    Dear @reliancejio I m not able to send even a single whatsapp msg. Network, and internet services are worst in my area. I am facing lot of issues please help me out, it can be my last recharge and I will port my Sim from @reliancejio to @airtelindia

    @airtelindia It’s a circle of making fools of the customer, as the customer care center says talk by calling on 121 and there the executive says go to the stores near you and one has to go the stores 7-8 times and them also no solution is given, Continued in comments👇

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence and the details of different customer IDs will be different.Also I want to know how can I activate long duration packs like for 1 year or 6 months and for how much money. I want to recharge both accounts for 1 year but I am not able to get such 2/4

    @airtelindia i am facing the connectivity issue in my area for last 2 month Despite several followWe are literally unable to make calls or receive calls. Signal is zero in my area of noida...for calling we are depends on the JIO wifi network... Now porting is the only solution.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sim replaced with new one due to netwrk issue. Old SIM stopped & new inserted. My @airtelindia plan valid till 11 apr. After new SIM, it says reachrge now. Where did my plan goes? No customer care support.

    @airtelindia Right now I know there are multiple airtel fiber connection are active on different locations of outside of my city fraudulently using my adhar number without verification. It's a serious issue.

    I have screenshots and usage evidence available. If this is not resolved quickly, I will escalate the matter through the Airtel nodal process and telecom consumer grievance channels. Please treat this as a priority service complaint. 4/4 @airtelindia this is a formal escalation.
