    Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence My SIM card randomly stopped working on Saturday. Got a replacement sim and it’s request got rejected. I’m tired of having to visit the airtel store for everything and I have no network on my phone. This is terrible @airtelindia

    @airtelindia complaint raised on 6th Jan regarding discrepancy in bill, 5 calls to customer care, no resolution. No ownership from anyone..payment done month back, still not adjusted in account..
