There's is separate line item at the same time for a local call. Till now you have not been able to tell me how that's possible. You are just closing the ticket saying billing is correct. How can a operator of your size allow fraud within your network? On top of that I was told my complaint is legit and I will get the refund in my next bill. You have closed the ticket with a different comment saying bill is correct. Now after the second bill it's too late to address old bill complaint? This is crazy @airtelindia
