    Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia i have tried twice to convert physical sim to esim in last 4 days where it is mentioned sim will be activated in 2 hours but I did not received any scan code or activation code and when I raise grievance via email no response from team regarding resolution #airtel

    @airtelindia Kindly help me retaining the pre-paid mobile number which my son was using as his memory. The number was registered at Rajasthan circle when he was taking coaching in Kota and last recharged it in August 2025. I've no contacts there and am living in Bhopal MP.

    This issue has been ongoing for 2–3 months with no resolution. Data is getting wasted and calls are affected. If not resolved within 48 hours with a timeline, I will file a complaint with TRAI and escalate further. Kindly treat this as urgent. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It’s been 18+ days since installation of Airtel Xstream Fiber, yet IPTV not installed. Taking full payment without service = clear deficiency. Already complained on National Consumer Helpline. Last warning before consumer court.

    @rk_onkar @airtelindia I personally think static IP from your isp is the worst possible option unless you are friends with all the bots. Unless one is doing hft the latency is hardly noticeable. Keep us posted when you have adopted any solution

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My mobile Internet and phone calls are not working every time network is not available. Call drops suddenly what is the use of being Airtel Black customer. Worst service till date .
