    It's been 5 days now and there is no resolution given till date for porting my number to jio. Guess it is a good thing. I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

    @airtelindia Your internet is running damn worse at PIN 802158 even outdoors. Can’t talk ur customer service executives on 198 and that complaint system on your Thanks App for iOS don’t work (updated ur app just now). What is this service?

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @TRAI Thank u for the troubles, false promises and pathetic service, after several issues i decided to discontinue the services , still ur company told me they will refund my money 45 days after the closure done and ur cc called me for proof of payment🙏

    @airtelindia Any & everything from Airtel has to be recorded on legal papers. Airtel can simply turn away from his commitments. Icing on the cake is there is no customer care. Mr Prashant told me Airtel can do anything at any time. @Airtel_Presence
