  It's been 5 days now and there is no resolution given till date for porting my number to jio. Guess it is a good thing. I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

  @airtelindia I have an issue with my recharge and I tried to raise complaint by calling 121.I can’t speak to customer executive as there is no option to speak to customer executive..didn’t expect this kind of poor customer support from one of the leading cellular services company

  @airtelindia there isn’t any update on this! Your reps are not even reading the messages. They are just sending the templated responses. This is getting a bigger issue for my parents now.
