    @AirtelPresence I've tried and raised my ticket 3 times and no engineer has called me yet! Even when I've mentioned it to customer services agent that I need it in urgent basis. It's been more the a day and no calls yet. So much disappointed by Airtel services. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence please check my internet issue already registered a complaint in the app and sent detail in Dm. Internet is down for more than 3days and still no resolution. @airtelindia @JioCare please provide connection in my locality. Many people are fedup and will switch.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Complied a lot, told everything but hears that nodal officer takes customer care sub bus complaints and says to wait 11 days, my recharge is 839 and why should I stop, you have increased my recharge for 10 days if there is a network problem

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia this is really pathetic Service from Airtel. No one is looking at the request which was raised for internet breakdown. How come one person has to wait for 11 days to get the resolution of the request? Seriously????
