    It's been 5 days now and there is no resolution given till date for porting my number to jio. Guess it is a good thing. I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Stop befooling customers. Despite my repeated requests and even after conversation with customer care. You people didnot terminate my secondary connection and illegaly allocating y recharge amount. This is theft... Shame on you.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence posting again Paid ₹1500 for Xstream Fiber. Engineer assigned but no call or installation, not even from back end team pathetic service. Now showing Order Delay. Req ID: EXD6SWR33B SR: 4511766411 Cancel the order and refund my money immediately.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Paid for broadband installation on 9 June and still waiting. No technician visit, no clear update, and repeated assurances without resolution. Please escalate this issue and complete the installation at the earliest.
