    @airtelindia can some one explain why my @ihmcl_official Fast Tag has been blacklisted and even though there is over 1600 rupees in the wallet not updating? Called Airtel and system is down called Fast Tag and they say we don’t know.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, contact 198 or Appellate to raise an appeal. Its been 10 days since i ported ans still they are resolving issues and closing great

    @jagograhakjago I have been forced to raise a grievance on the chat help provided. My grievance number is 9434814. I have been trying to get my issue resolved by @airtelindia, but until now they have raised and closed 2 requests already, without proper resolution. Please help!

    @sbhansali @airtelindia I think so there is 3300GB cap if you finish it the network starts to throttle to 3 or 5 mbps. In jio there is 6000gb plan and a 9000gb too but that is for 1gbps

    @airtelindia Never fall into their trap, their service is very bad, choose some other option but never choose Airtel, I am a victim of them 😡😡
