    @vikashDhillo @airtelindia Please dont port from Jio to Airtel. Airtel dont have 4G coverage as advertised and bericht the 4g coverage with friends. One of the worst customer care in telecom field with zero work .

    Hi @Airtel_Presence I'm facing network issue in telco jamshedpur area since last week. There's continuous switch in 4Gto2G network n vice versa. Audio quality is too bad (no issues with my cellphone already checked. Can you please reset my both the sim.. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Earlier ibhad a discussion with Customer care team, he has updated billing cycle as per my request and told u will be charged prorate basis till new billing date, its 22nd or 18th of every month.Its not applied seems. PLEASE dont comit like this.
