I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

My router is broadcasting 2.4 GHz, but the printer cannot even detect the SSID. Please disable 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6) on the 2.4 GHz band and set the 2.4 GHz mode to 802.11 b/g/n. Also ensure PMF (802.11w) is Optional or Disabled.”

On one hand, the signal coverage & call connectivity has turned pathetic in Chennai. It's almost BLANK in South Chennai indoors and we are forced to manage with WiFi or WhatsApp calls. Call dropping & Connectivity is another big pain. Add to that, these (attached) growing harassment SMS threatening customers that Service may be BLOCKED and lose receiving OTPs. Such rude messages are being sent from 1 week before the actual expiry date. @airtelindia your business is roaring due to the duopoly in India and yet you stoop so low? Gone are the days when you were reliable & sensible in your service. Now, you are neither Premium in your service nor in your customer engagement. We are stuck without alternatives and we long for the days of 2010s.

Naba-Jit 🐦 (@iamnabajit12) reported@rutu609 @JioCare @airtelindia I also switched from Jio to Airtel for the same reason. Even after contacting them for 5–6 months, they kept saying they would fix it very soon, but they never actually did. That is why I now use Airtel and VI.
