    Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia dear airtel, pls ask you’re DTH customer care to speak politely and explain the packages on call atleast if you ppl don’t send on mails to view packages. Not by disconnecting the call every time. Have some patience to answer the queries!

    @airtelindia you promote Airtel as one of the best/fastest network providers in India, however, the same is not applicable in every city. Have been complaining about the poor network in my area to your team over call. Either engineering team or support team is not working on this

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Kindly suggest something other than what your customer care executive has already suggested, like resetting network settings, deleting cache data or taking SIM out for 2 minutes and re-insert! I would prefer technician to visit my location!

And the customer care insisted to speak in Telugu only,Disgusting service!

    Hello @TRAI Airtel has been billing my broadband plans as Xtreme Fiber for nearly a year now. However, they are yet to upgrade the modem. I raised a service request and it has been closed as resolved. @airtelindia
