    If you cannot provide proper services then shut down your wifi business. Your workers are useless it's middle of the week my wifi is not working your worker came and told we will fix in 2hrs it has been 3 hrs now and they are not picking out calls. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today is 21 July. Instead of a solution, I'm again being told: "We've escalated the issue." This makes no sense. I was already told days ago that it had been escalated on priority. So what exactly happened during the last week?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I called customers care 121 multiple times but the options to speak to customer executive is not coming. Why so??Please look into it. Airtel Wi-Fi ID 012424240250_wifi is 11035782715. Please look into this complaint

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I also asked Airtel to provide any temporary solution. Even an alternative recharge that could temporarily restore calling services. They refused. They said they couldn't recommend any recharge or guarantee that it would activate the number. So they offered no backup at all.

    Airtel network coverage in Pandri Kripal, Gonda district, Uttar Pradesh has been very poor for the past 15 days. Indoor voice calling and 5G internet connectivity have been significantly affected. Kindly look into the issue and restore coverage ASAP. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
