    Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Posting on behalf of my friend. Her Airtel no. 9939070358 was recharged with the ₹3,999 prepaid plan, but it was converted to postpaid without her consent. Please revert it to prepaid and restore her recharge benefits. #Airtel #CustomerSupport #Help

    @Airtel_Presence All are fraud what feedback you share with team your team again close my complaint without resolution and your team says my connection disconnection request is in progress so they can't resolve my complaint whereas i did't gibe any disconnection request @airtelnews @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel Unlimited 5G is such a scam. I have recharged for the unlimited 5G network factor, but it still uses up all the data from my 2GB a day and I need to add data boosters. Very much disappointed in airtel, planning to switch to Jio or VI.

    @airtelindia Airtel Wi-Fi has been taken off and I have not received my refund. I’m unable to contact customer care because my account has been deactivated. This is extremely frustrating. Please resolve this issue urgently and process my refund immediately. @Airtel_Presence
