    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today i booked airtel Extreme Fiber broadband with airtel Extreme box. Broadband has been installed but for Airtel xtreme digital tv box, no one contacted me. Tried to call customer care but it's automatic ivr only taking new connection request.

    @airtelindia was trying to cheat us by giving a copper wire connection and not the fiber one, when I have paid for the fiber plan. Costumer support and the person who came for registration didn’t told me that fiber is not there in my area. Den Y do I have to pay for fiber plan?

    @airtelindia your xtreme box has technical issues. It keeps on restarting and whenever I complaint your service team visit and says that this cannot be resolved. Pathetic services and a company of liars. Your xtreme box model has serious problems please fix this.
