    Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia, my #airtelxstream is not working since last 2 days and your customer care chat service is just lame. It goes in circle rather than connecting to real people or resolving anything. Please fix it before I switch to #Jiofibre or any other service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence worst service ever. I have a refund pending since 2 weeks and no one is bothered to process it. When we give you money we pay immediately but when it comes to you, you guys try to delay hoping that the customer will forget and you can pocket it.
