  @airtelindia few days bk I had registered a complaint. The caller's voice was disruptive. Such a simple complaint! Now SMS says that you were still working on it! I didn't know that it was such a critical issue that can't be resolved in a day or two! Or was it inefficient system

  @airtelindia @TRAI Internet down again for “servicing” in Mumbai. This keeps happening way too often. Pretty unfair that there’s no compensation for all this downtime. The whole airtel experience is so frustrating - your customer care no. doesn’t work as intended, no way to reach out to an agent through the airtel app and no upfront notice for the inconvenience.

  @priyarajputlive @airtelindia @airtel_wifi Go for local providers like excitel, tripple play , nextra or whichever available in your area not only plan will be cheap but service will also be good. Jio and airtel are worse

  Dear @airtelindia , first you send an inflated bill for DTH/internet service, when we question it, instead of responding to it, you suspend the service! Is this how you provide service to customers?

  @nishikantsingh9 @airtelindia They deny disconnection upfront. They say your reason is not valid.. so you can stop taking there service when you satisfy them on terms that they decide.. I have to get hold of a person physically at airtel store .. and still it took me 2 hrs to get my disconnection approved.

  I have become fed up with @airtelindia/@Airtel_Presence and its non-resolution of complaints and its pathetic indoor connectivity. I wish to apply for MNP by becoming a user of @ViCustomerCare. I hope #ViCustomerCare has better indoor connectivity (cellular+internet). #MNP
