    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Stop befooling customers. Despite my repeated requests and even after conversation with customer care. You people didnot terminate my secondary connection and illegaly allocating y recharge amount. This is theft... Shame on you.

    It's been 5 days now and there is no resolution given till date for porting my number to jio. Guess it is a good thing. I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

    @airtelindia Took ₹5000 for a 1-year roaming plan. SIM failed after 1 month. Roaming Department acknowledges the issue but refuses a refund or any practical replacement option outside India. 11 months of paid service lost. Supervisor Shivani’s answer: “Not our problem.”

    @airtelindia @airtelnews broadband down. Complained several times. No response. IVR std reply. My monthly payment for last 10yrs is significantly above ur ARPU. Deserve better service. Service Request no 11032215451. Posting on X so u know why I have decided to bid goodbye

    @pradhnitin @airtelindia Yes . Very poor network coverage of @airtelindia especially in past one month. Facing problems both with voice and data. My complaint was closed as resolved after six days . In fact on Tuesday data was showing “edge” no 5G or 4G

    @airtelindia @JioCare The same place Jio has been restored his services with in hours, but its been 24 hrs now airtel yet to do. Pathetic service from airtel

    I am writing here to complaint you about the services that i have received from your employee. I have reported the issue of my wifi dth but they are not even bother to resolve my problem. I have asked continuously from last 4,5 days but they are just ignoring. @airtelindia
