    It's been 5 days now and there is no resolution given till date for porting my number to jio. Guess it is a good thing. I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Stop befooling customers. Despite my repeated requests and even after conversation with customer care. You people didnot terminate my secondary connection and illegaly allocating y recharge amount. This is theft... Shame on you.

    Day 3- Thanks @airtelindia for not providing internet after charging for Full month. Its been 3rd day I am without internet in my area and as usual getting false hope and commitment. Executive will ask for time to call back which they will never do

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm using a 40 Mbps plan, 5-12 Mbps actual speed for 4-5 months. Complaint pending since 02/06/2026. Airtel admits capacity issue but has taken no action. My work, productivity, and income have suffered while Airtel keeps charging the full bill.

    WTF @airtelindia since yesterday the mobile networks are unavailable or two low internet speed, and on top of that you have the audacity to push "recharge karo" notifications when I already have an active 5G plan.
