    @airtelindia it's almost impossible to contact your customer care executive on 121 & your airtel thanks app is unable to register a complaint for my this landline number (01204903020); which is running only 4 mbps speed presently. I request to change this speed atleast to 40 mbps

    @airtelindia/@Airtel_Presence, As I haved raised my complaint from airtelthanks app but now it is more than a month and couldn't find any solution for the same . I think its time to switch to some other telecom service provider.

    How stupid can be @airtelindia reply. That UPS is only available for Delhi n Gurgaon but Not for Noida.. If i buy UPS from outside i will not be responsible for any damages to Airtel router. Yet you make high claims about query resolution.. bogus!

    @airtelindia Internet connection is very bad in Tripura especially in Agartala.... Complain was lodge several times but no solution. Even BSNL is far better than Airtel. Now no option except exiting from Airtel.
