@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you made excellent changes in the Airtel app, however very basic stuff which clearly visible is hidden or may be I am unable to find, is to contact customer support. There are many concerns which can't be fixed with BOTs. Pls help

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Now its more than 48 hrs and still no response from airtel. Feel so frustrated that I went for Airtel. Despite of paying the required installation amount of 590 rs on 7Mar, no one came or contacted for installation. No response to mail/customer care.
