@airtelindia I haven't seen such a bad service of any other broadband. My internet is not working from more than 24 Hrs. I have contacted the customer care more than 15 times but no solution is provided to me yet. Airtel team is inefficient and passing the responsibility.

@airtelindia I am unable to make/receive calls. No network is showing for my sim while for other airtel SIM network is showing properly. Since I can't make a call can't call 121 to report my issue, and 121 requires the call to be made from the SIM facing the issue.

If you're in an online meeting, never rely on @airtelindia or you'll be making a full out of yourself. I haven't seen a network and customer service as pathetic as @Airtel_Presence . Deeply regret availing of airtel.

@airtelindia .. Is there a outage in Chennai area (Pin code 603103) ? Two of my connections on Airtel postpaid is not working properly for last few days, the networks dies after a few seconds. It wakes up after phone reset, then again dies out. very intermittent and unstable.
