    @sakshijain1824 @airtelindia I never call their customer care, just DM them, they reply almost instantly and resolve the issues. I am a happy Airtel user since 7 years.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence I have subscribed Full DND Service but I have received promotion call.i complaint to customer care he told me you haven't receive any unknown no call it's totally looser service of @airtelindia I think to port into @reliancejio Airtel 😠👿👹

    @airtelindia very poor customer service in panipat airtel payment bank is very poor it is fake customer want money but airtel store panipat ask me to come next day I go airtel stores too mant time for my money customer service representative tell me come tomorrow always

    If you are planning to buy #airtelblack plan then look for some other service providers. Because @airtelindia will make your life hell after taking advance payment. And @Airtel_Presence will only say they are sorry and wait for 3-4 days.

    @airtelindia poor service providers. It's been two days that my duplicate sim hasn't been activated. Customer care staff at the Airtel store are not cooperative

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Outgoing sms are not being sent from my iPhone. Tried updating SMSC number. Have enough main account balance and a pack with outgoing sms service enabled. Please look into this.
