    Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I have raised a complaint regarding my Internet connection and still waiting for the response . This is something very poor customer service. People are working from home and if you need 4-5 days to solve the issue, definitely issue with your customer promise

    @airtelindia My airtel broadband connection not working for 2 days still now steps have been taken.This is how you respond? Why your making false promises if you not able to give your service as said for the past one week daily i am raising tickets.Still dailyfacing netwk issue.
