Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @VittalGopal I raised issue here about new connections i took on 4th....from day 1, net issues, complained raised...after tweet, airtel care responds on DM and every time after I send msg, different person asks for number again.... this happened 3 times, so pathetic

@ViCustomerCare Which again was promising to provide 89 days validity. But my pack's validity has not increased. I have wasted enough money and now it is almost impossible to reach to their customer care number. It's high time to switch to @airtelindia

Hey @airtelindia, I got Airtel Broadband setup yesterday. The internet is great. But I didn't recieve any kind of Amazon Prime and Disney Plus Hotstar subscription for 1 year as promised. Please help me with this.

Dear service provider, From last 7 days airtel 2G network has been showing very big communication issue in my location-pin code area 733140, Dakshin Dinajpur district, West Bengal. Using 2G network calling is quite possible. 🙏 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
