  Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia Irony is, If I visit Airtel office, they are ready to install new connection within 24 hrs, I don't know how?. I can't even cancel my connection without supervisor approval and the supervisor is never available even after 30 mins in the call.

  My @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Wifi is down for last 3 days, service request no. Is 13901672674 Either fix it asap or refund my money and I will find another ISP
