    When a wifi is not working ,2 nd time in a week(Request no.11034199701)and slot booked 11am-12pm ,but engineer does not came,customer care says slot booking is accdng to customer,but engineer will do according to his time,so do wait,as customers time is not importnt @airtelindia

    So you idiotic people asking me to wait for monday to get my wifi fixed? Why not tomorrow ? I spoke to your agent aditya and that useless fellow told me being a valued black member he can’t do anything. @airtelindia i need to fix this tomorrow not a day after tomorrow

    @airtelindia dearest airtel, I have been complaining about my internet connection since April of 2026 to a point where I stop recharging for 2 months. Which resulted in 1) I was offered 15 days extra with my 1 Month recharge, which did not happen. Even after issue was raised

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This isn't the first time. Earlier, when my AirFiber developed a fault, the local team delayed replacing the equipment for over a month despite repeated complaints. Only after multiple follow-ups was the issue finally resolved. Unfortunately, I'm facing the same experience again.

    @airtelindia , @Airtel_Presence, It is very strange that I have been calling airtel to install IPTV since last two months. , On their request , I had paid Rs.500 twice to install the same but for reasons of their own they are still unabled giving poor excuses. Resolution reqd.

    @airtelindia what kind of a scam you are running. I have taken a broadband subscription from you. When I tried to disconnect it by paying the full amount, there was no option available. Even the chat support had no option to cut the services. I had stopped using Airtel since then
