    @Airtel_Presence Thanks for calling up, I had paid for fiber modem and xstream stb, INR 900 & 3999 approximately, now @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is giving out combos, I am at a loss here, please do intra-department discussion and let me know a proper solution.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia xstream fiber apps needs work on 1) give owner an option to block unwanted devices on network 2) devices which connected momentarily kept on showing even after non usage, this creates confusion.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can u please tell, when customer doesn't pay bill or gets delayed there broadband services are barred, but when account is running fine and your service gets disrupted time to time and customer don't get full service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I get calls of ads telling that you have unparalleled indoor coverage, but I get only 3/5 network bars (rarely) inside my single storey home and it drops to 1/5 too. Disturbance in calls and network drops. If you can't improve it, I'm switching.
