Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Such pathetic support you offer. Most of the customer care executives are parroting lines from an obsolete document. Absolutely no intent to solve the problem shown! You can safely deliver NEW SIMS, but not replacement to decade old customers!

@airtelindia If i am in danger or having health issue, i will try to call my relatives and friends....they are not receiving calls due to incoming calls are barred to them...how can i be saved. Should i recharge them too...! Try to understand from common mans needs. don't bother them to earn.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Recharged DTH 3038521698 and deducted 25rs. It happend second time. One of the worst service I noticed. Technician came for D2H issue and sold Airtel DTH to my parents stating one of the best DTH sevices. I am using Tata and know no one can compete
