Hi @airtelindia i am leaving your family. In my locality since last 2 months we cant use airtel 4G. And there is no solution by you. We complained many times but no solution.

@airtelindia This would nth no.of times that I have contacted Airtel India for a very simple issue, however it's useless and hopeless. Every one is the same at Airtel, the store, the call centre. No one ever tries to help n resolve our queries. It's better to stop using Airtel.

@airtelindia Terrible experience using international roaming for Dubai. They showed extra usage of minutes & shut the phone demanding down payment. I ended up paying twice and there was no way of getting the money refunded. I have ported out of Airtel & now no refund is coming.

I have an @airtelindia copper connection, Airtel now they upgrading to fiber, Instead of changing them in free of cost, my area Airtel salesperson disconnected my connection wantedly for a week & compelling me to take new connection, Airtel sucks. @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice

@airtelindia Friends don’t go with Airtel. I lost 5 days in my work schedule due to this broadband shifting. They are worthless, they don’t even care the customers. I have raised issue more than 10 times in 4 days but still my issue is not addressed. I urge you not to go for ATL.
