    Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia No mobile signals in the highly populated Alkapur township area of Hyderabad. Airtel is not bothered about quality networks. Worst service provider Even after complaints no action.

    Worst service provider = Airtel India Wifi services down since 2 days Coordination between engineer and airtel is too weak. #AirtelDown #WifiDown @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence They only respond on social media but not on ground level. They don't know how to resolve complaints.

    @airtelindia I requested an eSIM 7 days ago and already raised a complaint, but there has been no response. This is very disappointing. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

    @airtelindia Your customer service is pathetic. It's so bad that even bsnl started looking better. Few days back, I lost my phone. 15 days & 7 sims later, I still don't have an active number. It's my 15 y/o no. and your backend staff is just useless. #airtel_sucks

    Idk but from yesterday my internet only working when its 5G. But as soon as its 4g nothing works @airtelindia. Before yesterday this was not the case. @airtelindia give me resolution instant cause in 2 days my recharge will end, so its also the best time to port to @reliancejio.

    8 days without Airtel DTH service and still no resolution even after repeated complaints. Extremely disappointed with the poor customer support and lack of accountability from @Airtel_Presence. @airtelindia Customers are being ignored completely.     Please stop the excessive recharge reminder calls for my Airtel WiFi connection. The moment my plan expires I receive 15–20 calls a day. Even after saying I’ll recharge later, the calls continue nonstop. This is extremely irritating. Kindly fix this. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your customer care on 121 doesn't let me reach humans, your engineer doesn't arrive on time and tells me I have 20 more complaints, have a missed call and went away. Your DM says it was to be resolved 3 hours ago.
