia can some one explain why my @ihmcl_official Fast Tag has been blacklisted and even though there is over 1600 rupees in the wallet not updating? Called Airtel and system is down called Fast Tag and they say we don’t know.

    @airtelindia I didn't understand why you launched Xsafe if you don't want to sell your products. I just raised a query for your agent to visit. I got a message _ agent will visit at _ time. From then onwards I daily got call from agent can I visit today and he never show-up

    Hey @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence - I made an advance payment of 12 months for your 300 Mbps Fiber connection in Feb 22, and yet I've been sent a bill 2 months in advance of my plan expiry. On contacting your customer service helpline, I'm receiving incoherent responses.

    @airtelindia Jio network is better than airtel. I just MNP my number from Jio to airtel but very bad experience. too many call drops, sim on still no one can call me (showing switch off), on call internet not working, wifi calling not showing (in jio wifi calling and Volte option showing)

    Really poor experience of using @JioCare … multiple disconnections almost after every few days. Finally decided to disconnect it permanently and get my advance payment refunded. Will switch back to @airtelindia broadband (even though I don’t have their fiber in my locality yet)

    @airtelindia @airtelnews My brother is law macchindra Botre visited to port the mobile number from VI to Airtel couple of times at Kothrud Airtel office, bt evrytim representative said that prepaid sim is not available bt postpaid is available Is this a Airtel service? 9890948997

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence so i raised s complaint for network issues in calls and data, been facing this for 3 months now, i literally had to huy a voda number as this was frustrating, your cust care called me, and they also could not hear me, what a shame, u cant run 4g prop
