    Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

    Hi @airtelindia , my parents opted for broadband connection in Jammu starting from Dec 7. And now from the past 4 days internet is not working there. I have raised the complaint - 126256780, but nobody is fixing the connection. Instead they are asking money to fix it. Kindly help

    @JioCare @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Instead of spending crores of rupees on ads, spend it on actual customer satisfaction. Harrasing senior citizens for last 6 months now.

    @airtelindia @TRAI...I am facing internet speed issue. I am using 4G Data with dongle or mobile but the speed is very poor approx 2 to 2.5G speed.The signal is fluctuate very frequently manner due to this the voice data is also poor. Team kindly look on it.

    @airtelindia If we miss payment even for a day then we get auto reminders but Airtel giving pathetic service over the years doesn't make a difference, Voice calling service is so bad that it cant be described in words !

    @airtelindia According to dot, Airtel owes Rs 43,960 crore. The company estimates that amount should be Rs 13,004 crore. So far, they have paid Rs 16,004 crore. #poor @airtelindia pay to koro
