    @airtelindia hi i have a problem. First of all i dont have fiber broadband but im still paying for it with speeds of around 40‐50 instead of 100. Second is the disconnection issue in multiple devices where suddenly the wifi drops and reconnects impacting continuity. Request help

    @airtelindia my broadband connection is delayed in 5 days.. no one is taking call from airtel. no one is helping customer in airtel ... all the services are deaf and dumb in airtel after taking advance money form customer.

    Very disappointed by @airtelindia service. I have requested for broadband connection(06123534977)15 days ago yet no connection has been installed despite escalations and on the 15th day i am called only to be informed that there cud be a delay of 7 more days. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia - with lot of anticipation had ported recently from vi to your service. Must say your new client acquisition team gives absolutely false promises, which are forgotten once new hapless customers are on boarded! Just matter of 90 days before we port back!

    @airtelindia I think you are just fooling the customer When I paid for the new fiber broadband connection on 04/05/2021 application no (02403594676), I was informed that the connection will be made in three days it's 5th day no installation happened
