    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Stop befooling customers. Despite my repeated requests and even after conversation with customer care. You people didnot terminate my secondary connection and illegaly allocating y recharge amount. This is theft... Shame on you.

    It's been 5 days now and there is no resolution given till date for porting my number to jio. Guess it is a good thing. I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

    We have 4 postpaid mobile connections, 2 broadband connections, and 1 TV connection, all with Airtel. We hardly use mobile data because we are almost always connected to Wi-Fi. However, when we travel or in an emergency, I occasionally use my mobile hotspot to connect my laptop, and it is extremely useful. Removing this option is unreasonable, and if it is discontinued, we will have no choice but to port all our connections out of Airtel. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Manik_M_Jolly @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Be cautious with Jio also. They don’t cancel easily. Only AI help desk. And cancelling options you will go bonkers

    Worst service provider in the entire world award goes to @airtelindia i am using there Broad band and Postpaid service from past 9 years and it the most unreliable and pathetic experience of my life since 1 year its so bad that to post this tweet it took me 20 minutes.

    Hello @nch1915 They have resolved the connection. But not providing refund & rebate. And once they release both, i want to cancel my subscription with @reliancejio as am switching to @airtelindia pls do the needful

    @RN91378 @amangoeliitb @airtelindia Jio airfiber is still good, using since last 1.5 years and hardly had any NW issue. And they gave 1+1 year free.

    The worst ever wifi ISP goes to @airtelindia .After taking the fees, Neither Engineer nor authority responds to your new connection..It has been 4 days of delay for the installation.Engineers are giving some stupid reasons in their portal and they are considering them for delay.

    @Rahulshrivstv @airtelindia remember this is a missed call while your phone was not in network or switched off. SMS sending service is generic. it cannot have info for all millions of users[ Think of the scale]. also would be a privacy breach. A single app on your device can track private data though.

    @jain_harshit Anyway @airtelindia is is cheat company,I have observed data was UL but when U R in heavy usage suddenly network shifts to 4G then daily data consumed.Unless using force 5G.Also recently Airtel started give priority to Postpaid n airfiber.
