    @airtelindia pathetic customer support, even local wifi vendors provide far better facilities, my wifi isnt working from last 3 days, any complaints raised are never resolved on its own. planning to switch soon.

    @Airtel_Presence Have done this a lot of times. Airtel team takes the address but does not do anything afterthen. My entire family is facing the same issue. I want a physical technical team visit at my location to fix the issue. Airtel office is just a 1 km away from my location. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence As usual Technicians Shailesh n Ajay Jha are not concerned with down Broadband. Shocking is hanging Wire is taken frm 2 houses away, thru Tree Branches. Why Fat Box is not provided @airtelindia . You are paid monthly charges in time, still no services. Why ?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's been 4 days now and still the issue isn't even close to being resolved. Infact the ticket was closed without any action and i had to reopen it. If you're not interested in providing the service, just say so.

    What is with your app guys @airtelindia why is my account not showing. I have given you quaterly payment 2 months back for xtream fiber connection nobody is installing it, your sales person doesn't recieve calls. No way to contact customer care. Can you guys take action on this?
