    @airtelindia You have the worst internet network. The broadband is not working since morning everytime I call there is a wait time of 5 mins and more to talk to customer care. This is how you trat your platinum customers?

    @airtelindia you really have bad internet network. Please spending more cost on your infrastructure rather then spending it on adds for India's fastest network. You have so many complaints that a platinum customers has to wait 5+ minutes to talk to a customer relationship manager

    @airtelindia the mobile connection at sector 21 just sucks, even the customer care executive could barely hear what I was saying. The broadband connection is also very irratic and non dependable. Pls provide better service, or you will loose one old loyal customer, inbox details

    @airtelindia I have asked for new connection for internet fiber with Airtel was my big mistake. From 7hrs engineers for installation making me fool and irresponsible person they are. I have been confirmed for net service starts by 11am, its 5pm still waiting. Worst service rcvd.
