Local vendors using Airtel infra are working fine. This is clear deficiency in service. Escalating to consumer authorities.

Kshitij Ghosh (@GhoshKshitij) reported. @airtelindia I raised a request for new fiber tv connection on 22 April 2026 and paid 500/- as well on the same day. I was told i will get a call within 4 hrs from backup team but no-one called. I called up 121 on 23rd and 24th April but no help yet.
