    Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia facing lot of connectivity issues at my location. Already raised issue through your app - twice, with no action. Problem with signal level. Forced to use home Wi-Fi even for making phone calls. Request to address the issue immediately.

    @airtelindia @TRAI #109150505559988 — Internet down 15–16 days in a month and now completely dead for 3 days straight. No resolution, only scripted replies. Local vendors using Airtel infra are working fine. This is clear deficiency in service. Escalating to consumer authorities.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India Airtel closed ticket (CAGPS3CHD20260421801858) within 2 days, even though resolution date was 06 May. Issue still unresolved. No implementation done. Request immediate action.

    @airtelindia Not a satisfactory service. Already having a wifi connection amd still have to wait for 5 days for TV OTT box installation is not a sign of good customer service. Moreover either on App or on toll free no proper reply.
