It's very bad to say that from few days my internet connection is so poor and fluctuating a lot. I think @airtelindia is saying me to change the network. @VittalGopal I think you will look at this issues seriously.

@airtelindia 4G is not working from tomorrow. If it does not resolve by tomorrow. I am porting to @ViCustomerCare or @JioCare . I just get frustrated with every month 2-3 days 4G Connectivity is down. Bill me for 28 days in a month instead of 30 days

Again the services are down for more than 6 hours now after a week. Is there really a service team or someone responsible for it? No one cares to call or update even after tickets are raised. Does Airtel really care or listen? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Just recieved my marks for the Viva test and got very low marks due to lack of network strenght..not a single customer care representative attended me even after complaining and giving my contact number..have decided to switch to a different network..@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@itsmrsridhar @airtelindia Same Problem to me. Even Wifi Calling doesn't work. It frequently drops even though wifi is good. Btw, I use Airtel Wifi (Fibre) only.
