  3/3 @airtelindia 4. I recently changed my SIM card just one week ago, and I have also changed the SIM slot, but the issue remains the same. Bcz this is @airtelindia 5. Even contacting customer =frustrating experience, long waiting times and no satisfactory resolution.

  @airtelindia pathetic service. I am traveling the support on chat cant fix the roaming issue. The ivr says recharge the number , while I am on postpaid , spent 2 hours already on chat resetting and rebooting my phone and now wait for 4 hours for a resolution. Crap.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please review my account and restore Unlimited 5G. This issue has already been resolved once but has now returned again. I need a permanent resolution, not another temporary fix. Please escalate this to the concerned team.

  (3/3) - In this AI era, this process should be simplier and the representative, simpley said that, contact the customer care. But how could i do that? 😕 Its totally annoying, if this the case, i wouldnt choose airtel from first place itself. NEED A RESOLUTION @airtelindia
