@airtelindia Airtel authority must know the speed of their Airtel4G Network where a simple file of Kilobyte is not downloading. How can we expect a YouTube video for students depending online classes & comp.Exams. My all emails to their office went in-vain so far.Remedy expected.

Hi, @jagograhakjago I’d like to raise a complaint against @airtelindia 4 charging me 4 data services that r barred on my mobile number (I haven’t/can’t use tht service) n then harassing me 2 pay those fraudulent charges, threatening me with disconnection of service. Please help.

@airtelindia your ads make getting a pre paid SIM so easy, just use the app! But the delivery boy says he cannot deliver! And when I call customer care, they say I have to “coordinate” with the delivery boy! And I’m told there is no supervisor who speaks English, only Hindi!

Ported from jio to @airtelindia. Currently using iphone and my iMessage and facetime are not getting activated since the port. Upon looking up on the internet, realised this is a common issue with @airtelindia users using iPhone. @Airtel_Presence kindly provide a resolution.

Now @airtelindia has sent me a bill for the mesh that I never used. Airtel is not returning the advance for more than a month and now asking for rental too. What a pathetic way to treat customers @VittalGopal
