    Hi @airtelindia i am leaving your family. In my locality since last 2 months we cant use airtel 4G. And there is no solution by you. We complained many times but no solution.

    If we want send or receive sms need to reacharge minimum of Rs 128/- Do u think is it really worth for us? No never, Realy it is hell, I have decided to say good bye to Airtel which journey of 10+ yrs, I thnk it's fantastic way of lose yr customers @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Airtel is so so pathetic and getting ignorant. Can’t fulfil basic needs, just marketing company with no product or service standard.

    Ported to Airtel Postpaid & have BB as well. Pathetic customer service response. Network Issue for ~ 3 weeks. Issues closes on the end date. No calls confirmation if issue resolved. time to port out ! Priority Resolution is a joke. Please fix this. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Getting pathetic service as an #AirtelBlack customer. Had asked for disconnection of a broadband connection due to shifting. Had to made 5 calls to your customer care and still it hasn't been done. This is not how you treat loyal customers.
