@baehaya_aurat @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Is your pc windows 10? Sometimes I hv been facing same issue since last 2 months. Windows 10 turns on proxy during update. Go to Settings > proxy > check if Use a proxy server is turned on by mistake. This was happening with my laptop
