    Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia For nearly 2 years I have been receiving repeated calls demanding return of a router that was already collected by Airtel. This reflects serious failure in record management and has become customer harassment. Resolve this permanently.

    @airtelindia I have been trying to shift my connection since 6 days. App has only a chatbot which isn't helpful at all. Call Centre executives promise to escalate and resolve issue but nothing happens. Meanwhile my billing cycle is on. Should I simply leave your services?

    @airtelindia is there an update on ticket number 656544464? This has been closed without resolution. My dth has not been working for last 15 days. Technician has not been able to resolve the issue. Dropped an email to authorities but no response.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Services The team mentioned nothing can be done tonight or even by tomorrow morning. Why are we customers suffering in spite of paying the charges? How are we supposed to work from home if this is the way Airtel handles things? Pathetic service!!!

    @SarcasticRahul2 @airtelindia @SonyLIV I've already cancelled my subscription, i was a subscriber since they launched it, many of my friends have also cancelled it for same reason. Pretty sure others are also doing same. I urge you also to #cancel it

    @airtelindia @airtelnews I am facing continuous harassment & severe spam calls/SMS (5-6 calls a day) frm your WiFi advt wing for the last 6 months even after DND service active. Repeated req not to call hv fallen in deaf ears. This is extreme level of spamming to ur own customer.

    @airtelindia why day by day your service and people are degrading To raise a complaint it takes 15 mins and then it's 5 people switched. Complaint number 11032000091 - first Tuhin Das then Barun Das then Barun Paik and now Soumya Nath why so many changes in people
