    @Samik2010 @anindya0909 @airtelindia I had to upgrade mine. My mum got hers upgraded to 5G. Plus you need to check if your handset supports 5G for wifi network too.

    @airtelindia Today, your senior customer care executive responded me with a resolution to file a complaint with TRAI & Consumer forum because 1.15 hr communication ended with no resolution other than harassment.
