    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Xstream Fiber Broadband plan rental was upgraded without my knowledge. Customer service is extremely pathetic and useless and totally uncoperative. Not willing to reverse bill.

    @airtelindia My Xstream Fiber broadband account plan rental was upgraded without my information. Customer care extremely pathetic and useless. Not ready to co operate and reverse the bill.
