@airtelindia This is with reference to my DTH, from last 1.5yrs I have been requesting your team to check issue of channels getting stuck and the screen showing initialising. Every time there is somebody assigned he just comes and replaces the same component and charges.

@GauravK01184996 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The government should also help the customers, they paid their hard earned money to these pathetic people. I faced 2 experiences in less than 2 weeks. Every time I had to chase local technician, customer support, their Twitter handle. Nobody cared!

Day4: unable to even make calls. No response from the customer service either. We have set of 2000 users here, and everyone are disappointed with the way we have been treated. I hope you are not fool enough to loss your customers. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
