@deepoberoi83 @airtelindia Airtel can't resolve any issue at Customer service level. They escalate it up and up till it reaches the sky and you keep looking up for the resolution. They repeatedly ask you to DM any issue but no service comes thereafter.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I raise many complaint about my waver of 30 days since last 1 month..but my queries is not resolved.I make 10+ calls in last 1 month...but no one of your teammates resolve my problem.plz look into the matter and resolve my problem as soon as posible.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Sorry to put on record that in one way you are moving towards a 5GB network and on another end leaving behind unsatisfied customers. In the last two weeks, almost 4 days in a week time, "Xstream Fibre" network is down and no one is their to address.
