    Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence even with your so called premium plans, unable to reach agent on the Black helpline, the promise is 60 secs, its been 60 mins, wifi+data plans are down, your app is phenomenal, it tells me the wifi is down so unable to detect what's wrong with it..:D
