@Airtel_Presence Thanks for calling us, I had paid for fiber modem and xstream stb, INR 900 & 3999 approximately, now @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is giving out combos, I am at a loss here, please do intra-department discussion and let me know a proper solution.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can u please tell, when customer doesn't pay bill or gets delayed there broadband services are barred, but when account is running fine and your service gets disrupted time to time and customer don't get full service.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia xstream fiber apps needs work on 1) give owner an option to block unwanted devices on network 2) devices which connected momentarily kept on showing even after non usage, this creates confusion.

@airtelindia You ppl are thief how dare you disconnected my home broadband you are charging me 1099 instead of 799 from almost 2.5 years for a 100Mbps plan this is not the way to deal with a customer who pays yearly amount in 1 payment. Ur cust suppot is **** disconnect evry time
