    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This company is still fooling with its customer I am unable to use my internet in one of my postpaid airtel numer since past 9-10 months and they ask to change sim which i did 3-4 times and they are unable to solve the issue still and charge bill.

    @airtelindia It’s a circle of making fools of the customer, as the customer care center says talk by calling on 121 and there the executive says go to the stores near you and one has to go the stores 7-8 times and them also no solution is given, Continued in comments👇

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence and the details of different customer IDs will be different.Also I want to know how can I activate long duration packs like for 1 year or 6 months and for how much money. I want to recharge both accounts for 1 year but I am not able to get such 2/4

    @airtelindia I'm abroad. I talked with you privately about the issue which hasn't been resolved till now. Also I'm following up with airtel cares via whatsApp. Its more than 50 days. They haven't given a single update. Always asking me to wait. Never expected such a worse service .

    @airtelindia due to a bug in recharge system. I am recieving the available balance of your airtel system everytime I recharge. Please look into this issue. Recharge done INR 239.00,GST 18% payable by Company/Distributor/Retailer,Talktime: RS0.00,Balance: -INR 18,636,604,488.00
