    @airtelindia It’s a circle of making fools of the customer, as the customer care center says talk by calling on 121 and there the executive says go to the stores near you and one has to go the stores 7-8 times and them also no solution is given, Continued in comments👇

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There is no way that I can connect to customer care at 121  Also made a call but there is no response. I have been associated with Airtel for almost 10 -15 years for a long time and I have never faced such a huge problem, please resolve it 4/4

    @airtelindia @rsprasad such a pathetic network last since last four to five days. Very poor customer service i called twice recently but it was घटिया. Plz improve data speed and call quality or close this drama “tower every hour”

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This company is still fooling with its customer I am unable to use my internet in one of my postpaid airtel numer since past 9-10 months and they ask to change sim which i did 3-4 times and they are unable to solve the issue still and charge bill.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The issue hasn't been resolved yet. The promised time by your team was 7.30 pm yesterday and till now the network is down. Despite raising a complaint online and in-person it's of no use. Just a month with the wifi connection and look what's happening. Unacceptable at any cost.

    @airtelindia let me tell you, Ur customer care & after sales services are the worst. I am complaining about the non-working of my airtel black DTH service from last 9 days,every time CCE assures the engineer will visit home Tomorrow, but nice I'm still waiting. Beware Customers.

    @sohamronnie @airtelnews STANDALONE 5G working fine across Boinchi with different multiple MACRO FIBER BACKHAUL BTS. But problem is in RAYPARA there is a UBR MINI 5G CELL tower, that tower still not upgraded to support STANDALONE MODE. That's why I requesting to @airtelindia to UPGRADE that cell also

    @airtelindia Pathetic service. In Maradu, Kochi, there was a storm and your dish fell. Instead of sending an engineer, after 5 days of complaint 656244266, what do you do? Send a sales guy named Sooraj who dupes my 80 yr old mother and asks for my Aadhar. I caught him. Shame!!

    @imohitshekhawat @airtelindia Wtf.. and so i have prepaid with truly unlimited 5G recharge. And this 5G stopped working, after too much research, I got to know that there is 300GB monthly cap for this. And they told me to convert to postpaid for better experience. So basically a straight lie. Jio has no limit

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Telecom authority complaint no. DOTEL/E/2026/0030605 bhi ho gaya, lekin lagta hai ,defective router abhi “deep sleep mode” me hai. Engineers se zyada active to blinking red light nikli. Kya replacement ke liye satellite permission ka wait ho raha hai
