Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia CSA name Javed he disconnected the call without resolution. He was not customer centric user. Call was regarding wrong deduction of hellotune charges and activation which is free as per the pack plan. What kind of service was given to me, I am amazed 👏👏👏. @TRAI

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your employees are doing fake promises in the name of brodband connection and then after paying they dont even pick up the call and when asked about the connection they keep on increasing the date. Worst service by any provider.

@airtelindia I paid for 2 months plan. With Airtel worst internet I raised a complaint for issue. With such an worst customer support. I was told it would get fixed by 16 April. Like 10 days. Will Airtel give me extra 10days in my current plan for all the trouble caused by them.

@airtelindia Hello, is there any procedure to file a complaint against your customer executives ?? I am constantly requesting for last three days to resolve my issue but every time I get a fake promise by your CEs that within 4 hours your issue will get resolved.
