Till yday I used @airtelindia as only #telco for last 10 years with 3 #postpaid, #Boardband & #DTH. I opted out BB & DTH, becoz sub Std. service with low BB Speeds, offlines & zero value for money.I m a small cust, but u guys need revamp ASAP to compete & not losing cust. #bye

Also with poor mobile network connectivity, where at many places @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence goes out of network, may be soon porting out if network connectivity issues persist. Today I was at place where except @airtelindia as other #Telcos where working perfect.

@Airtel_Presence This phone is Volte enabled set. Please check Asus_Z017DB @ASUS ! Whether @airtelindia LTE/Volte compatible with this set is or not, may be issue. Whether LTE/Volte is provided in my area or not. Apart from that please let me know how to win problems am facing in voice & date

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic Service Going on. Activated a International Roaming Pack on Apr9th. Wasn’t able to make a single call nor receive one. Raised a complaint on 13th, wasn’t resolved. Came to India on 3rd then visited airtel store they raised a complaint.

The @airtelindia ivrs and their app doesn't have options to close account. They force customers to call @Airtel_Presence customer service and go through myraid procedures. Inspite of all these, they don't close account properly and keep billing for no fault of the customer
