    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence WiFi has been down for 3 days in Murthal, Sonipat (131001). Main line issue still unresolved. Local technician is available but not authorized to fix it. Extremely poor service and no timely support. Please resolve ASAP.

    @airtelindia where and how on earth do you provide consumer support?? I am facing problem with 5g unlimited data from the last one week, I am not getting unlimited data even after having the '5g' network in my smartphone. Kindly fix this problem. #airltel

    @AirtelIndia I have registered 17 complaints in the last 1 month, but still my internet is not working in Lucknow. Every time your team gives false assurance that it will be resolved in a few hours, but nothing has been fixed yet. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi Team, I am getting 5-10 Mbps speed in Wifi since morning, when I am paying for a 200 Mbps plan. I tried using the Airtel App to complain about it but it is so useless that I couldn't even register a complaint using it. Please look into the matter urgently, it's hampering my work. #AirtelPoorServices

    Since then I just keep on following without any resolution. I tried for a new airtel connection using a different number, I started getting calls for installation. What about the service, you only focus on sales. I am an Airtel Black user, still no resolution. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Broadband complaint logged on 2nd May under ticket 11029493799, but not a single call or update from Airtel till now. Pathetic service and zero customer care..You only care about bills and money, not customers or service. Extremely disappointing.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Applied for a new Airtel WiFi connection through the Airtel Thanks app and paid ₹400 instantly online. Later, the KYC team visited and collected another ₹1500. After that, the installation team came and said there is no 5G/network feasibility in my area, so the connection was cancelled. Despite calling customer support multiple times, I still haven’t received my refund. Very disappointing experience. Please resolve this issue and refund my money ASAP. All the information are in your inbox, but you're not even replying.
