    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence my 100mbps air fiber service, not getting 5mbps, tried online ser. req., says temp nw congestion will resolve in 4 hrs, pending for 4 weeks, raised n escalated service ticket, closed without resolution, marked resolved, hopeless service!

    @airtelindia @SunilBhartiMitl Dear Sir I am an Airtel Customer for more than 25 years. Using multiple numbers. I was using Rs. 799 plan for 84 days with 1.5 GB data. Yesterday my plan has expired. Today when I am trying to recharge I am seeing the plan has discontinued.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Timeline keeps changing (10 PM → 4 PM → again 10 PM) but broadband still not working (Complaint: 11029377156). Very poor service and false commitments. Please resolve by 10 PM without fail or I will escalate to consumer forum. Jaipur

    Dear @MyGate_com and @airtelindia please sort whatever you guys have between you but fix this approval issue.. when fone is cnecred to airtel wifi .. not able to approve the entries but on airtel mobile data it works just fine !

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Tagging leadership of Bharti Airtel including Gopal Vittal for urgent attention. Airtel Black customer since Oct 2020 & WiFi user for 12+ years — yet facing consistently poor WiFi performance with NO resolution. This is unacceptable service.

    @airtelindia My issue hasn't been resolved which was raised through the app, and the query has been closed by your employee. New query is not being raised because the automated call records wrong registered number. Do something.

    I am facing similar problem from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Was asked to wait for 12 hours and even that time is over. Why sell products that don't work??
