    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews how many days do you actually provide broadband service in a month? The billing cycle is for about 30 days and service for 3 days! Absolutely pathetic service in Bangalore!

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, my broadband is not working, my request num 129725796 is open since Apr 6 without resolution, as the service engineer is making all excuses. WFH without the wifi connection is extremely difficult. This level of service is unacceptable. Plz help!

    @airtelindia, @SonyTV and other Sony entertainment channels are not on airtel xstream website from 1 April onwards. Also, @StarPlus and its other channels are also not on Airtel Xstream. Please state the reason & solution for the same. Also, will it be brought back?
